Subway in Tameside

Sandwiches are good but all the meal deal items (drinks snacks) were missing.

It was an hour late and stone cold with not the right order

ordered a chicken tikka sandwich and no chicken was on it when I rang the guy was saying their was and he made it when I was looking right at it and their was non on it

Visit a Warrington street for takeaway and Zaheer and Nina is very helpful provided a very good service through out ☺️

Very horrible service We are in UK as tourist and we went to this place a BIG mistake I would have given negative reviews Staff was very rood and food was rotten so complaint about it that food is smelling so instead of doing something about it they behave very rood and told us that they will call police if we don’t leave Never seen such hospitality from any restaurant

The lady that served me with the head scarf displayed extreme rudeness and aggression while discussing the menu. Additionally, the drink dispenser was unclean and failed to dispense my drink correctly. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory.

Driver decided to go on a trip round the city and threw food at us, wasn’t in a hot food bag and was absolutely freezing. Never ordering again.

Tried to buy a double egg and cheese breakfast wrap plus a cappuccino and the dude tried to charge me £7.68 Went across the road to the other subway and got exactly the same thing for £4 Train your staff!

My order still hasn’t arrived I have tried ringing up they won’t answer, I’ve tried complaining. I am not happy about this and would like a refund for my order not turning up! They have said it has been delivered but it hasn’t

The restraint let out food go at 12.30 rang subway and notified them the just eat driver had it it didn't arrive till 1.15pm the food was cold I was looking foward to a warm sandwhich plus I only had 2 pieces on chicken on my entire foot long the rest was just sauce butty , my sons chicken pieces was freezing to the point they was inedible because they'd gone hard

Miserable staff and portion sizes are a joke, literally half the amount of fillings compared to other branches. Will not go here again.

The delivery driver simply placed it on the door step n walked off diddnt knock on door or tell me the foods been delivered so it was sat outside for about 20 mins and has gotten cold

The shop in Ashton is the staff are unpleasant and the salad looked like it had been there in the open and when asked they were rude.

Had been given a time at first, then took a while for a driver to be assigned again for the 2nd time. Also, the driver rang and expected me to come outside when I live I'm on the 2nd floor of my flats don't think this is acceptable and VERY POOR COMMUNICATION WITH THE DRIVER

Food great as always however the nacho chicken bites were missing from the meal deal. No option to get a refund for those and can only say the entire meal didn't turn up (which it did). Pretty annoying as it's happened a few times and can't get a refund for specific items without pretending the entire meal didn't turn up!

be carful meal deal states 500ml bottle but you end up with 375ml but it is what it is

I placed an order for 2 small meal deals and meatballs, the order came with out the meat balls, I called the store and they said they couldn’t send the meat balls as they didn’t have a driver and they couldn’t make a refund I had to sort it out myself through just eat, I asked to speak to the manager and they said he wasn’t there but he would call me. 2 minutes later the girl called me back and said they had sorted it out and would send out the meat balls and an extra one as well, they arrived about 10 minutes later stone cold and only one lot of meat balls. Not impressed at !! Poor customer service from Subway Ashton!! Won’t use them again

Ordered a meal for 2 , my footlong was meant to be a Brie and bacon footlong with olives on , I received a footlong with mayonnaise on , bacon and lettuce , we paid over £25 for the food and you give us this?

Wrap arrived with missing filling and although I had asked for salt it tasted like they had forgot to stop putting it on.

Food delivered on time and just as ordered

Had to give 1 star to put review through, but never received order. Ordered and paid for and told delivery time of 15:20. Map showed as out for delivery then crashed. Nothing arrived by 16:00. Tried to call Subway at least 20 times, no answer. Then when looked online it showed as store not taking orders at this time. Then map came back up saying delivery would be at 16:37. Again this time came and went and no delivery. Tried to call several times - again no answer It's now 19:20 and the website now showing order delivered at 17:10 which clearly it wasn't. Trying to get a refund through Just Eat is like pulling teeth. Had to submit a missing items complaint which is being "reviewed" but this doesn't include delivery or service charges. Won't be ordering from here again.

We were charged for extras and didn’t get them. They don’t put enough cheese or sauce in it. And everytime I’ve ordered from this branch there’s always something missing or they mix up the items. Won’t order again. Very disappointed.
