Subway in Coventry

Im really fed up everytime I order for delivery, there is always something missing, when I pay for something I expect it to be accurate, next time if theres something missing I will be bringing the receipt up and demanding the missing items.

No cheese on my sub. Absolutely fuming

This time it was delivered to the front door

sandwich was nice but the jacket potato was dry and hardly any tuna feeling

The food was Excellent, lovely food just what we ordered,always love a good fab Subway so Thankyou Subway team but the delivery we ordered 4.15ish and got our delivery at 5.23 when it said 10 - 30mins for food on app ,so I think next time we are going to do things differently, thanks Subway team again xx

cold. in peices went in the bin

it was warmish when it got her and we didn't get the right cookies

First and last time trying the subway jacket potato, was very cold, undercooked. waste of money

No delivery - no food- no phone call couldn't reply to chat.Awful service x

Horrible experience..the lady on the counter was not doing her job right..she put very little salad in my foot long sandwiches and the sauces quantities were little. I told her that salad and sauce were too little and she was not even bothered..not going again there.

Absolutely awful my food arrived stone cold clearly from the fridge and the cheese was stone cold not melted at all it hadn’t been toasted either which is what I requested overall awful tasting freezing cold food

it kept changing delivery time and it took longer than an housem so I guess evening nobody wants to work. Cold food

Not very impressed, I asked for the £3.99 offer advertised at the front door, and the girl said, "Okay" ! ..Then got charged £7.99 afterwards, Couldn't be bothered to argue as I was in a rush!!.won't be visiting a subway way any time soon ,I'll stick to McDonald's.

Orders are a consistent good quality.

Sandwich was as expected. Sent 2 week out of date Tropicana. Flagged to just eat and they did nothing - pretty standard for them.

Surprised reading the negative reviews. I went with my daughter today, were served quickly and politely. Cleanliness was good and seating available. Good amounts of fillings in my tuna sub. Limited car park spaces

This subway business doesn’t live up to Trading Standards as they sell their food products advertised at a discount but still charge for the full price. (Example: footlong sandwich for 50% off until 31 June 2024) Unethical business practice as using misguided promotional offers for sales increase.

One of the subs ordered was completely incorrect.

Absolutely ridiculous delivery time kept getting pushed back constantly even though it said the driver was at the restaurant. Then the driver went to opposite way to my house and the food is now stone cold.

Been here a few times. Always been alright, however now on the 'create your own' you cannot actaully create your own. You have to pick out of three bases whether you want them or not and then pay £2 extra just for the toppings you actually want. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a very pleasant customer service experience by this very well spoken lady named Harman.

Ordered from here once and was sent burnt crusty bread. Thought I would give them a chance at redemption and this time I’ve been sent the complete wrong order and cannot get hold of the restaurant. You had one job. Make a sandwich.

The employees seems inexperienced and unwelcome. I was pleased with the quality of the sandwiches and salad.

Not enough wedges , 10 15 pieces tops , the box was mostly empty

Not impressed. First estimated delivery time between 1.15 and 1.35pm then changed and was due to be delivered between 1.35 and 1.55 and then eventually delivered at 14.20pm.

Ordered from this Subway a few times and never had a problem, will keep this as our regular one!

Worst service in existence of all service I normally leave good reviews. But with today’s service I am disgusted. Not only were we completely ignored when entering, we politely asked for our order and then were told that we were not able to sit in. Due to her already cleaning and closing down although it was TWO HOURS before closing time. As it was out of the way we asked if we could sit in. She stated that in order for us to sit we would have to clean up after. I have never received such bad service in my life.

Missed out the salad this time

Asked for sweetcorn and I’ve literally got 2 pieces of sweetcorn on my sandwich.

Very good and really good portions. Healthy food and is nice and cold especially in the hot weather. Would recommend to anyone.

Order notes listened too about cookies. im dissapointed in the actual fillings. One sub only had ckn tikka and cucumber. It consisted of 4 cucumber slices for the WHOLE FOOTLONG!. The other sub was ckn tikka and it had 4 slices cucumber, 4 peppers, 4 tomatos, 7 jalephenos and a very very small rashing of lettuce and onion. The fact i can actually count what is in the sub says enough in itself! Not a usual portion of chicken tikka in either subs aswell! I would not be served this in store and im sure that whoever made this would not have made it for themselves like this. It was toasted except it was still cold by the time it got to me??

I wanted my food toasted but it wasn’t and didn’t say tomatoes as I’m allergic to them. I have tomatoes on it. So can’t eat it. Not happy

Food was on time but was somehow all cold and falling apart. We now feel unwell after eating it and have had upset stomachs etc. Not happy
