What a waste of money. Delivery driver was pleasant aside from that chilli cheese bites were not even melted. Think they cooked them yesterday. Sub had hardly any filling in it at all and i only asked for veg. Not ordering again.

Ordered over an hour and a half ago. Contacted restaurant who told me food was on the way 25 minutes ago and food has still not arrived.

Sub Way in Brownhills is quiet and comfortable, the only issue is the service, the staff ask you what you would like, after carrying on their conversation and other orders for delivery they might return to serve your order many moons later, but the last couple of times that I have visited which were a few weeks apart the coffee machine wasn't working which for this type of establishment is diabolical, shall not be returning, SUBWAY...DO BETTER....

Hands down the worst lunch I’ve had in years. BBQ baller sub and the meatballs were burnt to a crisp and had a weird texture, almost like they substituted it with a vegan option or were several days old. Bread was toasted but still tasted and felt stale. Pre ordered and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes too. I appreciate they were busy but still. Had a couple of issues with this branch so I can only blame myself for returning but when you’re on a lunch break you don’t have time to run around to avoid it….. Go to the one by the leather museum instead if you have time to walk there.

Poor service too busy on online orders to even acknowledge the in-store customers place is dirty especially behind counter as they picking food to go on subs it's going everywhere and in other food tubs so cross contamination and staff hard of hearing

This subway is amazing, great food, good portions, amazing service. Never disappoints, regular here. Moreover Harman is brilliant, so professional and makes the best sandwiches! Always smiling too. If you want a great sandwich - ask for Harman.

We frequently order from Subway, on this occasion it took 40 minutes to arrive and was thus unacceptably late. Also, one of the three sandwiches ordered was not toasted despite a request to do so having been made.

If I could give 0 stars I would went to this subway and have to say it was the worst subway restaurant ever ordered a 12 inch meatball marina I was told I can only do 6 because I don't have enough meatballs once I enquired why can't you do a 12 inch he said very rudley why what's your problem I said I'm just asking his attitude was awful he then handed me over to his colleague who short changed me there is a sign outside wat says 50 extra seats upstairs guess what it's closed of to the public if you want very rude staff who short change you this is the place to eat I wouldn't recommend to anyone

This subway branch does not like it when you use for Subway points to pay for your meal. They will use a excuse that it doesn’t work. Happened to me multiple times. Also, I tried ordering of the Deliveroo app using their £10 off coupon and they cancelled my order. Someone higher up needs to sort this branch out.

The food was very nice but service was terrible. The man serving me was very impatient. I have a bit of a speech problem and he was very inpatient when I was trying to say my order. Never going again.

Ali did not make my wrap correctly, who puts lettuce in the oven, and wrapped up, decided to eat it cold as did not want to go back and see him. Very disappointed Ali And had also forgot to put my drink on the order, even though I asked twice.

Always closed before closing timings, went there 3 times including today it’s closed before 6:30 pm and the closing timing is shown 7:30 pm

I only go to subway on the very rare occassion. The service was fast and the sandwich was made well. My only issue was that they are stingy when it comes to the salad and especially the sauce to the extent that I had to add my own sauce when I got home because I couldn't even taste it on the sandwich because there was so little

Staff will not make you a cup water if you ask and never got meny people in there which tells me that avoid it because if the locals ain't using it then something ain't right there !!!

Had an issue with the amount of minimum salad and topping that were being put on a foot long sub. If I've paying nearly 10 quid for food for 1 person, I expect it to be rammed with salad and stuff, had to tell the staff i wasn't happy, then they got arrsy and started throwing on everything from the salad bar. Not happy at all, staff need to be trained in proper customer care.

Chicken teriyaki is my fave. Healthier alternative
