I ordered the tuna 6" sub. They put a miniscule amount of tiuna on the roll. I buy this sub regularly from other Subway branches and it always has plenty of tuna. I asked to have it as a meal deal and they charged me extra and gave me a bottled drink even though I asked for a dispensed one. I won't be returning to this branch,

I absolutely love subway but this one is by far the crappiest of crap!! Staff are useless & rude !!! No manners stood waiting for at lest 7 mins before the guy even came out to serve me and I was the only customer. When he did he looked like I’d ruined his day and was very rude..

So slow at the front of the queue and didn't get served for over 5 mins. Staff didn't say anything some just standing there doing nothing. Best to go elsewhere so I just left.

it's too hot to cook today, and nothing in house i wanted. order the patty salad box and hash.browns through just eat. fabulous full salad lovely honey and mustard dressing. fresh crispy salad, filling too....just right for today's weather cheers lovely

Take forever ! Staff have an attitude ! Items always out of stock or salad gone off! I been to this subway a few times today is my last ! The staff are clueless and have no manners and they never have everything in stock ! THE WORST SUBWAY IN COVENTRY AVOID! Go to ball hill better staff and 100 times quicker !!!

The worst subway in the UK. Sadly not the first issue I have had here. Firstly there are multiple staff members who work behind the counter who don’t actually do anything. There is about 5 people there and only 1 person serving even when there’s a que. Secondly, I ordered a salad to which they made my order after waiting in a que and wasting half of my lunch break - to get to the payment where I paid and they tried to give it to me without cutlery. To which I asked if they had any abs they looked at me abs shrugged. I asked how am I suppose to eat lettuce covered in Mayo? When they just looked at me blankly. Today I went to subway and quite frankly it was the last straw. I made my order and paid for my order (footlong bmt) I ate the first sandwich and everything was fine and then I opened up the second sandwich to which it was not my order... it was a steak sandwich with all different salads and sauces which was completely not my order! I obviously did not order this. I am so disappointed. Do not go to this place to eat.

Don't bother queueing for this shambles, go McDonald's instead. None of the staff have a clue what they are doing, you wait for 20 mins minimum.

Stood in queue for 20 minutes behind just one person before just giving up and leaving. From observing what was going on the store is clearly taking huge orders from Deliveroo and spending a ridiculous amount of time preparing them without enough staff but happy to let paying customers standing at the front of their counter wait for half an hour. It’s simple if you don’t have enough staff don’t be greedy and take orders you can’t make in a reasonable time and then just ignore customers waiting in store.

When we have had them in the past, the quality has been really good. But, and this is a really unprofessional-looking "but", they seem to have a habit of saying "Open" on all apps, including Google, despite actually being closed. And when you've ordered and nothing happens, but then walk round to find the shutter down, it's really annoying to say the least. Sort it out, and get back to making good food. (For reference, photo taken at 7pm - several hours before they close - after ordering on Just Eat when they were advertised as "Open")

Previously the best chip shop in Coventry. It had been owned and run by the same people for decades. I used to order online for home delivery a lot. Suddenly the food went massively down hill, pots of lumpy dried out gravy, undercooked fish, dried out chips... I went in to find it had been taken over by somone else. The shop is absolutely filthy. Surprise, surprise, they just got awarded a one star food hygiene rating. Run!

Waited nearly an hour and a half for delivery to have half of my order missing completely and what did arrive was not what I ordered at all called to try and see if I even had the right order delivered to be shouted at, told they ran out of chicken ages ago and you get what you’re given then they hung up then wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried calling back Always been nice food previously but won’t use again after the disgusting attitude and taking money without sending the stuff I paid for

The pin is in the wrong place. As can be seen from the Google maps picture it is amongst residential garages! We never found the store.
