Subway in Coventry

Ordered on uber eats sent my daughters to go and collect the food which was took out of my bank for them to say there's no order and the uber eats app have said I've collected it try and talk to the staff and there rude and not helpful at all I've got the proof on the banking app and the screen shots very poor service from here didn't even try and help

Ordered at 1010 and didn’t receive it until 1105 absolutely stone cold! The wait was bad enough made worse by the fact it was freezing cold.

Nishant was the cashier who served us today very cherish person handled us very well. 5star for his amazing service. Would recommend to visit again , definitely coming soon again. Well done subway walgrave .

Delivery is always super quick with subway, food is always delicious, been ordering for around 5 years, food was a little cold when I asked for toasted but not much they can do as delivery was already quick. Thank you

Ordered a meatball sub via Uber eats and became violently ill shortly after, would not recommend eating from here

I use this store regularly and I’ve never had a problem, in fact they go above and beyond every time. Will always be a customer at this store

Didn’t ask for sauce on the salad we ordered was all over it so couldn’t salvage and it went uneaten , wrong bread was used on the sandwich but other then that it was fine

Everything was great, sandwich was nice and hot and cookies tasted really fresh.

cold wraps that they didnt even bother to toast, ordered a large waffle fried but got like 6/7 fries in it, not worth the price in the slightest

they didn't put salad on the sub, didn't put jalapenos on the nachos and the food didn't taste that great either

Ordered the tuna sub which I bulked up by putting a can of tuna into at home to enjoy as a post gym treat. Food was prepared quickly. Polite, friendly and attentive work crew and that’s what gives this review 5 stars! Excellent customer skills; I believe that the lady said she was from Haryana next to Punjab! Enjoyed my visit because of her! Thank you!

Subs were cold and my order was missing items

Horrific place, ordered from there had half the items missing when called to talk to them got attitude and then hung up on after I was told to order something else and they will put the items in after saying I’m not paying for extra items they just hung up on me.

Me and my friend went into a subway at lunch time and we asked for a meatball and cheese 6 inch it came out and we split it in half in my half I had no cheese and neither did my friend I’m highly disappointed and offended

first they got our order wrong then they didn’t put the right ingredients on our food the atmosphere was horrible today hasn’t been the best day but this has ruined it even more

All the food that should of been hot was freezing cold. Sent me a cookie as they had no gravy?

Items missing from my order. Could understand one item being missing, but I had 3 different things missing.

Arrived as ordered, crispy onion bits and all, nothing to fault!

Got delivered another person's order and when contacting the subway restaurant to inform them of this, they were rude and unhelpful! Last time they messed up the order and put in the wrong sauces and salad, so never again! Avoid like the plague!

Packed full of sweetcorn which I never asked for. No tomatoes or sweet onion sauce as requested and hardly any chicken. Was like bread toasted with sweetcorn, horrendous!

Both subs I ordered contained filling which I did not ask for because someone could not be bothered to read my order properly.

Shocking… 0 stars Worst hygiene standards. DO NOT go to this subway. Hairs in the food and extremely stingy. For delievry, the sub is not wrapped in paper before putting in the box. Disgusting.
