Subway in Sheffield

Worst Subway we've been to sadly. Seemed understaffed, even for a 7pm shift, struggling to fill orders for online and in store custom. Had run out of quite a lot of ingredients, so had to compromise with our order. Waited quite a while to be served, only for one staff member to disappear in back while the other filled online orders. After all that, the server failed to change gloves before filling my gluten free order, which is a pretty basic error on food safety. Thankfully, I am asymptomatic coeliac, but such an error could well cause issues for symptomatic coeliac people. Once food got to us, the marinara was like warm and my son's ham and cheese was inexplicably soggy. Not usually one to leave a negative review, but this was just comedy from start to finish. Suggest more staff, more training on food hygiene and cross contamination and replenishment of ingredients. I will think twice about visiting this branch again.

There was chicken pieces in my foot long tuna and couldn’t eat it

Tuna mayo sweetcorn toasted ended up with just a load of sweetcorn and very little tuna shockin staff was lovely but the sandwich was crap

No garlic and herb sauce with the nacho bits disappointed and no napkins. Over all good food but apart from missing these 2 things.

3 items missing, was told there was nothing they could do about it unless I drove to the subway and collected them

Ordered vegetarian items. They came with meat in them.

Hardly any tuna in the full sandwich and totally allover the place. Not acceptable for how expensive it is. disappointed as its usually perfect

Didn’t get the bread I requested for both sandwiches and wasn’t toasted as requested ordered a Philly steak and cheese and got Philly steak and TUNA get it together subway this is disgraceful

Asked for plenty of sauce however it turned up so dry with barely any sauce whatsoever. Also ordered some waffle fries with ketchup and there was no ketchup. Very disappointing.

Food came on time and they were very generous with the portion size of my salad unlike a lot of other Subways! Meatballs were nice and warm on delivery and my salad was fresh, amazing service!

Shameless pizza bread was like chewing through an elastic band. Wrong bread on one of the sandwiches. Luckily that person was not allergic to any ingredients but come in staff pay attention to the order. There are reasons why people ask for certain items. 1st time such a disappointment

Didn't get my drink but overall good

We come every week on the weekend when we are commuting and as always the staff is very nice and the service is quick. The place is clean and tidy. Kids happy 😁

Never received this order even when I phoned to ask lady on the phone kept saying she couldn't hear me and hung up will not be ordering from this subway again.

I asked for 2 different sauces and barely received 1 on it. It was like they did oneiytle squeeze of 1 sauce and that was it. Really disappointed!!!

I accidentally ordered to my daughters address because I had ordered mid week when I was house sitting neither the shop or just eat were any help it was delivered to my daughters and just left on the doorstep so I’m really disappointed

Lovely service! They had sold out of some items so made a substitution which was spot on and so nice of them! Food was delicious!

Driver was late because he didn't follow the map and couldn't find the property despite clear signage. Food was cold and dry by the time it arrived but still edible.

Everything was perfect and the order was all right well done parkway

However the drinks were never delivered, spoke with subway manager who had confirmed he had given the drinks to the driver and he hadn’t delivered them. Unable to get refunded by them and they said i had to do it through the app but there is no option to request this.

Don't put enough filling on, I had a 12 inch tikka they literally just filled the middle and both ends had nothing on at all, I asked if they could at least put a but more on or spread it more evenly and then she tried charging me an extra £1 for it , absolute joke, who pays for just bread ? I'm sure the person making the sandwich wouldn't have it that way if it was theirs either, unprofessional waist of money

Honestly, normally we love subway, but every time we order here for delivery, everything is wrong! The sandwiches were made incorrectly, with normal cheese not vegan, missing salad items etc. the crisps were substituted wrong with milk so we can’t have them, ordered hash browns and got wedges. Ordered vegan cookies for normal ones. It’s all dietary and they completely disregard it. Never ordering again, we’ll just have to go IN PERSON so they can’t mess it up.

I paid for double cheese and barely got any cheese. Also wanted cheese bites and got 3 cheese bites and two of the chicken nacho bites. Not happy with this

Been in with my family today, great friendly service, fast paced and well run food tasted amazing and was great to have a chat with the staff, clean environment and a lovely atmosphere Will definitely be back

I have been here at least 10 times. Customer service is Fantastic! Mandy makes me smile every single time. She gives me reasons to come to this particular Subway. Faye is just incredible, she has excellent attention to details. She is so so sweet. These lovely ladies always make me the best Sandwiches. Thank you Mandy and Faye :)

Not the best subway in the area I have tried it a few times now. The sandwiches are always thrown together neither is the shop clean as others

Put the wrong items in my salad...paid for extra and didn't get it. Expensive and a waste that I can't eat.

I ordered a meatball marinara footlong and 2 double chocolate cookies and received what looks like a toasted cheese slice, cheese bites and cheese and onion crisps. I tried to call the driver 3 times he ended the phone every time and when I rang subway all they said was we can ask another driver to come but I doubt they will so you’ll have to come get your food or get a refund.

Came in Sunday for my usual breakfast sandwich with with the kids. Staff always polite & friendly as always. Great service

Absolutely terrible customer service very slow , disorganised and the supervisor spoke to me in derogatory manner , while talking to me like a child because my first option wasn’t available as they were too disorganised . So while taking sometime to choose another option she tried winding me up and making sarcastic rude remarks like I was naughty child . Absolutely terrible customer service unfortunately the norm for this store

Order hadn't gone through on their tablet right, made a sizeable order in absolutely no time. No complaints at all.

Really bad. Ordered 3 sandwiches all with cheese and toasted. None of them had cheese. Even the stake and cheese didn’t have any. Sandwiches was poorly made fell apart when picked up. Wrong bread was used on 2 of them. Ordered bottles of pop didn’t arrive.

Wrap wasn't toasted, so the whole wrap was cold and unpleasant, the meatballs in the sub were dry and cold.

Quiet, friendly and not to dirty. There was a crumb of bread about the size of a penny on the seat and a few crumbs on table but the previous customer only just left

Bread was hard even though I didn’t have it toasted broke up as I ate it , I had the beef Pattie which hadn’t been heated up , not sure why it wouldn’t of been heated up I had to do it myself in the microwave , not great thb

Called here a couple of times recently for breakfast,yesterday was not good,on the second bite of my breakfast sub there was a sharp object,don't know what it was but not nice to find in my food, I hope it's just an isolated incident and not a regular thing as I do enjoy the food and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Struggling to find driver and change time

Meatballs were yum. Bread didn’t seem very fresh. Asked for ranch dressing but there was none on. The sub was tasty but it deffo missed the sauce. This is the first time I could complain about my sub it will not however stop me ordering again. Nothing can be perfect all the time.

Very helpful staff but cluttered dining area. Lots of waste cardboard stacked in the corner both looks unsightly and is a fire hazard

everything good untill food came and a meal was missing only to be told it wasnt made or got mixd up with another oder or driver didnt pick it up at all and there was nothing they could do about it but only to get intuch with justeat for a refund and to reoder the meal outstanding justeat driver

I regularly order online from various shops. Can definitely say that This shop is the best among all the sub ways i visit. . . It’s always nice and clean,they are always ready on time(i order in advance) and the team working inside is Always kind and helpful. Not to forget the manager,Morgan,who is super welcoming and cooperative! Great team makes a great shop! Keep the good work guys!

The man that makes sandwiches is impolite. Don't know how to treat the customer. Had to leave without an order

My son couldnt have his meal because they did the order wrong and put sauce on!! I asked them to check it Properly but nope the order was wrong not Happy had to order again from somewhere else!!

Myself and my daughter went in this afternoon. It was lovely and clean and the lovely girl serving couldn’t have been more helpful. We had 2 sandwiches which were delicious. The selection was excellent.
