The food is great however the delivery is appalling. They said it would take up to an hour, which is already too long but hey… it didn’t turn up until 2 hours later. Very annoying!

Absolute shambles!! Can’t get an order right to save their life To top it off tonight they’ve delivered our food with items missing, upon calling them they’ve run out of the items, fair enough, but they are now refusing to give our money back to us for them, which in my eyes is THEFT!!!!! We just want our refund and the owner is too cowardly to speak to us directly.

We went on Saturday and this was our first visit. The food was amazing but very large portions so we could not eat it all. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We shall be going again.

Poor food, wrong order, disgusting customer service. The order was wrong, we rang through no apology delayed repayment but food we did receive was poor. Avoid.

Visited here after seeing some great reviews on a local Facebook page. We weren't disappointed! The burger was delicious, fries really good and the service excellent. Though I did think I was seeing double at one point but they have twins working there who were really great!

Have ordered takeaways from here several times now and it’s always really good. The menu is really varied and everything is great quality. Was given an estimated collection time of 40mins, but was called immediately after ordering to tell me it would be done in 20mins so I could come earlier. Food was hot and portion sizes were great. It is a little more expensive than some takeaways but you do get better quality food. Only thing that would improve it is if they did Buffalo chicken loaded fries!

All the food was very nice and the flovours were amazing. The restaurant it's self is well laid out and nicely decorated. I would have given this place 5* if it had not been let down by the time taken for the food to be prepared and come to us, as they were not busy but it still took the best part of an hour for our food to arrive at our table. The other thing that let this place down was it's waiting staff who had a poor knowledge of the menu, any specials that were available, we mentioned a special that we had seen advertised on Facebook but the waiting staff had no knowledge of it and also at the end of the evening the waiting staff were very persistent at coming to our table to keep asking if we wanted anything else and it ended up making us feel uncomfortable and as if they just wanted is to pay and leave as we were the only people left even though it was still an hour before their closing time. But due to the quality and the tastiness of the food we will try again.

Great little place with charm. Staff really welcoming and pleasant. Food was very tasty and plenty of it. Highly recommend the American Classic.. yummy!

My husband, my son and I decided to eat out for a change. We have never been here before but we will definitely be back. My husband and I had the french burger with french fries for him and sweet potato fries for me with deep fried halloumi. My son had the beef and cheese burrito which he has never tried before with french fries. Very generous portions and absolutely delicious! The service was very good too, always checking to make sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent outdoor covered area. Everything extremely well executed from design to content. Nice attention to detail, and ultimately the food was worth the visit. It will definitely be getting another visit

Ordered for my kids birthday, over 2 hours for delivery, food finally arrives burger is just bits of overcooked mince. Borritto looks like a snack wrap! Appalling customer service. Took food back couldnt even get refund as owner not back in business until 4pm tomorrow. Mortified, appalled !!!

Missing item, Luke warm, burger too salty, very poor value for money I was expecting something much better having paid over £20 for two burgers and one portion of chips with a £2.95 side order paid for but missing.

We decided to get a takeaway to support a local business during this difficult time. We came across this place, and wow we were not disappointed!!!! I had the French burger, and my partner had the spicy brisket one.. They were very tasty, you could really notice they were flame grilled and homemade. Well done! We will return.
