Subway in Kettering

Bit weird having the seating area out in the shop. Felt very uncomfortable with that.

Usually enjoy subway but this was at a new location, so first time of visiting. Disappointing as had to keep reminding what the order was, and still came home without part of a child's meal deal. Food was ok. They didn't have my favourite sauce which was probably why it didn't give same enjoyment.

Never open, always see the owner eating though.

Lazy employees don’t want to deal with you being gluten free. They find it easier to say that they don’t have gluten free bread even though they do. Ok, I’ll take my business elsewhere

ordered from uber eats, have been waiting over a hour and just keeps saying finding a new driver i’ve tried contacting the store and it says the number is unrecognised i’ve tried contacting drivers and been ignored he read my messages

I wanted to get a sandwich and i wasn’t served as the lady on the counter told me she closed although the shop was supposed to still be open as per website opening hours. Is this how Subway treats its customers?

Can't remember what your name is but to the geeza with the big dark beard and black hat, thank you for making the perfect sandwich! Most subways I have either overload the first few salad so everything overflows and messes or makes the sandwich swimming in sauce. I am by no means an easy order but this geeza made sure everything was made to the way I like it. Tldr: I like to complain about sandwiches but the guy on shift at 13:30 24/01 is a don and did it right
