Clean tidy and freshly cooked. Toilets were in good condition too. What more could you ask for?

Its our only Burger King for miles so we feel obligated to go to this one. The Staff are always unhappy and look 'fed up' either it be drive thru or eat in. Getting your order wrong should become a sign of theirs as its always incorrect. Its not a cheap meal, so your expectation of being filled up is a let down. Chips are scarce and sides like nuggets and onion rings are dry, processed & tastless. Its never changed for years. Such a shame as the venues location is perfect to make a huge trade.

Food was cold , fries not fresh , bacon disgusting, first and last time went there

Worst service ever came in a couple days ago and got served by this fat ginger lad and this short manager with scruffy hair and they got my order completely wrong and the food was disgusting and burnt was pretty much inedible wouldn’t even give me a refund on the order either and they even watched me throw it all in the bin after I left as well think they need some training esspercialy that manger had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER put me off takeout for ages no wonder this place is always dead and everyone goes to maccie D’s think the mangers name was Andrew or something like that was the fact that it also cost me £45 for a couple meals

This is definitely my last visit to the Leamore, Walsall branch. I have lived approximately 2 miles from this location for 5 years. Have ordered from here, maybe 7 times in total, and every time I do, I say I am not returning. Last night was the final straw. When I order Onion Rings, they are usually reheated and dried out. On my previous visit, I was sitting inside to eat with my husband and grandson. There is no excuse to reheat onion rings. Freshly cooked would have sufficed regarding a wait - not that it takes long to deep fat fry onion rings. I ended up taking them back. I could tell that the young gentleman who dealt with my complaint was also embarrassed by the state of these overcooked rings. Burgers are as bad. They are barely look warm. I truly do not understand why? When you go there, there are NEVER any other customers, inside nor at the drive thru. So why?? Why is there a need to have foods sitting / waiting under a heat lamp, on the chance that customers come. This branch is never busy, I'm surprised it is still open! Me personally do not mind the few minutes wait to have freshly cooked food. Freshly cooked to order means less wastage as less returns and complaints. Last night, for once, upon driving home 5 minutes, the onion rings were still too hot to eat (freshly cooked obviously) but the double bacon cheese burger was barely warm. No cold salad to reduce the heat, just the cheese and bacon, which usually holds the heat. It's such a shame as a few of the counter staff are really pleasant to deal with. It's the food preppers that badly let it all down.

The employes was amazing and did excellent service, they were very welcoming and kind, the food was amazing and delicious I will definitely be returning it it my fav burger king in bloxwich/leasure

All of the staff are very polite and the girl is very good at her job and all the boys especially the manager Alan law Is very good they always give outstanding service I love going there and having food

The worst food I have ever tasted. Cold, microwaved bacon. For 40 pound. Honestly it should Be illegal to show pictures of the food you show and serve the discusting food you served. Least with mc Donald’s or KFC you actually get a decent meal. So so angry I chose to spend 40 pound here, should have just flushed the money down the toilet. SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!!

Ordered food and it was stone cold They forgot my tango drink Had nothing to drink with the food as I am allergic to tap water couldn’t take my medication due to forgetting my drink Rang the shop and 20 minutes it took them to answer phone And was brushed off with We were busy what on a Tuesday night And bussy is your excuse to forget to deliver my drink with my food That’s a poor bad excuse Look on your staff to double check the order It’s flared my mental health up It’s not just about the drink What about I got no drink to get me threw the night and no medicine I can take it’s a big impact on my night to get threw to your stupid staff error Disgusting angry disappointed

I orderd a meal on Uber, and to be honest it was shocking !!!!! To say the least I had 2x missing items my dip and Dorito sticks and should of came with a large chips but it was more like a kids small I’m so angry 😤 the staff need to pay more attention !!!!

The overall experience is pleasant, I come here quite often and food is always served quickly and is very hot, the staff are friendly, etc

Although I had to wait, I was given nice hot food (which was worth the wait). However, I had to return as they'd given a wrong item - was told I ordered the wrong item but the person wasn't very clear on the drive thro speaker amd I definitely know what I ordered. Offered to pay the upgrade price for additional item but was told it couldn't be done! Needs some more customer service training (think it may have been a ginger haired guy).

2 whopper meals. Both burgers and the fries were cold. Drinks were flat

Met a customer here to sell a couple of clone watches🫠.he got a bargain at £150 a pop with the boxed n.paperwork but i got ripped for the food. Clean place..friendly staff..speedy service..food was fresh👌 rip off though.. dunno how theyr still in business charging 6.99 for a 5" chicken burger😮

Shocking service , first time at this one , took 15mins at drive thru with no other cars 🤔, never again, looks like there understaffed
