The guy with the ginger hair who works there needs sacking- he wasn’t at the till to serve when we arrived, my 16 year old son reached over to call for help, and he came out and told them to get out because he ‘trespassed’ when I called for an explanation for his behaviour later he just hung up on me. Avoid this subway at all costs!

It was awful they wouldn’t let me take my tomatoes out my sandwhich

Last two visits, staff member was rearranging shelves while I was waiting to be served, felt ignored

Absolute joke! Went in and paid for food and guy behind the counter wouldn't let us sit at the dining area as he had just cleaned it. On explaining we weren't babies and actually grown adults so we wouldn't make a mess and if we did we'd clean up after ourselves anyway he still said no. So you can ram your subway at Pocklington, we won't be back and we'll be telling everyone we know about our experience.

Pretty good overall sometimes out of stock but good

Set in the corner of a service station concession, this was quick, reasonably priced and a good, quick, food option.

Was served by a young lad called Josh, tremendous service. Nice lad and a good crack, food was nice and quick and nicely done. He truly is a natural at handling those 6 inches! Quality. Give this man a pay rise!

West Subway, I’ve ever had the portions of the chicken and bacon wrapped I ordered absolutely diabolical. It was so small, it was no bigger than my index finger. Would not recommend this place. portion size is very small.

This subway is at Pocklington services?, food excellent staff friendly value for money

This branch is inside a service station. The person serving me is fantastic and very helpful. I was not keen on Subway's new menu, and without even me asking him, he offered to make me the sandwich I wanted. I told him my usual sandwich, and he did it just as I remember it.

Ideal for a quick snack, staff friendly and attentive.

Went to subway after a hard day of work, hoping to kick back and have a steak and cheese sub, it was quick service and sublime taste of flavour that popped in my mouth like a rainbow of joy, the young lad on the counter was so polite, he made good conversation and was very professional, i asked the young man what his name was and i believe he said Josh, would highly recommend this subway due to its great staff and food, a tasty way to finish the day!!

I go to this subway several times a week. It is always clean, the food is always tasty and the staff are friendly and attentive. The staff are an absolute credit to Subway.

Stopped in for my lunch/breakfast, afew menu changes and price hike

Visited Pocklington subway this evening (about 6pm) after waiting a while for someone to come from the back and serve us Abbie appeared. Put her gloves on and grabbed a napkin. She asked me what I wanted when I said a salad tray she shoved the napkin to aside and rolled her eyes at me. The potion was pathetic. £5 and it barely covered the bottom of the box . My husband also ordered a sandwich. She kept muttering when asking asking what he wanted in it and sighed when she had to repeat it. There were no pleases or thank yous and she looked utterly miserable. Terrible customer service. A smile and some manners cost nothing.

“Closes at 7:30 - updated by business 5 days ago” Nice one, turned up at 7 and it was closed, disappointed and hungry!

God help you if your a vegetarian never have anything to put in the subs apart from salad & woah betide if you ask the server to change her gloves once they've touched meat Acts like it's the biggest bloody chore in the world !!

Doesn't close at half 7 like it states. Came into the staff member cleaning down and told me my sub will have to be cold as the toaster has been turned off for cleaning. Staff member looked grumpy and unsocial. No customer service at all. Not sure he knows how to smile either. Makes subway look bad.

Website times need to be changed as I went in and they told me they close at 6 why would you not change or update you times on the website as I travelled and time wasted just going on only to be told they closed CHANGE YOUR TIMES

Veggie rap tasted lovely but presentation was terrible! Needed a knife and fork to eat it.

Clean , friendly and safe. Queuing system is fine and as you would expect. Don't understand why the loser below has difficulty following a one way system. Word of advice to the user , stay home.

Disorganised Covid queuing arrangements. No masks worn by staff. No app order & collect Didn't feel safe.

We called in yesterday for a quick snack. We were served by Caroline who could not have been any more helpful, polite and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome. The sandwiches were lovely and the service wonderful. If I could give 6 stars I would

Very quiet place on late afternoon.

A favourite of my daughter's for a quick feed! Always greeted by friendly smiles. Extremely friendly staff, great with kids. Quick service. Always clean. Little seating area too which is a bonus. Would recommend for food on the go.
