Went go order a cheesy pepperoni sub from this subway which was advertised at this subway for £1.99 but then they tried to charge me well over £3 and said the sign was wrong. When I told them they cant advertise one price and charge another they started being extremely rude. Do not reccomend anyone visiting this particular subway

Wanted garlic cheese 6 inch,no garlic available, good start,next two pieces of cheese that didn't come anywhere near the edge of the bread as per picture on the wall. Was supposed to be toasted,in fact was almost cold . Finally, when trying to fill in the survey ,the subway branch number clearly printed at the top #64699-9,would the survey take this number,would it fk.Should have gone to BK instead.

Worst subway experience, and slowest sub shop ever. The speed of prep a sub is way below average. I was number 15 in the line, but waited for nearly 30 minutes.!

Food is what you expect from Subway. It was nice. I was less impressed with the checkout. We were charged for a 12" sub when we only had a 6". They recognised the issue but were unable to refund back to my card. They then gave me the money back in cash, the incorrect amount, kept my receipt. Awful service.

I was given a sub-standard Cortado that was a glass cup full of foam with a small layer of coffee at the bottom of the glass. When I took it back to the counter to change it the guy on the coffee machine started actually arguing with me and said he didn’t make it and he ‘was serving kiosk’ (self service) so it wasn’t his issue and was very rude. I’ve never been spoken to like this by a staff member. Go to Starbucks at another service station instead.

I really really enjoyed my kebap. I was extreammly full but couldnt stop eating because it was so delicious. I attached picture me eating after 40 mins 😂😂

Firstly I was met with incredible customer service from the lady I spoke to today (Friday 20th sept 2024) which was initially why I had chosen this truck stop as she was informative on the phone about directions, facilities and spaces and the same in person upon arrival telling me clearly where things are and so on. The toilets and showers here was clean and tidy but as for the cafe given my late arrival on a Friday this was closed but this is to be expected as a HGV driver. Just over the road is a pub that serves good food and drink as well as hotels and shops within walking distance so this is a fantastic location for a truck stop that I see doing well in the future.
