Shelly was amazing yesterday morning. Attended for breakfast with my best friend, Shelly service was not unnoticed, an absolute credit to the team. We was also glad to see that a tough customer didn’t ruin the mood or your great customer service. Credit to the team!

Came this morning for breakfast and was served by Shelly. We couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome or cared for any better. The food is always great here first time having breakfast but absolutely won’t be the last. Wasn’t too busy just a nice morning together. Thank you :)

Well what can I say! Th greeting when we arrived was brilliant. The lady was so friendly and fun. We ordered 3 drinks (a bit overpriced) and 3 starters of chicken fries. We were also given a free salad. The starter and salad were absolutely lovely. We ordered 2 burgers (one with an extra) and fish and chips. When they arrived they looked nice. Thats when our experience changed. The fish and chips were average (chips were soggy and luke warm) but the burgers were more or less raw and the buns were soggy and stodgy in the middle. The burgers though OMG basically not fit for a dog! They were raw inside. The young lad came over and asked if everything was ok so I pointed out the burgers .. he said he'd feed it back. He came back a few minutes later and said the manager apologised and took the burgers off the bill! You could argue that we did eat the starters and drink the drinks but I felt really let down that the manager never came and apologised and there was zero goodwill.. so me and my son basically didn't eat and my wife sat alone and ate hers while we sat there. And the bill came to over £53. Which was mainly due to the overpriced drinks we could have got at a fraction of that price in Wetherspoons .. obviously a total disaster! Also the hand dryer in the ladies toilet didn't work and there was no toilet roll in the men's toilet and 💩 all over the toilet... Lovely!!

The food isn't bad it just wasn't very warm and the fried eggs were raw on top it's like snot on top so I scrape it off, and it's the same everywhere I go please start cooking the egg on top I don't believe these people cook eggs at home like this.

Visited the restaurant for lunch today. I received a very warm welcome and Christianna's service/attention to detail was of her usual high standard - well done and thank you.

Our Server Christianna was awesome. Thoroughly checked dietary needs were met. A credit to Harvester. The food was just palatable, broccoli undercooked, peas overcooked, chicken dry, sweet potato fries ok. Reasonable choice at salad bar. Visited at busy half-term, the restaurant was full of chatter. Would have preferred the music to be at a background level. Check the bill: realised too late that we'd been charged for 2 coffees, instead of 1 tea, 1 coffee

Enjoyed a fabulous meal at this Harvester on a Tuesday lunchtime. The food was really tasty and their salad bar was well presented with a good variety of items. Absolutely cannot fault. Chicken stack so good! Service was great, didn't feel rushed and ended up ordering chocolate cake to finish, super light and chocolatey. If you're lucky you'll get Emma as your server, she's a delight!

We love the harvester first time going to the Sheffield Meadowhall one staff were friendly. The food was lovely great little place to go to when you shop.

Visited last night and didn’t have the best experience as follows. -Ordered a double burger but got a single, made them aware and was told they could bring me the additional burger 5-10 mins after it had been delivered to the table -Asked for seasoned chips when ordering, came to table unseasoned, told by one server that this was a paid upgrade so we couldn’t have them without paying. Then told that they were included by another member of staff who brought the seasoning out 10 mins after when the food was cold. -Server who collected our plates dropped a sauce tub that went onto the table and me and my wife. -Bill was brought which was paid in cash, wasn’t collected off our table for 10 mins so decided to leave the money on the table and the staff made a big deal of checking if we’d paid. -Food portions very small and expensive the salad bowl is free but you pay for it in the inflated price of the food Food was 5/10 but the service needs improvement won’t be visiting again.

Served by Shelly, excellent friendly staff. The food and service was fabulous. Kindness goes a long way and she definitely showed great professionalism to cater for us. We had a baby with us that was unsettled and she helped.
