The best Subway location I've ever been to. They make subs here exactly like the menu – very tasty, cookies are the perfect consistency, bread is fluffy and service is always excellent with the friendly staff!

I regularly come to this store as they give high quality food and service. I was visited subway store at stepney green, staff of in the store serve the food polaetly and honestly, especially Isha patel.

Isha welcomed me with a beautiful smile, took my order, and recommended the meal deal offer.

We ordered two footlongs- Manager Sajjad was really happy to serve us and was really patient with our order

The new hazelnut cookie is insane.Waffle chips were ok.Nacho chicken bites were good.Hash browns were mid.The sauces were good but teriyaki sauce is not my thing but a really good experience.

I just came from my country and I asked for Bmt sub and i told them no pork and they took the ham from the sandwich. After I finished my food my flatmates said pepperoni and salami are pork . should have warned me

Whilst the subway was clean and newly renovated the staff that served me was terrible and lacked basic training. I ordered a vegetarian subway, and she failed to change her gloves after handling meat, which is a basic standard of Subway. When I pointed this out, she failed to understand and eventually quietly apologised. Didn’t bother to ask if she should make a new sub. She also failed to change her gloves after touching the tills and card machine. The staff do not seem to have adequate training at this subway branch.

I recently visited the newly opened Subway at Stepney Green, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! The new management has really turned this place around. The store is spotless, the food is fresh, and the service is top-notch. A special shoutout to the store manager, Snigdho, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Snigdho's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the store. From the welcoming atmosphere to the prompt and friendly service, it's clear that this Subway is in great hands. If you're in the area and craving a delicious, freshly made sandwich, I highly recommend stopping by this Subway. You won’t be disappointed!

They give very little tuna in their sub. Two very small scoops of tuna is spread out along the bread. You can’t even taste it!

There is an Indian short staff try to overcharge me but luckily I checked before taking payment Tuesday 13 Feb 2024 17:00.

If you enjoy your sandwiches made at a snail's pace then it's the place to go. Really baffling how something so simple to make can take an eternity will 3-4 people working behind the counter. Would avoid.

Unprofessional staff with no manners worst experience

You have 3 women (2 in uniform other dressed informal) talking to themselves. I ordered cheesy bites that were ice cold 2 mins after I walked out and tried it. I also ordered a subMELT and the cheese wasn't melted. Awful experience, i wouldn't recommend anyone to come here

Guy with glasses and cap is very polite and lets me pay with points without lying and saying points don't work like other stores.

By far the worst sense of: 1. Customer service, the lady complained and nagged when I asked for extra lettuce. 2. Counting tissue. Like seriously? 3. She was handling meat items when making my vegetarian sub. When I asked her to change her gloves, she said it will be a charge for new gloves!! 4. A disgrace to a franchise operated by a place of very very poor hygiene standards, attitude and arrogance. Avoid at all costs.

It had the worst service I’ve ever encountered in my life. Incredibly slow and understaffed. The man behind the counter had me waiting for at least 20 minutes before he began to make my sub, began to make my sun on 2 different occasions, then told me he didn’t know how to make the sun that I asked for off the menu and began to make another sub for another order, despite me being the only customer in the store

Vraiment détestable ! Personnel aussi agréable qu’une porte de prison. Je suis rentré et j’ai tout de suite sentis que je l’ennuyais au plus haut point, elle c’est ensuite trompé de pain et à râlé pour ensuite mettre beaucoup de désinvolture à faire mon sandwich. Pour preuve quand jai demandé de la salade et du concombre elle y a mis trois pauvres feuilles et rondelles. J’aime beaucoup subway mais je ne retournerais certainement pas dans celui ci. Il serait temps de revoir vos recrutements et les personnes qui nous serve.

Dear subway. So I purchased my usual footlong tikka. The staff hardly put any chicken tikka on the sub. I told her about it and she replied if I want to pay for extra chicken tikka. The problem wasthe fact she hardly put chicken tikka on there otherwise I wouldn't be putting a complaint through. I have been purchasing from subway for years so I know the portion of chicken tikka that should be on there. It is sad that you are being cheated for what you pay for. There should be an investigation as the lady knew she hardly put any chicken on there. When I told her the second time about it she mentioned the rest of the chicken tikka on the other half of the bread. Which is not true as they always put the chicken tikka on one half of the bread. She knew she was lying to my face. I have taken pictures of the footlong showing there's not much chicken tikka on there and have the receipt as well if to take this further.

Stingy on tissues even after I spent nearly £20. My 5 year old smudged her first tissue . The Asian guy with glasses had a rude frown and was aggressive. Didn't say any thing as I didn't want my child to hear what I had to say

Shows closes at 11pm but they close whenever they want. When i asked why the person ignored the question completely and says we are closed. 10.30pm!

Good quick and fast food , double steak and cheese on the hearty Italian baguette. It's good place for healthy eating

Staff were nice but very slow. This branch wasn’t that much clean, first time to try it and even the sandwiches wasn’t that good. Had the steak and cheese, the BLT and ham half sub, the filling was less than when I have it in other branches. Needs improvement.
