Subway in Peterborough

Never been so disappointed in a subway. Main surver was lovely, then she asked for some help as there was a lunch line forming. She other lady made ot very clear she didn't want to be there. I asked for chicken teriyaki. This is normally mix together before putting in sandwich. But she didn't so a a.lot of the chicken didn't have any sauce in it. The bread (hearty italian) was dry, stale and crumbled apart . It all fell apart in to tiny bits as the bread just crumbled away. Will not be using this subway again!

Cold l, also stickers were not sealing the package properly, kinda looked like someone was fiddling with that.

Delivery almost 2 hours after we ordered it. Delivery time kept being revised back.

Not even the normal food was possible as the oven had broken down. Seemed like only 1 staff who could not be bothered. Did not order, other gsdt food options open with better choices.

I have waited for my order 1.5 hour and I only leave behind the corner. The restaurant didn't star preparing the order for an hour, another 30 minutes took them to get it ready and deliver. It is not first time that restaurant was only changing the delivery slot. On previous occasions my order has been cancelled after 30 minutes of waiting. Definitely the worst Subway in the town. Won't recommend this place.

I had a part of my order missing and when I asked for a refund they couldn't do it. they did offer to bring them out but I would have finished work by that time. shame I didn't get a refund on the missing item x

Forgot 3/4 of my order. Payed £23 and it’s missing drinks, sides and deserts. Not happy.

Incorrect contents in subs, unable to eat due to allergies waste of money

The people who work here don’t even know how to make a sandwich. Half the order is missing, cold, and the “sandwich” isn’t even toasted and cold. I know you don’t need much to work here but seriously, if you can’t follow an order and make a sandwich, things look bleak

I ordered white choc macadamia cookies and got rainbow instead. I payed extra for grilled onions and didn’t get them.

I have order at 11:25 and received at 12:47 not sure if I will be using this “just eat “ again the food was cold by the time he bring it , spoke with restaurant few times the order been ready long time no one to pick up the load a driver named Robert T was allocate for it but he never turn up to collect the food so they allocate to a new driver , very disappoint spend over £36 and eat cold food

Never got my food again, rang subway and they said ring Just Eat, when I rang you can’t speak to anyone. This is now 3 times, the reason being is the delivery person has never once asked me for my code so it’s easy for people to steel your food. What a joke.

Instead of ringing me to tell me they had no chicken tikka for sub. They just sent me a sub with salad and mayonnaise in it. Shocking. Also nachos cold from cold drinks being put in the food bag.

Ordered at 1.36pm order delivered at 2.45pm, after 2 calls to the restaurant to find out what's happening. Food cold when arrived.

They didn’t put any cheese in my sub & I ordered cheese

Extremely rude driver! Shouting at me that he has to wait for me for ling time when in app is says he is still 4 minutes away. If he doesn't update it correctly! Food arrived in ripped back, covered in some kind of liquid! Absolutely disappointing!!!

Update Been multiple times ware they stop serving 15 minutes before closing time really poor service should ammend opening times Old review usual subway tbh, but the team in here tend to get your order sorted to how you want it better than most, and the stock seams to all ways be fresh as well. can be a wait at peek times eg 13pm ect but never too long

Food all came incorrect , had missing items also , called the shop and they just seemed like they didn’t know what to do with the situation, had to go collect myself. Finally when opening the last sub there was a wasp inside … totally unimpressed with the food and service , appalling!!

Food great - delivered quickly. Only issue was wrong crisps delivered. We got quavers instead of Walkers Oven Baked Cheese & Onion.

Part of my order was crinkle potato wedges and I received a small handful! Not even half of the box is filled! Do your job properly!

If ordering online, don’t ask for toasted, it won’t be toasted. Click random salad options as they do that themselves anyway.

I am so incredibly disappointed by Subways delivery food standards. When you go into the establishment, they present the food so much better. This food delivered to me was awful. Burnt cookie, wrong drink, soggy hash browns, the food was hardly even cut, it had huge chunks of uncut red onion and the sweet corn was bone dry. It came late, so it was completely cold. Really awful food delivery.

Chicken nachos in sandwich instead of hash browns, one cookie instead of three that I ordered and Pepsi max instead of Pepsi. Driver was lovely great customer service

Have been coming here from last couple of years and its been really good, However lately they seem to have new staff who probably needs more coaching right from how to cut the bread & the way they make the sandwich . May be someone needs to keep a close watch if the typical standards or way of doing things " the subway way " is being followed so that the client experience is not impacted at the store.I was really unhappy about couple of visits especially the one today on 28th Jan afternoon.

Used regularly. Too hit and miss, mostly miss, ordered extra scoop of tuna and sub had barely the normal amount of tuna. Will not be visiting again for a while instead go to one at herlington further be away.

I ordered a cookie sub and even though they didnt have it on the menu the kind staff were more than happy to make it for me and I really suggest that they add it to the menu. Now all they need is chocolate sauce to have a successful business!

Lovely sandwich, it was delicious. I recommend the teriyaki chicken, toasted with combo chesse, mixed peppers, red onions and spinach. Had to come in to store to get it as UBEREATS couldn't find my address and after 2 minutes and 1 missed call they drove off with my sandwich. Didn't get the money back either. If something is worth doing do it yourself. These delivery Apps are making a mess of our industry. I'm a Head chef and we are in the hospitality trade, these Tech companies have no idea what that means.

Looks derelict especially after the bad weather there were many holes in the roof and water dripping through everywhere there was a new member of staff who asked the experienced member of staff for help and she just seemed as though she couldn't be bothered and didn't help at all. Also doesn't offer sweetcorn any more.v

When you come in it is very confusing where to stand in the queue, it's a strange design. Way too many people (5) behind the bar while it is not busy, very disorganised. My partner ordered the tuna sandwich, which was alright... he was used to proper scoops of tuna on the sandwhich, they were a bit greedy at this place. Also a pity they don't offer sweetcorn. I ordered the Veggie Delight which was delicious but they only put a tiny bit of cheese on it, luckily I could choose other veggies ingredients otherwise it would have been dissapointing. Unfortunately we won't come back again.

Not the best... I usually use the applegreens subway at stanground. I thought as I was closer to hampton, I'd give it a go... the food was ok but no way near as good as the stanground subway. The bread tasted different, filling tasted different. Won't go back unfortunately.

Terrible. The woman that was making my sandwich kept whipping her forehead with her bare hands and touching all parts of her face including her nose. Really put me off my lunch and had to throw away my footlong.

Asked for 50 cookies one member of staff started counting another staff member etrupts and says we can do 12 or 24 as need them for their people. Then gave up. Not the best staff certainly not on the ball.

Food was good as always, staff was a bit abrupt when I asked about slimming world discount. Bearing in mind there are between 700 & 800 members of the Hampton groups with several using it.

Only subway in Peterborough where you have to ask to warm up breakfast meats.. and when asked get huffs and puffs

What’s right with this subway?! Poor parking, slow team here, not good. Don’t get it your way. Go to the subway on the A1 which is managed by a true hero.

Clean and cozy. Breakfast with salads with no extra charges. Keep it on. Great :)

Woman serving in there today told us the eggs had all gone even though it was early morning then customer came in behind us and asked for eggs and the boy serving went to fridge and got them out we said to woman you told us you had none she said but they need to go in microwave to heat for few minutes. She couldn't be bothered to do that as she was due to giving her break and sit on her phone. Bad customer service in that subway.

Easily the best SubWay in the Peterborough area, been to all of them and this is the only one we go back to. Staff are always happy and helpful, even when busy you never feel like you are taking up there time or when you walk in 5 minutes before closing time! (I know, I hate to admit I was one of those). Great food at a great price, can't speak highly enough of it.

Food looks good. However it's often messy and there is no cell service in there! You are completely cut off so if you are expecting important call do not go there.

Clean and tidy.i was disappointed that we had to pay extra for bottled drinks as the drink machine was being repaired. Surly they should have been the same price. But can't grumble about the food or the cleanliness.. I'm very picky where I eat

Its Subway, what can you say, fresh food and served well, it just depends on who you get serving as to how much care is taken over your Sub, but this is true of all Subways.
