The staff here seem to have attitude problems and make ordering as awkward as possible. A female member of staff was being stubborn because I didn't want all the ingredients included in a particular sub. Why should it matter if it means you keep more stock whilst charging the same price. I wasn't asking for alternatives either and she was firm stating it was because of online orders which didn't seem to make sense. So only option was to order the sub with everything stated on the menu and pick out the bits I didn't want and waste food! A recent visit a male member of staff wearing earphones stated he was doing a stock take so asked me to wait 15 minutes to be served. I wasn't willing to wait so he served me with an annoyed attitude as if it was an inconvenience to make a sale. He didn't seem annoyed to serve the customers who came in after me, delaying his "stock take" and didn't apologise for the initial attitude. I only come here when there's a deal on the app because the normal prices are ridiculous and after these last couple of visits I'm not sure it's worth visiting at all if the staff would rather you not make an order.

My husband went to this subway for a salad box. He has written instruction on what was needed. When he got home the salad didn't cover the bottom of the box. They had got the order so wrong and only have us 1 ¼ of what is normally in the box. When I rang them noone would answer the phone. See picture. Appalling. Where's the salad

The management at this particular Subway appear to be absolutely on it regarding quality and detail. We go here even when it’s not our local subway because we need gluten free food for a coeliac. The care in cleaning and preparing this is always done by the different staff, often in other subways it’s not, the cleanliness here is also much higher than others.

Just witnessed awful customer service here. The lady in front of me ordered a breakfast sub, she was informed no sausage? OK you run out of ingredients sometimes ( quite often in Whitchurch) she was offered a reduction in price for the absent sausage. The lady then asked if she could have some tomatoes on her sub, a flat no. She queried why and then said she would pay extra for the tomatoes, still no ! Not allowed with breakfast sub. The attitude of the service person was shockingly bad, very arsey and everything seemed too much trouble, clearly in the wrong job.

Me and my husband came in for dinner on Monday,lovely member of staff very helpful Lovely fresh bread.Meatballs and chicken breast Amazing smell of fresh food and baked cookies Hash browns are amazing. Very clean place,fully stocked. Love the rainbows cookies. Love the cheesy nachos and good choose of salad.

Well where do I start if you like subway , this is the one to come to , the aroma once you enter this place is just astounding , it’s almost like walking into a bakery , smells absolutely lushtastic , the products are so fresh , your tastebuds will have an implosion the millisecond it enters your mouth , I would also like to give credit to the team especially Kelly she has really turned this amazing store around , a wonderful experience, I would greatly recommend this place all to passing and local customers , you will not be disappointed , this really is a well ran clean tidy subway , very impressed possibly the best in one the area 🙂 customer area and subway music also pleasant to listen too whilst dining in . Highly reccomend the footlong baller the meatballs are incredible

I’ve never not been given the opportunity to choose my own salad and sauce at any subway, before I visited this one!! I ordered a footlong steak and cheese. The assistant started putting salad on it (before toasting!), but never asked me what I wanted. I asked if I could choose my own salad. I was told it was a set sandwich and that if I did want my own salad I could only choose 1 salad and 1 sauce 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😂 WHAT?! For around £9-10, surely I can choose my own. Attitude of assistant was not great, but I appreciate she was stressed with orders

Called in twice this week first time queued for 5 mins to be told sorry we only have brown bread. Second time queued for 10 mins to be told sorry we only have brown bread and we don't have any lettuce. Surely if you are short of items then you should be letting them know as they join the queue and not leaving them to queue for 10 mins before you tell them.

Wasnt allowed in the conservatory as they didnt want to clean the two empty tables. Food came out different to the menu, drinks came out warm had to ask for ice. Drinks seriously overpriced compared to food. Not a great over priced experience.
