Subway in Glasgow City

Waited over an hour for this subway to make a sub

He did not deliver on time and blamed me for wrong address after multiple phone calls stating the right address

This is my preferred subway in Glasgow city centre! I walk past two other subways to go to this one :)

Everything was wrong, subway need to up their act.

Delivery driver was amazing and very helpful

Wrong chicken type. LOW PORTION. And got it delivered not toasted!!

I'm giving them 3 stars as there food is Ace!hygiene standards non exsistant.they charged my wife 22£-80p for a foot long&6inc sub!This is damn joke!I've sent my email 📧if anyone would like to comment feel free.that is management at subway

Completely wrong sandwich, ordered big Bombay and received a breakfast sandwich

Sadly they scrape the bottom of the boxes of food to give you left overs. Bread was old, at least 1 or 2 days old. Tasted stale. Very real lack of hygeine and service from staff. Avoid!

I didn't even receive my order it's saying enjoy your food and I didn't even receive it a have been trying to phone the shop and aren't getting through am really angry with this

No seating even when restaurant is opens and empty, lack of hygiene and professionalism from staff. Would NOT recommend

ordered through deliveroo, half my order was missing, sandwich was the wrong bread, can’t even eat the churro(it was rock hard) and no cinnamon on it and the sauce was missing(of course), pepperoni slice had like small bit of cheese on it and that was it. genuinely just a horrible experience and deliveroo won’t give me a refund.

The server shouted at me for mixing up Salads. I have been a loyal customer at Subway for a long time but this ruined it. Please take immediate action against the server.

Food cold and didn't receive my Dr. Pepper drink. Will I get refunded? A response would be nice.

Friendly staff . Footlongs were tight on ingredients and bread was abit over toasted

Sharon who is manager gives very little toppings for the sandwiches compare to any other workers in any of the subway restaurant.

After ordering my subway the guy tries to tell me the toaster wasn’t working, little did he know I seen him turn it off minutes before because he didn’t want business an hour before closing. I said my order again and he said it couldn’t be done because of the toaster being broke which I said was fine. I asked for double cheese which I didn’t get as there was 4 slices of cheese on it and I wasn’t gonna start an argument over cheese! It didn’t help with the attitude I got from the worker. The sandwich was the worst subway I’ve ever experienced and that wasn’t because he turned off the toaster. Very poor service and very poor standards

I will never go to another subway again. £22 for 3 of the smallest sandwich’s I’ve ever seen. The hash browns were the size of a 2p coin. I honestly want my money back. £20 pays for an all you can eat buffet. Two large meals at Indian or Chinese takeaways

My order was wrong my sub has no chicken in it wrong juice & crips

Ordered a Tuna footlong. Gave me a really bad upset stomach. Something must have been off that was in my footlong. Really terrible to be serving off food or contaminated food that causes someone to get ill. Make sure you send clean fresh food, stop sending off food out and making people ill.

Order was toasted when asked for ot mot to be toasted

Ordered the foot long supremo because I’m vegetarian but when it got here it was a completely different one and had bacon or ham in it so I couldn’t even eat it. Phoned the restaurant multiple times and let it even ring out for a few minutes but nobody bothered to pick up. Uber eats only refunded me £3.75 which was absolutely ridiculous considering the whole order revolved around the main thing that I couldn’t even eat in the end. So 1 star not just for messing up the order but also for not even picking up the phone when it rings!

It take 1h20mins to deliver the order and the order was cold

I ordered the sandwich and it was raw, the customer service was poor. The guy who made the sandwich didn't even ask which sauce I would like to have. I had to throw my sub. The staff was not helpful and were rude.

All good as usual. Just that the doritos at £1000 is a bit excessive. If you haven't sold a lot lately, maybe that's why. Lol

Staff behaviour is not at all welcoming and even tried to sell me a different sub. Also as other's pointed out was asked to pay before sub is made which is the first for me too.

Second time in a week I have ordered and sharer nachos have been missing from order!

I ordered a gluten free meal as I have celiac disease the restaurant had no gluten free bread left would I take a gluten meal I replied no as I can't eat gluten said I had to cancel on app could not do this as they assigned a driver and wouldn't let me cancel spoke to the restaurant a further 3 times telling them I wanted to cancel and I couldn't do it through the app. So they sent the order anyway which I refused to accept as I can't eat gluten won't be using this service again not helpful and hung up on me when I told them I was cancelling and sent food that I cannot eat.

Ordered 2 steak and cheese footlongs got vegan steak on both. Absolute joke. Both straight in bin. Waste of money

When the food arrived it was cold once again except from the smaller sub. That's obviously been in between the bigger size subs. I dont know why the food is in a bag with the cold juice as obviously it will reduce heat. I order from just eat nearly every night and I feel I'm constantly complaining about the order, But if I had a choice I probably would not order and waste money. Only need to get takeaway as I have had no cooker now for some period of time. Not only subway other restaurants are as bad and sometimes missing items from the order 😕

Dissatisfied the food was cold. Also delivery guy phoned to ask to meet downstairs, I had paid for delivery so was quite annoyed about that. Wouldn’t order again. I would go to the shop.

The worst driver and delivery service I've ever approached. The driver arrived at the wrong street number about 500 metres from the right destination. Although he received very clear instructions where he needs to go he ignored them and left. Hence I've never received food, worst service ever, avoid

I had the worst experience in this subway. The staff were very rude with everyone and treated us like animals. All the 3 staff were Indians. They told us there’s no student discount. I was asked to pay even before my sub was made completely and they asked us to pay 10 pence for a tissue. When we told this is not how a subway works they told us it’s not their problem. Horrible experience. Please change the employees present.

Worst!! That’s my description in one word!!! The guys working there are so rude! For some reason don’t even provide student discount and when we asked for a tissue paper they charged 10 pence per tissue. Guys working there didn’t even have the heart to give a cup of water! Also our sub was worst, for some reason the guy didnt even knew how to dress the sub. Definitely not worth going here….

staff and manager are extremely rude. i called staying that they missed the drink on my order and they wouldn’t do anything about it. they told me to come to the store and get it (i ordered for delivery). when i said no because i paid for the item WITH the delivery charge it should be deliver to me as it’s they’re fault they forgot it, why would i come get it. they then hung up the phone on me multiple times while asking for a refund for it. horrible service, the food was cold and stale

Food was great, still hot when delivered, obviously freshly made, everything ordered was there, just one thing bottle of juice wasn't chilled, little disappointed.

Put my order in at 7.15pm it said it will be here 8pm at the latest, phoned the shop st 8.15pm and the guy said its on its way its now 9.20pm still not been delivered and there no one answering the phone

Received full wrong order, rang restaurant, told me they knew but couldn't do anything and was just to get refund through just eat and reorder. Would have gave 0 stars if I could

Nice driver, waited for me despite the lift!

The delivery driver went to the wrong building. When I asked if he was at the right place he said yes are you coming. When I went out side he wasn’t there so I called him back to and asked him to meet me at the place stated on the delivery instructions. When I eventually got him he was rude and came across angry and annoyed. There was no communication just handed me the food and turned away. l Won’t be using just eat in Glasgow again

Horrendous restaurant with the absolute worst staff. Staff are extremely rude and VERY unhygienic. The place is dirty and I got sick here from eating their food for 3 days!!! AVOID

Driver got lost finding front door as he went to A&E of the hospital when I had specifically said I was not at that side. I informed him of this and said he was coming. The driver drove around hospital several times while I was watching the map. He said he was nearly there and what car he drove and to meet me when he was going to stop the car. I told him again I was at the main door and as per the instructions on the order I’m in a wheelchair and where he had now told me to come to was not accessible by wheelchair. He said ok but sounded annoyed. The call them dropped and suddenly the map said there was a signal issue and couldn’t locate the driver. 5 minutes went by, 10, 20 and still no driver. I have had to contact just eat as this driver never showed us and failed to answer his mobile number he called me on. Over 24 hours later and I still haven’t heard anything from just eat.

Just eat took a little time to assign a driver which delayed order by about 10 minutes. As for the order, I was looking forward to my footlong sub as I’m in hospital and haven’t ate since yesterday tea time due to being fasted while awaiting results. It was supposed to be an Italian BMT on Italian herbs and cheese and what arrived was a what I can assume a 6 inch sub but the bread was clearly not cut in half so what I got was about 4 and a half inches of a plain tuna sub with cheese. What a let down by the restaurant as this is not the first time this branch has messed up. As for the delivery driver, top marks as it was delivered very quickly and according to the notes left as where to meet to save the driver a trek up to the ward. The only reason I didn’t mark this a 6 out of 6 was due to just eat delaying the delivery by 10 minutes and changing the delivery estimate three times. Poor just eat service, poor restaurant service and thankful to the driver for delivering so quickly, even though they were handed the wrong order with the correct receipt attached.

As soon as I saw a couple of flies dancing around the cheese and tuna i walked away and never turned back. The server didn't even bother to keep the flies away by covering the food with the glass lid. Health and safety need to pay this place a visit ASAP.

The driver found my home and flat very well and easily. He was also kind and helpful. The restaurant was quick, the food could have been a loi warmer but I do live just over a mile. Genuinely happy with everything about my order. No issues at all and that’s unusual really for me and this app.

Subs were cold and If you’re not going to cook the wedges properly, you should probably just take them off you menu! No bad thing to say about the driver except his sat Nat obv doesn’t work!

Driver deliver the order late but this was due to the restaurant because the restaurant didn’t hand it to the driver until nearly the late estimate of the delivery window. Driver who was waiting on the restaurant for the order was not at fault. He found me as per the instructions right away. The restaurant also sent me a totally different order and had items I have allergies to on it as my order didn’t contain those item. What a joke; a sandwich took the restaurant 30 minutes to make and then the even got it wrong. It’s laughable. Won’t be ordering from them again. Unable to eat what they sent due to allergies. Total joke

Couldn’t get veggie patty on meal deal so bought crisps, cookie and 7up separately. None of them were in the delivery. Poor show.

My food never got delivered. I called up the restaurant and they said the driver left and already delivered the food. They weren't helpful at all and asked me to cal just eat. I couldn't find a number for just eat online so he said he'll call but no one ever got back to me. I was left with no food and my money taken
