Staff couldn't be bothered, multiseed cut all shapes, didn't put a full scoop of chicken in. Very through other. Won't be going back. Didn't change gloves for the vegan sub after doing chicken sub.

Not the best Subway I've been in poor selection it was morning time so no breakfast sandwich available also no cookies on the plus side the sandwich I got was perfect and my Latte was probably the nicest Latte I ever had in subway

Very small seating area. The shop was very busy at the time I ordered, so it was extremely crowded and most people had to stand outside to eat. The two staff members struggled with the high volume of orders, but the food was good.

Bad form.Cookie missing from the box. Rolls not toasted. Sauce never came. Rolls not hot 🔥❌💀

Great place to go for subs. Good selection of toppings. Could do with a more modern store.

This shop is a complete shambles, the staff don't seem to have any idea what to do .the owner lets his young children rummage around the food to make Thier own subs in front of customers and as for running a shop he couldn't run his noise never has any change in his till, FFS it's the basics man. Shop always full of cardboard boxes of models.

Not many tablels to sit in and no customer toilets

On 20th of November 2021 around 7.30pm we went in after a long day travelling hoping for a first class service as received by the many other Subway branches. It was anything but first class. The 2 employees weren't wearing masks or gloves while handling our food. Even though there was only the 2 of us ordering food they continued to not listen to us on what we wanted on our order. I can understand certain stuff not being available but putting bell peppers which I'm highly allergic to is definitely not something I can understand. Lastly I asked for 3 cookies, 1 a smartie cookie and 2 chocolate chip cookies and I was only given 2 but was charged for 3. I never realised all thi until the last bus ride home. Never going to this branch of Subway again, even if I was dying. Would rather be a cannibal.

Love being rushed out the door when there is nobody else around. In fact service was that fast my order was nearly toasted and wrapped before I had the chance to pick my drink and finish getting what I wanted.

Would give the staff a 5/5 as the staff deserve it they are always friendly and so understanding with my son who has autism.Today when we went in the manager was rude and unprofessional and came across as not accepting of my son and his needs I asked for ham to be put in a container as my son does not eat bread. I was left feeling like I had done something wrong for asking for this and was in what I can only describe as interrogated by him asking who had done this previously and what other places have done this previously and was told this should not happen.Hopefully the next time I visit it will be pleasant and he is hopefully not working.

The one in Newcastle is fab I love a salad bowl with South West sauce poured over it,and a Latte.

Floors and tables were so dirty. Counter wasent much better. Dirt on the glass and the lettuce near brown.girl hardly spoke and had no eye contact at all. Think she needs retrained when dealing with the public. No please or thankyou when I was paying for my order.

Too long to wait and they scrimp on fillings

Perfect little location, great for visitors. Food was yummy and well heated. Me and my partner where able to take it back to our hotel room and enjoy it still hot in the sun.

Food falls into other food. Not suitable for vegetarians/ vegans or allergy sufferers

The old reliable! Quick, tidy and clean, worker threatened me with a knife over the counter a few years back, regardless the food was exquisite and still is. You couldn't ask for more nor less than a Subway Melt!
