Burger King in Glasgow City

(I'm not jumping through hoops for a burger) I went to burger king and was told they do not accept cash, I was told to use the kiosk use the pay with cash function then go back up to the till to pay for that I'm going to the chippy here, I'm with my dad and Friends will take our cash elsewhere. Honestly where do your hire the airport and mental health clinics

Absolutely horrific smell of public toilets when you walk in the door, the toilets were possibly the worst I've been in anywhere horrific smell

What a joke, ordered colpis ice cream, it wasnt available and rather than cancel the order the poor delivery guy came from across the city with a bag of free crisps which only got because of the order. This is an absolute waste of the drivers time and effort and my delivery fee should never have been charged for something that i could have had cancelled if id have known the ice cream was not available and i would have ordered elsewhere

Driver did not press buzzer, so didn’t hear him. Had to go out to outside door to catch him. Please tell them to press the buzzer.

my food never came at all he was at the end of the street then turned the location off of the maps and put my food as delivered ive been waiting over an hour for my food for it to not come i want a refund

Haven't been to Burger King in a long time,but still great burgers,better than another well known burger chain.

'G Money' and 'samuel' the chefs were great, I just got a irn bru with a chicken burger and it was exquisite for the price.

Me and my daughter has taken a drive up to Glasgow quay tonight and decided to use the drive thru at BK. The member of staff that was attending to us was absolutely amazing. Right from the speaker to in person. Very professional, polite and attentive. Was lovely to have such a welcoming staff member that was genuinely nice! :) what a difference that makes. The food was also brilliant. Everything was fresh and piping hot. Would highly recommend this one.

My experience at this branch of Burger King was excellent. The food I ordered came very quickly and was fresh and hot. The staff who served me was very kind and helpful. Overall I had a very positive experience and will definitely be back!

The food here was excellent. Fresh & hot, quite tasty. The downside to this branch of BK unfortunately are the staff. I saw one young lady adjust her hair 3 times, scratch her nose and did so without washing her hands. It's disheartening to see such promising potential let down by the very basics of service & hygiene.

The service was fast, and the staff were both friendly and attentive. My order was accurate, and the food arrived hot and fresh. I chose the Whopper meal, which was satisfying—the burger was juicy with well-balanced toppings, and the fries were perfectly crispy.

2 for 1 at the Quey, Go in for a burger and get a show free? Went in for my usual whopper (no onions) and saw what I can only describe as another whopper headbanging in the back? Can't safely say what that was about. Wont be back.

Driver dropped off friend in his car before actually delivering my food, took over an hour to arrive. Food was also cold when it arrived.

Great experience with this location, good food and service only thing I was concerned about was the seagulls causing war between pigeons and crows, at one point they even attacked a poor blond man in a wheelchair for his chips but kindly a worker shewed them away

We had a problem with a JustEat delivery on Wednesday night last week. There was a lot of lost communication with them. Went into the restaurant yesterday and explained the problem to restaurant manager Denise. She was fantastic, took the time to listen and honoured the order that was wrong. Great customer service!!!!

Way too long to wait, slow food not fast.

I've ordered through the Burger King app from this branch a number of times. I don't think they have ever gotten my order correct. Missing drink- twice, onions and no gherkins (instead of no onions), never had BBQ dip with my nuggets. Delivery driver always "unable to get the door to work" so have to come down several flights of stairs (the postie, the workies, other couriers never have an issue with it oddly). Disappointing as the food (when they get it right is good. ) Probably going to order from a different branch from now on though.

Very expensive meals and the tax was then added on after the order was made. Just under £30 for 2 meals at a fast food restaurant is too much and the quality was absolutely awful to boot. 30p for sauce if you don't want to have your fries dry as well. Really poor.

Food arrived 25 minutes late and it was all frozen cold. The seal on the delivery bag had been damaged and the bag was opened. Driver refused to deliver to my door and I had to go out n meet him in the street! Unacceptable. Full order went in the bin. I want a full refund!

Really not the best Burger King branch I've ever been to, but I'm not a frequent customer there anyway. There's no ice cream or milk shake machine, the slush machine was broken for my strawberry slush, three minutes later the next customer had a strawberry slush in their hand - what’s going on? The halloumi sticks were really good, as was the steakhouse crispy chicken. The place was clean, but not particularly engaging (napkins weren't refilled even when asked). I can't comment on the prices, compared to the German Burger King, it's expensive. Unfortunately, the app from Germany isn't applicable either (but there are apparently national differences in the products on offer).
