Goole Dominos - the guy was obnoxious, rude, would not cater nor listen to what you had to ask. Would not go back nor recommend AT ALL.

Great tasting pizza, really fast delivery and food was piping hot.

I’d love yo give this 0 stars but unfortunately trip advisor won’t let me…I’ve not known a company like this in my life, ordered some pizzas, nearly 2 hours later, no food, after a phone call to the store speaking to the so called store manager , order cancelled & a full refund would be in my bank account within 3-5 days. Complained to head office about this. 9 days later no refund & all the so called store manager can say is “you got your pizzas & you complained to head office & got vouchers so you won’t be getting any refund” even though no food was delivered. Stay away from dominoes at goole cause their customer service is the worst I’ve ever known…. As long as they have you money they don’t give a dam about you…..KEEP CLEAR

Placed order at 18.11 hours, after one hour I searched for the driver, only to see he was in rawcliffe. Rang up twice and asked if that was my pizza I wanted a fresh pizza and not one that had left goole store at 18.30. I asked for a refund and the man I spoke to was incredibly rude and obnoxious and said it will take 5 days to get my refund. I said no I want my refund instantly. You take my money instantly, I want it refunding instantly. He said I don’t understand English (surprise surprise!) how can u work in a pizza shop and not understand English when u are taking orders and answering the phone? I then said I was going to complain, he said do as you please, so he clearly understood my English this time round!! Why is it always hit and miss when u have been ordering from this shop for the last 5 years, yet always encounter problems! After 5 years all we get is the driver got lost, we are busy, etc, etc, etc it’s not good enough. It’s not like your pizzas are cheap, they are so expensive and not always the best standard from goole. Next time we will save our money and order from elsewhere where is is far cheaper to have a takeaway treat!! 10 days later still haven’t got my £25 refunded!! Isn’t this theft?! Yet customer service offered me a £20 voucher hahaha

Oder a pizza last week. I know it was closing time for the business so wasn't sure the order would be accepted but it was I had ordered a 13 inch New York pizza and when it arrived it was the next size down. The driver was very rude shouting at me saying I should've ordered earlier it was really inconvenient as I had already cleaned up shop. The pizza had looked like it been put together by a 10-year-old it was a mess and it looks like it's been put in the back of the car on an angle because it was all squished up to one side when it arrived. I rang up the next day to complain about the service, as promised a refund within 3 to 5 fast forward six days still no refund so I rang the business back up and now they're saying I won't be getting a refund and they would have to speak to her higher up to see if they could rectify the problem.

Tasty!! I love Domino's. Their £9.99 pizza is a bargain

Ordered a ham and pineapple pizza, it took close to an hour and 15 minutes to arrive, and it arrived as ham and sweetcorn, luke warm because it was cooked an hour before it arrived. Rang up to be told they could make a new one but it was taking a long time to deliver everything and they wouldn’t refund any money because they didn’t think it was their fault. Certainly won’t be using again.

I rung after 30 mins as I thought the tracker app was stuck. They said it’s on delivery should be 5 more mins. Another 30 minutes later, still no pizza…. Two very cold pizzas turn up over an hour after delivery on a quiet Sunday night.

Bad communication, ending the phone on me and walking away, I don’t know the name of this worker but he didn’t speak good English ( not being rude) I’ve also spend £21 on 1 pizza

I spend 24£ for two pizza and and I opened first pizza and I found hair inside made me really sick and disgusting because I already had first bite I was usually customer but after this I'm done with Domino pizza. Horrible

Nothing special. The toppings scattered irregularly, the “double decadence” is a joke as tastes as a cheap quesadilla and not worth the £3 extra. Will perhaps give it another go and try the stuffed crust, but there are many better pizzas around.

Oredered at 18:05 for 19:15 delivery, arrived 20:05, 50 minutes after eta. Food was cold. Ordered a beef doner pizza, very nice, but not much beef doner topping. It'll be a long time before I order again.

Worst costumer service I have dealt with at any restaurant in my life. Pizza are so so and way expensive for what they are.

Pizzas just about ok, not much in a way of toppings with almost raw onions masking the taste of anything else. Unfortunately, Kickers Combo with cubes of something orange that we think might be chicken - undercooked and plastic, nobody dared to bite into it. Potato wedges barely warm and quite hard. Won’t be repeating the experience

Complete sham, placed an order, didn’t get delivered and now trying to fight to get a £40 refund.... complete scam and rip off.... we will never use these muppets again.

Amazing pizza well worth the price - never actually been inside but the take away is really good and pizza is always hot - I would personally say the sauce is a bit spicy and strong for my liking but that's just me

Shocking is all I can say, I'd suggest people go to la bodrum better quality less stingy on toppings, I took the £7.99 any size pizza and i don't think the oven was set hot enough as the base looked like an albino. No point complaining. We'd only get same quality again. Stay clear

We have recently ordered twice They say its any pizza any size 6.99 for collection. However both times having ordered a large they were stingy with their toppings. Why offer such a deal if you cannot afford it? I use to love dominoes but I wouldn't order it again or recommend anyone to.
