The lady with GLASSES working here is extremely rude and unprofessional

This is what a foot long triple cheese dipper looks like from this shambolic store. Not toasted, just cold cheese thrown into a cold wrap. Footlong ‘cheesy’ garlic bread had about 5 strands of cheese too and was also freezing cold. Waste of money, thrown into the bin.

Did not receive my order and there’s nothing they can do don’t know why they give you a code when your food is delivered because they just deliver to anyone

Placed an order 30 mins before hand for a pick up and when i came to collect my order i was told to wait another 10 mins.

Clean franchise, pleasant staff but i could tell they were being a bit stingy following the standard subway instructions on the portions. Overall good experience.

It was a bad experience ,the fries were wet and the sides were horrible .and the sandwich was soggy.

The delivery driver stood outside my workplace door and walked away with my food. Never ordering again!!!

cold sandwiches not prepared properly no sauce

Ordered via the app 12 inch and 2 6 inch subs the lady working tried to give me my order without a bag when I asked for a bag she said I didn’t “order a bag” I was baffled. She eventually gave me a bag but a lot of huffing and puffing. When I got home I checked the app there is no option to add a bag. There are dozens of subways in this area and I will not visit this establishment again.

I ordered a footlong sub with lettuce but there wasn't any lettuce on it. I've ordered three times before this week and it's been exactly the same, awful

delicious footlong . plenty of salad and sauce. could do with more cheese though

I'm not happy, crinkle fries were cold, Turkey cheese footlong dipper was missing, I won't be ordering again and will be contacting customer service as just est won't refund

Ordered on uber eats sent my daughters to go and collect the food which was took out of my bank for them to say there's no order and the uber eats app have said I've collected it try and talk to the staff and there rude and not helpful at all I've got the proof on the banking app and the screen shots very poor service from here didn't even try and help

The time changed 5 times from 21:23 and we finally got the food 21:50! It was cold as the food had been with the driver since 21:12!

Ordered at 1010 and didn’t receive it until 1105 absolutely stone cold! The wait was bad enough made worse by the fact it was freezing cold.

Nishant was the cashier who served us today very cherish person handled us very well. 5star for his amazing service. Would recommend to visit again , definitely coming soon again. Well done subway walgrave .

Delivery is always super quick with subway, food is always delicious, been ordering for around 5 years, food was a little cold when I asked for toasted but not much they can do as delivery was already quick. Thank you

Didn’t ask for sauce on the salad we ordered was all over it so couldn’t salvage and it went uneaten , wrong bread was used on the sandwich but other then that it was fine

I use this store regularly and I’ve never had a problem, in fact they go above and beyond every time. Will always be a customer at this store

Ordered the tuna sub which I bulked up by putting a can of tuna into at home to enjoy as a post gym treat. Food was prepared quickly. Polite, friendly and attentive work crew and that’s what gives this review 5 stars! Excellent customer skills; I believe that the lady said she was from Haryana next to Punjab! Enjoyed my visit because of her! Thank you!

Subs were cold and my order was missing items

All the food that should of been hot was freezing cold. Sent me a cookie as they had no gravy?

Got delivered another person's order and when contacting the subway restaurant to inform them of this, they were rude and unhelpful! Last time they messed up the order and put in the wrong sauces and salad, so never again! Avoid like the plague!
