I order subway all the time. Something it’s great sometimes it’s okay. Today I ordered my usual order and had Maeghan serving me. This by far is the best subway I’ve had. The sub was evidently made with care and love and wasn’t just thrown together! And Maeghan even left a lovely note on my cookie bag! Best service ever Maeghan thank you so much and great job!! <3 Love Benji xx

Waited for 30 minutes , while he was slowly eating. I don’t think it is allowed to close the shop just like that.

Don't you dare order here if your using the collection option. Just look at what I was served. I went back to my office completed a bit of work then began to open my sandwich and was presented with this. Who on earth would eat this let alone serve this. BLT but was only given T. I went back to the store, didn't have lunch, had to use my work time. So so so disappointed I am going to email them in regards because it's unacceptable. Literally. Tesco and sainsburys dont have even charge £3 for a loaf so the audacity to be charged £3 for 6" bread. I think the server must have been asleep.

The BMT was very dry and although I requested 2x Southwest sauce, there was hardly any inside so I had to add my own mayo from home. The bread also didn’t seem toasted and hardly had cheese. Subway staff need to do much better and respect customers requests when they are paying for their food especially as Subway prices are expensive. The delivery driver was also messing around because while tracking he was nearby and suddenly disappeared and then was far away from my home, Drivers step up!!
