Awful food, soggy and unappealing

Half the ingredients were out of stock at 1:30 Just chucked ingredients in . Staff where messing about in the back and just didn’t communicate great with me

Never seen such a shoddy sandwich. The lettuce was brown and the bread was stale

We come every week on the weekend when we are commuting and as always the staff is very nice and the service is quick. The place is clean and tidy. Kids happy 😁

Don't put enough filling on, I had a 12 inch tikka they literally just filled the middle and both ends had nothing on at all, I asked if they could at least put a but more on or spread it more evenly and then she tried charging me an extra £1 for it , absolute joke, who pays for just bread ? I'm sure the person making the sandwich wouldn't have it that way if it was theirs either, unprofessional waist of money

Been in with my family today, great friendly service, fast paced and well run food tasted amazing and was great to have a chat with the staff, clean environment and a lovely atmosphere Will definitely be back

I have been here at least 10 times. Customer service is Fantastic! Mandy makes me smile every single time. She gives me reasons to come to this particular Subway. Faye is just incredible, she has excellent attention to details. She is so so sweet. These lovely ladies always make me the best Sandwiches. Thank you Mandy and Faye :)

Not the best subway in the area I have tried it a few times now. The sandwiches are always thrown together neither is the shop clean as others

Absolutely terrible customer service very slow , disorganised and the supervisor spoke to me in derogatory manner , while talking to me like a child because my first option wasn’t available as they were too disorganised . So while taking sometime to choose another option she tried winding me up and making sarcastic rude remarks like I was naughty child . Absolutely terrible customer service unfortunately the norm for this store

Quiet, friendly and not to dirty. There was a crumb of bread about the size of a penny on the seat and a few crumbs on table but the previous customer only just left

Called here a couple of times recently for breakfast,yesterday was not good,on the second bite of my breakfast sub there was a sharp object,don't know what it was but not nice to find in my food, I hope it's just an isolated incident and not a regular thing as I do enjoy the food and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Very helpful staff but cluttered dining area. Lots of waste cardboard stacked in the corner both looks unsightly and is a fire hazard

I regularly order online from various shops. Can definitely say that This shop is the best among all the sub ways i visit. . . It’s always nice and clean,they are always ready on time(i order in advance) and the team working inside is Always kind and helpful. Not to forget the manager,Morgan,who is super welcoming and cooperative! Great team makes a great shop! Keep the good work guys!

Myself and my daughter went in this afternoon. It was lovely and clean and the lovely girl serving couldn’t have been more helpful. We had 2 sandwiches which were delicious. The selection was excellent.

Awful customer service from ? Harvey and another shorter brunette girl with glasses. They were sighing as I was doing my order and also laughing between themselves. Will not be coming here again.

Came into the store early this morning 14/9/21 and was served by a very young lady with glasses on. Her name tag said Libbie. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. For such a young lady she worked incredibly hard and she made the visit to the store a good experience. Would definitely visit again. Her attitude to her work was a credit to the store and to herself.

Never got all the sandwich fillings ready when their open , don't open the shop if your not prepared to serve all items . Got random salad on my sub that didn't ask for like olives which I hate 🙃

Very quick service lots of salad options with nothing ran out. Tasted lovely and fresh salad.

Drowned my salad in sauce and charged me an arm and a leg for it.

Its quite slow at lunch time, there doesn't seem to be much rush in the staff, its just 1st gear all the time! Always new faces too!

EXTREMELY slow during lunch time last week, ran out of meatballs and other ingredients, staff on phones in back and not communicating and no clear leadership in front of house. Entrance to store to order with three customers in front 17 minutes. Order to payment 4 minutes! Payment to receiving order 4 minutes. Total time for a simple toasted ham and cheese footlong sub 25 minutes!

This is the best subway in Sheffield, I have tried almost all the Subway and this is best in all. Very good customer service always. I am traveling from far away specially to this location.

That visit was a bit pricey, and a cup of drink wasn't available for covid reasons... But I had to pay the extra price for the bottle?

The store was so clean and the staff were so good nothing was to much trouble I bought a subway salad And a beef and cheese wrap they were fantastic in all a good experience would recomend a visit

Subway as a company is good it is just the outlets that can let it down by being distracted and lethargic.

I've changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars, not for the service because that was brilliant but for subways decision of taking items off the menu. Just to name a couple, ranch and peppered cheese. Why ? And you cant say they didn't sell as well because that'd be like Tesco saying no more Maris piper as they don't sell as well as normal potatoes

I have to say this Subway never has any fillings left. I have visited on 2 occasions and on both no meatballs left and its hours left to close time. Disappointing.

A perfectly fine "Mega Melt" breakfast sandwich was spoilt by a soggy side of poor hash browns and without the worst (apparent) "Flat White" coffee I've ever had. Awful.. but redeemed by being good value and the main sandwich decent.

I LOVE Subway but I would NOT reccomend this one, ordered 3 sandwiches this morning, the filling which is usually falling out was in fact almost non existent, the cheese that is usually toasted we were charged an extra 20p, one of the sandwiches was only salad and we wanted extra salad on the salad but was told we couldn't have anymore as the bread wouldn't shut. The other 2 sandwiches, cheese and onion and a meat feast were dismal to say the least. We were then told that it works out better to get a meal deal when infact we were completely ripped off. Stick to town subways or meadowhall where staff are much friendlier and sandwiches are filled properly.

Hadn't been to subway for many years. I went here ages ago and got a veggie patty but you couldn't see the patty for all the cheese and it was the best thing ever and I now go to subways fairly often. Some of the other subways are tight about there cheese even when I'm sometimes ordering a second 12" with no cheese so I hope I don't get anyone in trouble posting this. Thank you sandwich lady!

What can I say? It's a Subway... If you like the food and they don't cut the bread to close to the bottom, one does not want a soggy bottom that falls apart, then you know exactly what you are getting.

Every Tuesday me and my family visit this subway as the staff are lovely helpful and friendly it's always clean and it's the branch i choose to use even though it's across town from where I live.oh and the subs are bad too lol
