Honestly worst subway I’ve been too. Multiple times using this subway late when coming home from Waterloo and I’ll never use it again. Subway Rewards constantly ‘not working’ but they’re just saying this to get people to pay full price. Also bread is stale/hard and they’re really bad with toppings. Subway Corporate want nothing to do with it. I’ve left feedback multiple times and they just do nothing about it or offer any sort of refund. Couldn’t even get a receipt either because they said it was out of service too! Absolute joke

New subway rewards app, allows you to redeem as many rewards at once ( which changes the QR code the more you add ). Tell me why an argumentative woman that worked at this location, wanted to argue and tried to force us to buy a subway. When trying to redeem rewards. She then said you came here before and purchased 2 footlongs so you have money and was being very rude. Last time we go there. Sort out your staff. ALSO not to mention the last time we went, I had a tuna sub and they were super stingy on the tuna, gave the last spoonful and didn’t even top up the tuna for the sub they made me.

The sandwiches are always very well prepared and the prices are very reasonable. The real reason for the 5 star review though is the service. The Bengali gentleman behind the counter always greets with a smile, happy to chat and offer recommendations. Will definitely be going back :)

Fairly inconspicuous, you could be forgiven for assuming it’s located in woodland. Retaining some external platforms, and tunnels from previous incarnations and the aborted/moth-balled “Northern Heights Project.” Functional but forgettable interior: nothing here registers other than a niggling sense of incompletion on exiting/entering.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. The employees look irritated the whole time they're taking your order and put only the bare minimum on your sandwich (which you, of course, still pay full price for). After asking to add a little extra vegetables on the sub because, again, almost no vegetables were on it to begin with, they look even more irritated and just stuff the entire sub full of lettuce. After finishing the sub, they immediately tell you with a raised voice to move out of the way so the next customer can order. When at the checkout, they keep trying to make you buy a cookie or snack, even after stating clearly that you're not interested, trying to almost intimidate you into buying one. Even though the store off course isn't the biggest one around, there aren't nearly enough seats for the number of customers it has. So you better find some place else to sit down.

After a long and exhausting walk from the Tate modern museum we stumbled across this subway shop. We both desperately were in need of food. Our first impressions were that the staff were unfriendly and not interested in being there. Once arriving at the counter, we were incredibly shocked to see outside nature within the sandwich components. There were twigs and dirt in the cheese. Therefore we decided not to have cheese in our sandwiches. However, they still put cheese in them despite our requests. Much to our surprise, a live fly was feasting upon the food in the cabinet. This diminished my girlfriend's appetite for a sandwich yet she still bought as it was too late to stop it being made. Furthermore, after heating up or sandwiches the paper was blackened from dirt. Also unnecessary and unwanted lettuce was placed within our sandwiches which when requested was not fully removed. A train hustling and bustling passed overhead , trembling all members of the shop, perplexing us all. There was also a staff changeover during our visit, which resulted in our orders being crafted incorrectly. The staff also had a singled gloved hand, which he ran through his hair. Overall we were not impressed with how this subway was being run and it makes me hesitant to return to a subway again.

13/05/2023 - around 02:32 was there for the first time to order a sandwich. While I was doing my selections I’ve been told by the person who worked there; - “You could’ve just told me everything” And I’ve asked again as I was shocked what I’ve just heard and he repeated the same sentence! I was simply shocked twice and I’ve just left asking further things including no sauce. NB! I believe I should’ve just cancelled and left without paying after my order. But was still shocked. Well, what I believe is, if you are not happy with what you do then just don’t do that, it’s easy, resign and try something else. But it’s not your business to question or judge others what the people are ordering. I’ve never been in such simplified and unprofessional situation before. Well, I recommend other Subway branches but definitely not that one for sure.

I'm an app delivery person and I went to collect today around 1:30 pm. You should guide the two employees who were there so they can safely deliver the food. When the food is collected at the restaurant, it goes to the customer and travels a route to reach the customer. That said the food has to be collected and packed safely. The guy handed me an order and the bag wasn't closed properly, I asked him to close it properly and he closed it like his nose. I asked for the second time he ignored me and the other attendant told me that he would not close because all orders were delivered that way. You guys at Subway should guide and train employees better.

Somos de España. Pasamos 4 dias en Londres. Uno de esos días, cenamos un Meal Deal de este subway ubicado en Arch 133 [cerca de Waterloo Road]. Aparte de que todo estaba muy bueno y nos lo cocinaron en el momento, nos trató un chico muy simpatizo, atento y servicial, que pese a nuestras dificultades para expresarnos en ingles, se lo tomó con paciencia y calma y nos ayudó muchísimo. Ojala le hubiera preguntado su nombre para dejarlo escrito en la reseña. Trabajadores como este chico son los que hacen que tengas una buena experiencia subway.

The attitude of the girl working there was deplorable, the service felt extremely rushed even though we were the only ones in there, the Juice from the dispenser of drinks was not working and had no visible signal that was out of order so I made my footlong meals and when offer an exchange for a drink she offered the smallest bottle of juice for the same price I had already paid, there was no apologies or nothing about this and she continue all the time I was there looking at me in a suspicious manner. Disgusting.

The cheese was covered in crumbs and bits from other toppings therefore contaminating it for vegetarians. Only changed gloves on request, after seeing the state of the slad bar decided to pass on it. Not clean, not for vegetarians or Vegans. Oh and whenever there are offers available on the reward card, their machine is always broken.

Literally the thinnest Subway I've ever been in. The space for queuing is barely two people wide. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone with claustrophobia! Space for 5 people to sit so long as you're all friends with each other. No space to pass behind seated people. Asked for raisin cookie and got smartie... The standard carelessness from sandwich makers you expect from a Subway. Wildly different times for toasted meaning some sandwiches come out with charred cheese and others are barely warm. Assembly of sandwich slap-dash. Still, 3 stars because the sandwich is tasty and I didn't expect anything other than what happened.

Very bad attention from the 2 guys (apparently indian). I was talking to them to ask some questions and they ignore me so easy, even my British friends found that it was very offensive. We were the only ones ordering. I will not go back again to that subway, no way. It is Very uncomfortable when you are talking for yourself and they ignore you. After a few years not visiting a subway, I found the quality decrease and the price increase a lot. Don’t worth it the money you pay, and with this people working there, I am very sure I will not spend a single pound there

Two South Asians/Bangladeshi running the store had no clue how to put a sandwich together. All they did was roll the bread along with the wrapper just to make it LOOK like a sandwich. When I opened the sandwich ,the sauces were outside the actual sandwich because it was not closed properly making my sandwich bland. I would not recommend this outlet rather walk/travel to different Subway outlet.

Disgusting! I ordered teriyaki but it had beef bits in it. As an Indian it is a huge sin to consume beef but bound to happen if beef and chicken is next to each other, bacon is next to tuna, do they not think about vegan, veggie customers? All their food is contaminated be it salad or cheese, no one changes their gloves, never going there again. I will report to business organisations about health and safety procedures, I went there during lunch break and I've noticed the guy changing the card payment machine. This is fraud, appears they hide their actual profit during lunch rush.

Had an amazing subway experience after long.. The store was clean and fresh. Staff were welcoming, smiling and friendly. We ordered cheesy Nachos and Veggie Patty foot long with chocolate cookies. The veggies were crunchy and fresh and all the components of the sub were in well content proportion and not at all messy unlike my past experience. The staff/manager suggested to try the double chocolate cookies a bit warm and those were incredible to eat that way. I do recommend to have your sub in this store when in Waterloo. Thank You. 🤗

The absolute worst. I was standing in the store for more than 7minutes calling for assistance for someone to reply “WAIT, IM COMING” in an aggressive tone. The manager came out from the back and was very rude, and handled my food unprofessionally. I would heavily advise the management team go through customer service training because I’m horrified. Most terrible, most revolting food and served with most terrible most rubbish service, had to throw most of it away (except the cake). Waste of good money and feel sick for the little that was eaten. Never used to be that bad, what changed?

Quite possibly the worst Chinese takeaway in the Western World. Before it was taken over it consistently used contituted meats, bad service and really not anything like you would expect. Enter new management..... Worse. The servers don't actually know what you are ordering, Have to use a PC to find your order. Food is diabolical. I urge you to travel as far from this hell hole as possible
