Love the Harvester!! It's the only place that makes it easy for me to eat due to certain allergies. Everyone is always kind, professional and thorough but on this occasion we were on Shelley's table. She was her usual bubbly, informative self and, again, made our experience a great one. Huge thank you and I'll be back!!!!!

A mixed experience but on the whole very good. Kitchen was shutting early due to cleaning/maintenance works, but we had booked. Annoyingly with this meant there were limits on the menu and the app was down so we lost out on our 25% off. However, the service from Mel was excellent and it is always difficult if you are waiting on to get the brunt of a customers dissatisfaction. Mel was very professional and so helpful, kind and dealt with our allergy well. The food was cooked nicely and tasted great. Salad bar was still full, apart from one missing item which was quickly topped up. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Very happy, great visit, thank you

Staff were lovely and very friendly. Food was also very good with refillable drinks and a free salad bowl which you can go help yourself too before your food arrives. Would definitely recommend.

Love this place. Such a nice atmosphere and all the staff are pleasant, visited again this morning for breakfast. My partner is vegetarian and there are good options for her. I had the “ultimate” breakfast, wow! Didn’t eat anything else all day! Brilliant! Was served again by Shelly, she is so good at her job, nothing is too much trouble, really good personality. We will most definitely be returning. 👍

Had a lovely lunch, Shelly's service was exceptional. Felt very well looked after and the free salad bar is always a bonus. Food has gone up in price slightly but was still decent.

Booked a table, arrived 5 minutes before our time slot, we walked in to the not very busy restaurant to be told to go back outside and wait out there! 😮… two minutes later we were invited in, we order our food it was average, my sons pizza was burnt, the staff never came back over to ask how our food was so no opportunity to complain and by this time he had began to eat the burnt pizza as he was hungry… over all food was average service ok. Would we return? Probably not.

Came this morning for breakfast and was served by Shelly. We couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome or cared for any better. The food is always great here first time having breakfast but absolutely won’t be the last. Wasn’t too busy just a nice morning together. Thank you :)

Well what can I say! Th greeting when we arrived was brilliant. The lady was so friendly and fun. We ordered 3 drinks (a bit overpriced) and 3 starters of chicken fries. We were also given a free salad. The starter and salad were absolutely lovely. We ordered 2 burgers (one with an extra) and fish and chips. When they arrived they looked nice. Thats when our experience changed. The fish and chips were average (chips were soggy and luke warm) but the burgers were more or less raw and the buns were soggy and stodgy in the middle. The burgers though OMG basically not fit for a dog! They were raw inside. The young lad came over and asked if everything was ok so I pointed out the burgers .. he said he'd feed it back. He came back a few minutes later and said the manager apologised and took the burgers off the bill! You could argue that we did eat the starters and drink the drinks but I felt really let down that the manager never came and apologised and there was zero goodwill.. so me and my son basically didn't eat and my wife sat alone and ate hers while we sat there. And the bill came to over £53. Which was mainly due to the overpriced drinks we could have got at a fraction of that price in Wetherspoons .. obviously a total disaster! Also the hand dryer in the ladies toilet didn't work and there was no toilet roll in the men's toilet and 💩 all over the toilet... Lovely!!

The food isn't bad it just wasn't very warm and the fried eggs were raw on top it's like snot on top so I scrape it off, and it's the same everywhere I go please start cooking the egg on top I don't believe these people cook eggs at home like this.

Our Server Christianna was awesome. Thoroughly checked dietary needs were met. A credit to Harvester. The food was just palatable, broccoli undercooked, peas overcooked, chicken dry, sweet potato fries ok. Reasonable choice at salad bar. Visited at busy half-term, the restaurant was full of chatter. Would have preferred the music to be at a background level. Check the bill: realised too late that we'd been charged for 2 coffees, instead of 1 tea, 1 coffee
