Sandwich came cold, wasn’t even toasted

hi I've ordered a subway from darnly and the order says it's been delivered but I don't have my food

Ordered husband's plain ham and cheese and was delivered ham filled with veg and thousand Island sauce. Called and the man asked me what I wanted him to do... No assistance at all. Also only for 1 cookie and has ordered 2 meal deals. Useless...

Awful customer service. won't return. unapologetically slow. painful to watch, too busy talking between themselves, that is when the girls aren't perched on counter on their phones. if you are veggie I advise against eating here, I watched a girl prepare a sandwich with the wrong salad, so she picked the salad back out of the chicken and put it back in the salad trays!

Order took over an hour to arrive. When it finally came, the sandwich was stone cold and the bread was falling apart, almost impossible to eat. Veg didn’t taste fresh like it should. No care taken with packing the order as a cold bottle of coke was placed directly on top of the footlong, making the wrapping paper wet and soaked through to the sandwich. Shocking quality.

got 3 rainbow cookies. Order was for 1 rainbow cookie and 2 milk chocolate cookies. Don't mind the lateness, just being truthful

I think the ladies that work there expect me to serve myself. Walked in to order and one lady was sitting on top of a food prepping counter while two were just chatting. Walked out as none of them had any intention of serving me. Not even a hello.

Salad was nice enough but missing the rotisserie chicken I paid to have on, and the double cheese. The cheese that was on it was broken up badly, like it was the dregs at the end of packet of grated cheese. Hoping to get my money back for the extras I paid for and didn’t receive.

Went today, absolutely rubbish place. Went today, ordered veg patty footlong. Requested staff to made two portions and pack it separately, they made two portions but refused to pack separately, saying it will be charged for two 6" subs, seriously, I think overall subway business should be reported to trading standards, evidence is supported in the photo attached, counted 4 cucumbers, 4 jalapeños, 5 small strings of onion seriously for the price of £7.49 where prices are gone up and quality has gone down. Please avoid spending your hard earn money there, next door is Domino's atleast you will get hot and freshly made pizza. The staff is too just quick in taking order, heating in the oven and leave it on the counter, jumps to serve another customer, not bother to finish the sub lying on counter, so by the time it is made and wraps it's stone cold. At least, I will not be going back. I guess the girl staff who was there today, definitely needs training on communication, guest handling and art to learn how to Sat no. Please don't spoil business further lady!

Delivery man kindest soul ever, However the food from Subway Darnley was so disappointing as usual I have gave them a second chance as before it was not good at all either and this time was worse. Several Items from my salad were missing and the sauce drowned the salad that you actually couldn’t taste anything but sauce, looked as if the lid of the bottle broke and they spilled the full bottle of sauce in. The state was not pleasant and the taste was worse. Never again

Order was incorrect and took more than 60minutes to deliver. Delivery time kept changing for 40minutes.

Ordered from just eat phoned to check if my subs were gonna be toasted because it never said on just eat and she hung up on me TWICE subs were not toasted

2nd time in the past couple of month's that the actual bread has been substituted to "Plain" bread for the whole order, and doesn't arrive warm, nevermind hot. The Cookie was hotter than the 3 sandwiches and 3 hot sides I ordered.

Food was stone cold, The nachos had no salsa on them and my sub was wrong. Shocking.

This subway is always perfect. presentation so neat and shows a lot of care. really grateful for the service it's honestly always on point, thanks guys

One of the worst ever subway I have been in the recent years. I have been here several times but in the past 6 months, the experience has been really bad. The subway is marked as open till 10 p.m. but every time I be there well before 9 p.m., the staffs always say there is no sit in and it is only take away. When asked why, they have a cheap response stating they need to clean if we sit and eat. Customers pay to sit and eat and if the staffs are this lazy, then why even bother running the show. None of the staffs know how to even redeem the points. The subway does take part in offers and rewards but when asked to redeem, they just tend to showcase as though they do not know how to redeem the points even if the system scans the codes as expected. Either the staffs are poorly trained or instructed not to redeem any code and make the customer pay even if they have valid redeem codes. Will never even bother going here again.

not delivered at all. Says on website that it was delivered when IT WAS NOT. This is completely unacceptable and brings this delivery service into disrepute

I recently visited my this Subway, and it was a great experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, greeting me with a smile as soon as I walked in. The place was clean and organized, which made for a comfortable dining atmosphere. I ordered a custom footlong sandwich, and I was impressed with the variety of fresh ingredients available. Everything from the vegetables to the bread tasted fresh, and they got my order exactly right. Plus, I loved being able to watch my sandwich being made exactly the way I wanted. Overall, if you’re looking for a quick, healthy, and customizable meal, Subway is a fantastic choice!

My crisps were not correct, and the cold water bottle made the sandwich a bit cold.

Food was completely cold, which I was told was due to the driver being late to collect. Contacted Just Eat and response was shocking, offered a refund of £6 for a £26 order. Terrible experience overall and food inedible.

No sauce with hash browns, the 2 footlong subs were inedible - 1 was the wrong bread, the other had hardly any filling and was too crispy for kids to eat

Asked for chipotle and mayo. Instead they only put mayo & loaded it to the brim couldn't even taste the actual flavour of the subway which was meatballs. Didn't ask for jalapeños but found jalapeños in my subway. Bread was so soggy breaking apart.

I ordered a turkey breast wrap, they sent me a chicken breast wrap that wasnt wrapped correctly, fell apart as soon as I opened it. Food was freezing cold, had to wrap it and heat it up myself. If i wanted to do that i would have made my own wrap waste of my money Also ordered a donut and got 2 cookes that i didnt want. This place has gone downhill so fast

Subs tasted nice but not a lot of filling. Usually order from a different restaurant, the same order but usually get loads more. Tried this Subway for a change after having a bad experience with our usual one but this one was just okay.

The churro was stone cold and soggy. Didn’t tick for jalapeños and got them.

Ripoff unexperienced staff cant understand english. Check last 50% of reviews of this place in the last 12 months. ( New Owner ) Used to go here often was ok but recently the staff have been changed new staff are unexperienced very slow and dont understand instructions. I ordered a footlong sub, which they messed up when cutting and started arguing with me when i told them i what a new bread not broken apart. Then when at checkout i asked to pack seperately as usually do this makes it easier to eat i the car ( less messy), they refused again and said they need to charge me for 2 ive had this done many times in the past and they didnt offer a cookie part of the meal deal. Shocking a bread stick costs subways 3p and some branded paper another couple pens total under 15p, worst customer service ever. New owner must be very stingy. Added after Owners reply ( Owner Ibrahim removed his reply ) ----------------------------- Reply to Owner. Last 12 months reviews make alot of sense The staff working now seemed to be foreign students assuming this based on them not being able to understand simple english ( Cheaper labour ) they seem to be doing more that 20 hours a week which is again the law last time i checked. Last time i came was a month back 70% of staff were different then ( older ladies ), From 3 month back i have noticed the older staff charging extra for multiple sauces on the sandwich, So again i was right, ripp off, bad customer service. The most a sub can cost you is £1.50 that if you get steak so dont understand your reply as subway gives you one of the best margins in the food industry. The lady said shell charge me for 2 subs didnt mention 2 6 inch subs. Had it done from this store over 10 times in the last 12 months. Wasn't ever mentioned before.

I always get from here never had an issue but today was really bad .... the chicken was really chewy , not a lot of sauce and it wasn't toasted the bread was soggy and wasn't cut properly and all ripped when picking it up really disappointed today couldn't eat my food 😢

It was just the sub everything else was ok, I always get this and it’s always better but the meat in the sub didn’t taste as good quality and as fresh, the meat tasted it had been sitting for a while

Definitely the worst subway I’ve been to. Been several times over the years and every time I use this one when travelling, it’s always the same experience. Order is usually always wrong and rubbish portions.

subs were a soggy and the waffle fries were cold and soggy not crisp like they are supposed to be, so ended up in bin. complete waste of money. however the kids enjoyed the cookies.

Had an absolutely terrible experience, the woman added random charges onto every meal ( we were ordering 4) and could not explain to us why it was charged so much extra , when we asked about why the price was so much higher she rolled her eyes and was just plain rude , poor hygiene in this store also , we ended up just leaving as we were treated so badly she started to shout at us saying we could not leave, she had not even made the sandwiches at this point.

Went to subway Darnley and kind of wish I hadn’t bothered. The girl that was serving me sneezed and didn’t bother washing her hands before touching my food. Went on to make my sub and once it was made she started serving the person behind me rather than completing my order.

3rd recent experience of having dried out bread - definitely not fresh - very disappointing. Will not be returning to this branch.

This place has went downhill since the owners have changed. Chicken was stinking!!!! God knows how long it's been sitting out!! Won't be returning

Ordered my food at 12:45 and it didn’t get delivered until 14:40! After being told that it would be delivered in 25-30 mins. This wasn’t the case! I called subway store at 13:50 to see where my food was after she answered the phone she asked if I could give her 2 mins while she went & checked my order. After 10 mins for waiting on the call they hung up. Once my food finally arrived at 14:40, not only did it arrive cold but it also had the wrong items on the sub! Absolutely disgrace

I used to die for this place until the staff changed. The staff are all women (which isn't a problem) but some don't understand English well so I find it hard to order my sandwich now

Yet another visit to a Subway, and this is my 'regular' as it's so easy to get to by car. And, yet again, it was new staff. I'm not sure I've ever seen the same people here twice! They were new, and so were some of the menu items, which slowed them down a little as they'd not learned them yet. Pleasant people though, and all went well. I had enough points to get one meal free as well - which is always a nice bonus. (However... Writing this the next morning both my wife and I have very dodgy stomachs. We both had Marinara sauce, while the others that had different food are all fine. I'm suspicious of this!)
