Lovely food all around, delivered on time, no complaints. :)

was sent wrong items but lady had noticed this before food was delivered and called me to apologise and also sent correct items so had free sandwich, very efficient and fantastic customer service skills, lovely food as always.

I was on my lunch break &;the women behind the counter was talking to her mate! I've got half an hour & she's talking about her night before? I would never recommend this place ever! So unprofessional

Mix up with the notes meant the sauces got mixed up but they were very quick to correct it and sent us fresh new sandwiches. extremely happy with the customer service and would definitely order again!

Ordered through uber eats, took closer to 1.5h to get the food eventhough it was stated 15-35 mins. Both subs was ice cold, looked like someone sat on it aswell. But that wasn't the worst. One of them was inedible due to staff probably dropping the pepper shaker in it. The amount of pepper was unreasonable and made the sub not edible. With the delivery time and inedible food I should have chosen mcdonalds. See picture for the amount of pepper on the sandwhich. Defenetly won't return.

I ordered on the in store screen while Ch was a total disaster as I ended up with 2 x gluten free steak and cheese subs which had not been toasted with extra steak and cheese which I did order! Please go back to the old way it's so much better for us the customer 😭 Made me so sad. Staff were brilliant and it's a great store but your screen does not work 😭😭

I went in at around half 5 and was served by afsana and nish , the service was 10/10 very nice and friendly and also the place was very clean and the accommodated to my needs and questions this is my favourite subway to go to highly recommend in the whole of Walsall

order didn’t even turn up, for the second time. i won’t be ordering again and the subway needs to be closed down immediately. i’m so disappointed

I thought there was a veggie pattie in there but it was only salad and sauce in a bread 😪

What a waste of money. Delivery driver was pleasant aside from that chilli cheese bites were not even melted. Think they cooked them yesterday. Sub had hardly any filling in it at all and i only asked for veg. Not ordering again.
