Very Rude Staff , Disappointed , Don’t Have A Clue .

This was really well cooked, the on the bone chicken, awesome.

Food here was very hot and fresh served quickly and the staff were very pleasant!

Uncooked Got the wrong order Worst kfc in the whole of the uk Never had an issue with any kfc apart from this one This is the second time I got uncooked chicken Ordered supercharger dip Got given beans instead The workers need to be fired

Lovely warm food and friendly staff. Lobby was clean and food was served quickly.

The chicken was very dry and hard and the driver was very loud and could not follow simple instructions to ring me and not to knock on the door and then shouted the code to some one in the car over the street very disrespectful

All the order was cold, it’s ridiculous i probably won’t order takeaway any more from a major chain. I’ll just stick to independents from now on.

Really enjoyed my drive thru food today. Lady who served me was super efficient and my fillet burger was fresh/hot. Fries were lovely with a tasty coating. Would order again if next in the area.

We ordered £28 worth of food and unfortunately it went in the bin. The meat in the burgers was very tough and the chips were so soggy. We haven’t been to KFC in a while however we will not be going back. Money straight in the bin. Would not recommend.

Why don't you guys take order now at this time. Srsly. I have never seen any other kfc doing this. 8pounds in Uber eats for delivery seriously. Are you guys mining gold there?..if you don't have any delivery drivers then please shut down the shop and go somewhere else.

Why is something advertised and when you order you don’t get it. You have a bucket for £20 with a bottle of Pepsi. Where’s the Pepsi. This is getting ridiculous sadly. The food is good but always missing something. Bless the poor drivers who probably get asked all the time where’s the rest of the stuff.

it would of been on time if you hired drivers who actually know the areas they deliver. my kfc was as cold as my ex's heart.

Delivered to wrong address, was told I had to give code before he’d come to the correct address on the order. Must of been so it looked on time. Then was told he was 7 minutes away but arrived 25 minutes later, cold and missing the chips!

6 tiny pieces of overcooked chicken and 4 portions of chips £20 AVOID

Delivery driver could not find the house and rang us asking to come find him. We refused to go gallivanting round the village to try find him as we had no idea where he was as we couldn’t understand him. After we refused he asked us for the delivery code, this was clear he wanted to fraudulently state he delivered our meal. After I refused and called him out for his behaviour he did not deny it at all and proceeded to ask us to walk to him which I finally did and he was very rude and food cold

This place is by far the worst KFC I've ever visited the staff were rude and threw the food I ordered onto the tray the food was discussing half cooked chips the pieces of chicken must of been bought cheap as it was not of the quality I've received from many other KFC branches all the staff were Asian and apart from one they acted racist towards me and my family looking at us like we were bothering them and talking to me with no respect at all being impatient when I was ordering food for my autistic step son but we're very polite to the Asian customers that were served immediately after me telling them about the deals that were on and using manners. I will NEVER visit this place again. Just visited again 5 year after first review and it's not got any better

Food was stone cold on arrival. It’s not like KFC is cheap these days, it’s completely unacceptable.

Never have seen such a KFC outlet anywhere. Here in Keighley KFC we are getting cheated we pay for 1.99 pounds for one piece of Chicken but in return we are been fooled. Ordered 4 piece of Chicken on its own paying around 1.99 each but in return this people cheat us giving 2 actual pieces and another 2 waste piece which is absolutely cheating. We ordered 4 pieces so that 4 people can eat well but on seeing the parcel we where shocked. Just 2 actual pieces and the other 2 some waste left out piece fried and adjusted that to an whooping amount of around 8 pounds. This is not the way to deal with customers in Keighley. Hope the management understands this. What if I have ordered each one one order then we would have got the correct exact chicken piece. Very pathetic experience I hope no one gets cheated like this anymore. Please be cautious regarding this, specially to the innocent ones who are getting cheated. Buy the end of the day every penny counts not the business and the management like this specially only in Keighley which I have come across. Hope things would be corrected. Many times I recieved the order like this I was quiet but today am very upset since every penny is a hard earned money. Hope the management realises this and takes steps to stop this sort of practice.

I ordered a regular mash and a regular gravy and they sent me two medium portions of beans. I am allergic to them so looks like I’m not eating tonight! Very disappointing

driver delivered my food in a torn up bag caused 4 filets to fall on the wet concrete, last time I give this place a chance

Order placed at 1805hrs for delivery at 1900hrs. From 1850hrs onwards delivery time moved forwards. delivery then moved forward eta 1945hrs. Rang kfc who told me order number didn’t exist. then told driver had left with the order; my delivery screen showed as being prepared. Told to take up any lateness or non delivery with just eat direct. Delivery at 1935hrs and food was lukewarm. Unhappy with lack of responsibility and lack of communication when receipt clearly shows 1900 requested delivery.

I ordered a 8 piece boneless banquet drive through with 2 x sides sweetcorn usually 4 sweetcorn on a stick, 4 x Garlic mayonnaise. The person who served me was polite and it wasn't busy in fact there was only us. In fact went last week as well and place was empty, A few years back used to us KFC regular and eat in and very lucky to get a seat. I asked myself why so empty and heard rumours about drive through people leaving with food missing in their order, when I ordered they brought the bottle of Diet cola to us while waited for the order. He gave us the brown bag all folded in and with it being cold decided to trust them and not check, I drove home and started to serve the food and the 2 x sides where missing the four sweetcorn. Its the other side of town and heard of this happening many times peoples orders being short. I don't know if they do this on purpose or they just don't listen when your ordering. But what gets me its their jobs to get it right as I won't be going back again, I didn't really fancy the sides anyway but that is not the point I paid for them, if I never heard of this happening on a regular base I would of gone back, it happens so often in these fast food place its fast food because it soon goes because you don't get all you ordered, the worst one is Mcdonald's.

I have ordered sparkling water and I’ve received still water. Although is just a small error…for the latest past 2 orders something was missing from the order…

When on arrival the chicken was flat cold as well as the chips the gravy was runny like it had been watered down .we decided not to eat any of it.
