Didn’t put my turkey in my turkey sub

One hour from ordering to being delivered is not good enough…..hot food wasn’t hot…..never again!

seemed slapped together, big chunks of lettuce heart within, onions only in one half.

Sandwich is good. Nacho chicken bites and waffle fries were stone cold.

Food was nice except that the order was missing 1 of the bags of Quavers. Too much hassle to complain and have our evening interupted by the delivery driver returning. Please check deliveries before sending out.

Food was cold on arrival and incorrectly ordered on one product sorry wasn't enjoyable at all

Good was poor. Chips were stone cold so was the cheese bites. Ended up in the bin as would be more hassle to send back and get more cold ones. Sandwich was stone cold and not toasted either.

Wrong order delivered, Stone cold food. Rang up and they literally didn’t care at all. Didn’t offer any kind replacement or refund. They hung up the phone when I explained that delivering the wrong food like this could cause someone to have a serious allergic reaction. Poor all around.

Food was very cold the cheese bits and meatballs were very cold, meatballs were open in the bag

Had tomato’s and olives in my sub which I didn’t request also was very stingy on the meat hardly anything in there

Food arrived nearly an hour after ordering and was cold

Our food was ordered 12:25 and didn't arrive until 14:00pm.. It said it was delivered and wasn't. No one answered the phone when I called to check on the order. It eventually turned up.

We asked for no cheese on one of our sandwiches, we got cheese. Luckily it's not a massive allergy but it could have been.

Order had things missing the man was ment to bring the rwst but 30 minutes later still nothing. I have tried calling 4 times but no answer

they forgot my jalapeños on my nachos

Food was stale and the fries where stale in the middle and burnt around the edges impossible to even take a bit chipped my tooth on one of them

Called in at lunchtime 19th July, the one member of staff was too busy preparing delivery orders to take ours. After heating and then wrapping five orders he had time to deal with us and two waiting behind us. A second member of staff arrived, collected orders from behind the counter and went off to deliver Good sandwiches when we got them in clean surroundings. Only other thing there was no horseradish amongst the eight ssuces on offer. 5/5 forctge food, less so the service.

Delivery was later than originally told, then 10 mins later than newer given time. The crisps were missing from our order.

Good arrived but was not as ordered aye it anyway but we ordered a bacon and cheese sub and got a chicken melt and a breakfast sub and it was toasted to the point the sub was black! they also squished the subs so they didn't look very appetising.

We requested delivery but both times it came up as collection ended up paying £4.00 for delivery then the driver went to the complete wrong address NEVER AGAIN

Brilliant food, did come a bit hard and cold but other than that it was good

Visited this store just to spend our 1000s of loyalty points which were soon to expire. We were told that the scanner was not working, but that we should make our purchase anyway with cash and then contact Subway online to claim a refund in exchange for points taken out the account. This was a complete lie by the member of staff and we never received a refund. Now the points have expired, we are out of pocket, and I'll never visit a Subway branch again.

I ordered the new steak sub and when it came there was hardly any meat in it. I called and explained it had no meat in and the man could not understand me. He then said he will send another and no one came with another sub. Not happy at all..

absolutely awful food, that was a total waste of money, food order wrong cold, hash browns were like yesterday's and steak melt disgusting, pictures taken and will be shared on social media, will not be ordering from Just Eat any time soon, maybe Uber eats is the answer.

I ordered at 12:30 with an expected delivery time of 12:55 to 13:15. My order arrived around 14:10 - usually very good service however today wasn’t great.

Asked for salad to be separate to the sub, not extra just separate. The staff member refused. Quite mean I thought.

This is the 2nd time in a row I've recieved breakfast subs instead of Ceasers, but this time they are ice cold, hash browns, egg, bacon sausage all feel like they've just come from the fridge so can't even eat the wrongly delivered items, such a shame. Called the restaurant and their just said they'd call me back, still waiting...and still hungry....

Arrived super quick and super tasty

Food was delivered nearly an hour after it was ordered when was expected within 20-35mins, due to this all of the hot items had gone cold.

But order was delayed. Sizing all wrong, it said a 2 Ltr bottle of pepsi max, received a 1.5ltr. Cookies not a good a reviews. Thank you subway but I will not be ordering from you again.

Tuesday 19th of September went to get food and it was 8:20pm and the door was locked and 2 staff members counting the money but it says they close at 9pm. Thats 40minutes before close time. Change your times if you will close at 8pm. Or train your staff to stay open till 9pm. The subway in Abingdon serves till closing time even if you walk 10-15min before close time yes they may clean but they will serve you. The one in Wantage need the manager to pick on his lazy staff members. I am regular there as I live in Wantage never happened to me before the manager does his job but the new members that were hired do whatever they want. I will just use Abingdon one as is managed better!

How can we get the subway points. As cant use the card when ordering from just eat. But cant seem to order from the normal web site as it wont allow delivers

Ordered this on a Friday night instead of always having pizza, it was delicious!!!

Nice and filling, arrived still warm. Would of been great if they were labelled Would love to have more filling options. £16+ for 1 mealdeal is quite expensive when you have a family of 4+ to feed. Be great to maybe have a family mealdeal of somesort?? More drink options would also be good,

The guy serving me today was very rude. I ordered the correct sandwich and he made me a completely different one, when I said I didn’t want it he got stroppy and was saying impolite things under his breath. Management you should train your staff better, I’m disappointed in the service I received today and it’s put me off coming to subway. Other customers were in the store during this interaction and it was embarrassing. I get that staff have bad days but his attitude wasn’t the best, it’s not my fault he didn’t make my order correct!

The people serving very polite and informative, even sampling a different sauce other than mayo. Definitely go there again

Very poor service, rude staff, dont know how to deal with customer, waste of time, I have asked something and got angry on me and also i said not to put lettuce see put that, dont know how to cut the bread as well, There is only one staff with very poor training… Moreover they will refuse your coupon code saying that we wont accept here, our owner is not accepting any kind of coupons or voucher codes..

Horrible customer service. Staff were very inefficient. They serve one customer at one time, so from the start to the end, even while waiting for the bread to be toasted. I have been to many subways and this by far was the worst. They didn't know how to use my sub points to redeem my sandwich. I waiting 30 mins in queue (of 5 people) before it was my turn.

Opening times seem to be wrong - here at 9:10am and the place is locked up and closed, despite Google and their website claiming they're open at 8am.

Really lovely staff, always willing to go above and beyond for the customers. Food always fresh and tasty and value for money.

After 3 months of patiently waiting - it is impossible to 1: claim or receive any points for your SUBS and 2: grab a receipt - the service is OK but if you collect rewards or need a receipt for business expenses - AVOID this branch at all costs. The franchisee just cant be bothered to address the issues and instead leaves their staff to deal with customer complaints!

My family and I visited Wantage subway on Saturday and enjoyed some really lovely fresh tasting food. Shop was lovely and clean and service was fantastic and efficient. We were served by a lovely lady named belinda who was happy and cheerful and greeted everyone with a smile. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be visiting again. Keep up the good work Wantage subway. We will be back.

Walked out. Under staffed or staff can't deal with a queue. This is definitely not 'fast food' - went home and cooked. Was quicker.

Very friendly staff ,always with a big smile especially Anthonya .I visit Subway Wanatge everyday and I don’t want any discounts but Anthonya’s phone number or snapchat would make me really happy.
