Subway in Bradford

Three different times and was very hot when and had to throw it in the bin

Missing extras added but other than that it was very nice

Delivery driver rung which was great

Bit pricey and could do with packing sandwiches up a little more

Was served by a boy called Ateeb he made the best salad bowl ever just like I wanted.

Food not delivered called the branch no help at all terrible service.

Somehow managed to arrive stone cold. Not toasted, no cheese. Why give the options if you just ignore them every time?

Me and my Daughter absolutely loved it, and she said this will be her order forever lol.

Ordered a footlong but he made us pay for two 6 inch with the same tuna filling.

Delivery kept being pushed back and had to go out to find my driver to get my food rather than it being dropped off at the address

Got a footlong and the guy who made it wouldn’t wrap them up separately I can’t eat a foot long in one go ! He said he would have to charge me for 2 x 6 inches if I want them wrapping separately. I’ve been to other subways and never have had this issue, safe to say I won’t be back due to this. Saving grace was the sandwich taste nice everything was fresh and crispy!

complete wrong sandwich they sent me salami Ham and Peperoni which I'm allergic to, person on the phone had a bad attitude and wouldn't replace food would never order from hear again

Ordered 2 sandwiches they sent the completely wrong ones out and refused to replace or give a refund the manager had a bad attitude 😒 would never use again

One thing about this subway is they always offer a great top class customer service and talk to you with the upmost respect

Delivery driver stopped at Asda for 20 minutes and when the order got here it hadn’t been toasted like I had asked so was completely cold

I added in the notes to ring me on arrival but they didn't ring and the courier turned their location off so I couldn't see where they were, turned out they were 5 mins late and left the food outside and its stone cold 👎

My sub was inedible instead of light mayo had a hot sause on it classic BMT

Not really been to other sub way branches however this place is pretty decent. The food is what you would expect from a sub way franchise and the staff are polite and professional especially the two girls that work there. Finally the place is always clean maybe because I go in the mornings.

Ordered online a 6ft sub n cookies never received the cookies plus the order was late n sub was cold apparently when I try to get a refund for the item that I never got it’s not eligible and my issue was resolved it was never resolved !! Do not go here 🥴🥴🥴it don’t even deserve a star 😄😄

Nice ,kind driver read the note left on the delivery order and called. Recomend to do other deliverys in Bradford area. Also arived early with the food.

Absolutely atrocious food. My order was missing 3 items, HOW do you not realise 3 items are not in the bag when you send it? And the food was awful, The pizza slices that did arrive were cold, the meatballs were cold but at least I could warm those up, unlike the pizza bread. Worst takeaway we've had in ages. The only thing that was ok were the cookies. Seriously, this is not good enough.

The app showed £5 foot-long deal but for whatever reason did not work on their system. They weren't helpful at all with the issue and instead pressured me to pay the full price.

Very impressed, I am a vegetarian and ordered the vegan steak. The first member of staff put on fresh gloves before taking my order, on realising I was meat free, he then asked the second staff member to put on fresh gloves to complete my sub. No one has ever actually done that before and I really appreciate him doing so.
