Subway in Braintree

The subs were good apart from some of the sauces were a bit hot so may be choose a different one will order again from there.

Nice staff , fair food , confusing prices though. Used to have set meals for set prices.

I often visit Subway in Braintree Rayne road and I thought it’s about time I left a review, Liz the sandwich artist is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and friendly smile that instantly made me feel welcome. Which is ideal because one of them always makes me sad… if you know you know! Liz's positive energy and friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. She took the time to chat with me while crafting one of the best subs I've ever had. Her attention to detail and flare in dressing the sandwiches was truly impressive… watch out Banksy!! Not only does Liz know how to create a delicious and perfectly balanced sub, but she also dresses them in the most aesthetically pleasing way. Each layer of ingredients was meticulously placed, making the sandwich not only delicious but also a work of art. Thanks to Liz's exceptional service and her talent for creating mouthwatering subs. If you're in Braintree, make sure to visit Liz at Subway. You won't be disappointed!

The devilry driver was a bit rude when he knocked on the door i know i said ''knock on the door loudly'' but not bang on the door as that is very rude he just handed me the food and then left. Food was okay would of been nice if i didn't have to by for extra bacon in my order and i had to pay extra for the type of sandwich i wanted especially when that type of sandwich use to be in the menu for the no extra price which i think it is a ripoff now. The sandwich bread was tough and chewy to eat it. I know i asked for it to be ''toasted'' but not hard and chewy when its meant to be soft and toasty.

Food great, but the delivery driver thought it was amusing to ring my doorbell 10 times.

Food arrived on time and was very nice. Delivery driver was polite as always & all items in stock. Would happily recommend this particular branch/location over the others in Braintree.

Item missing from order. My place is 2mins away from this location. All hot items stone cold.

Can't fault Subway or their staff but our food was clearly at the bottom of the delivery bag as both subs were basically flat & the crisps were pretty much dust they were so crushed - kinda skimpy on tge chicken too tbh, I've gotten more being in store. Nice but shame

We've used this branch of Subway a few times and always find the food is not, priced well and delivered promptly. Staff are friendly of there's a need to call and of for any reason aknotem is out of stock the staff are quick to let us know (but its pretty rare tbh) Will use again & definitely recommend

Lovely food delivered hot and on time.

First time delivery from here! Pigs in blankets are yummy! They were piping hot. Really enjoyed them. Quick delivery too.

Great customer service; they rang me to double check my order which I really appreciated. Unfortunately bacon was left out of one of my orders but thankfully it was still delicious without it.

Delivery driver failure yet again. Saw them on the map near my house all of a sudden delivery icon appeared. But I have no delivery. Obviously given it to the wrong address! 🤬

There isn't a phone number to speak to the restaurant, and therefore if delayed you, like me, could be twiddling thumbs disgruntled, and frequently looking out of your window for the driver to arrive.
