always order from here. great food and good amount. well worth the money.

Took an hour to be given to the driver and was only done so once called in which they claimed that it had already been given 15 mins before.

The waffle fries if I can get some money back I would appreciate it as it ruined the meal the chips were stale cold and flavourless

You guys didn't add mozzarella, onion crisps and most importantly the garlic sauce.

The sub bread was very stiff, stretchy, definitely a test to strength of my teeth. Visited as there was a voucher. Stopped visiting due to quality drop after covid. Now, regret going to this place.

Delivery lady was friendly, food came on time and got everything i ordered!!

i ordered a foot long pepperoni slice and got a foot long cookie. Could’ve subsituted for a margarita slice instead but didn’t. disappointing considering my dessert was also a cookie.

Very weird feeling in this store, the staff worry more about conversating with each other rather then actually preparing the sandwich. If they put the same effort into the food it'll probably be okay! Everything just thrown in without a care, footlong's are never sliced properly and nothing is spread out as per the guides subway standard teaches them. A bit of care and attention and a bit of staff training in customer service this could all be turned around! Until then I'd steer well clear and use the subway in herlington centre!

Ordered at 13:50. estimated delivery was 14:15-14:30 my order didn’t arrive until 14:50. Cold.

Went for food with my partner this morning some lady came in guessing they worked they before hand as the big old manger was screaming at her while we was trying to enjoy our food if your going to get food from there then I would suggest take out or listen to staff get screamed at disgusting behaviour

The time got pushed back from 20 minutes more times than I could count. The waffle fries and toasted sub were stone cold and the ice cream was melted.

Took an hour for my food to arrive, for it to be all the wrong items in the bag which i can't even eat. Called up to complain, to get through to someone i can barely understand what shes saying. Asked them to resend my correct order and was told I'd have to collect, which is a joke! If i could've collected the order then i wouldn't have asked for delivery in the first place.

They put the ice creams and drinks in with hot food, so the ice cream melted and food went cold. Was missing meatballs, whenni called to complain the manager wasnt there, didnt know when she would be and got hung up on twice

So the eta kept going up and up to a point I had to call the store and lady told me she’s still waiting for the driver to turn up, I ordered at 6.27pm and it got delivered cold at around 8.10pm from Hampton to Stanground and it was a sub no cooking involved, toast the bread and put on the toppings. Driver turns up and says not my fault mate, the fact the receipt says picked up at 7:38pm it took him 32mins to deliver my order from the store to my house which is ridiculous

I ordered a food 3 hrs before. I asked to deliver at 12.50. I received my salad at 13.10

The food as always cold and I am sure if I got the double meat as requested.

Hot food was all cold with cold drinks on top of it. I don’t eat cold hash browns for gods sake. Poor very poor will never order again from this place.

Never been so disappointed in a subway. Main surver was lovely, then she asked for some help as there was a lunch line forming. She other lady made ot very clear she didn't want to be there. I asked for chicken teriyaki. This is normally mix together before putting in sandwich. But she didn't so a a.lot of the chicken didn't have any sauce in it. The bread (hearty italian) was dry, stale and crumbled apart . It all fell apart in to tiny bits as the bread just crumbled away. Will not be using this subway again!

Cold l, also stickers were not sealing the package properly, kinda looked like someone was fiddling with that.

Not even the normal food was possible as the oven had broken down. Seemed like only 1 staff who could not be bothered. Did not order, other gsdt food options open with better choices.

I have waited for my order 1.5 hour and I only leave behind the corner. The restaurant didn't star preparing the order for an hour, another 30 minutes took them to get it ready and deliver. It is not first time that restaurant was only changing the delivery slot. On previous occasions my order has been cancelled after 30 minutes of waiting. Definitely the worst Subway in the town. Won't recommend this place.

I had a part of my order missing and when I asked for a refund they couldn't do it. they did offer to bring them out but I would have finished work by that time. shame I didn't get a refund on the missing item x

The people who work here don’t even know how to make a sandwich. Half the order is missing, cold, and the “sandwich” isn’t even toasted and cold. I know you don’t need much to work here but seriously, if you can’t follow an order and make a sandwich, things look bleak

Never got my food again, rang subway and they said ring Just Eat, when I rang you can’t speak to anyone. This is now 3 times, the reason being is the delivery person has never once asked me for my code so it’s easy for people to steel your food. What a joke.

Instead of ringing me to tell me they had no chicken tikka for sub. They just sent me a sub with salad and mayonnaise in it. Shocking. Also nachos cold from cold drinks being put in the food bag.

Extremely rude driver! Shouting at me that he has to wait for me for ling time when in app is says he is still 4 minutes away. If he doesn't update it correctly! Food arrived in ripped back, covered in some kind of liquid! Absolutely disappointing!!!

Update Been multiple times ware they stop serving 15 minutes before closing time really poor service should ammend opening times Old review usual subway tbh, but the team in here tend to get your order sorted to how you want it better than most, and the stock seams to all ways be fresh as well. can be a wait at peek times eg 13pm ect but never too long

I am so incredibly disappointed by Subways delivery food standards. When you go into the establishment, they present the food so much better. This food delivered to me was awful. Burnt cookie, wrong drink, soggy hash browns, the food was hardly even cut, it had huge chunks of uncut red onion and the sweet corn was bone dry. It came late, so it was completely cold. Really awful food delivery.

Have been coming here from last couple of years and its been really good, However lately they seem to have new staff who probably needs more coaching right from how to cut the bread & the way they make the sandwich . May be someone needs to keep a close watch if the typical standards or way of doing things " the subway way " is being followed so that the client experience is not impacted at the store.I was really unhappy about couple of visits especially the one today on 28th Jan afternoon.

Used regularly. Too hit and miss, mostly miss, ordered extra scoop of tuna and sub had barely the normal amount of tuna. Will not be visiting again for a while instead go to one at herlington further be away.

I ordered a cookie sub and even though they didnt have it on the menu the kind staff were more than happy to make it for me and I really suggest that they add it to the menu. Now all they need is chocolate sauce to have a successful business!

Lovely sandwich, it was delicious. I recommend the teriyaki chicken, toasted with combo chesse, mixed peppers, red onions and spinach. Had to come in to store to get it as UBEREATS couldn't find my address and after 2 minutes and 1 missed call they drove off with my sandwich. Didn't get the money back either. If something is worth doing do it yourself. These delivery Apps are making a mess of our industry. I'm a Head chef and we are in the hospitality trade, these Tech companies have no idea what that means.

Looks derelict especially after the bad weather there were many holes in the roof and water dripping through everywhere there was a new member of staff who asked the experienced member of staff for help and she just seemed as though she couldn't be bothered and didn't help at all. Also doesn't offer sweetcorn any more.v

When you come in it is very confusing where to stand in the queue, it's a strange design. Way too many people (5) behind the bar while it is not busy, very disorganised. My partner ordered the tuna sandwich, which was alright... he was used to proper scoops of tuna on the sandwhich, they were a bit greedy at this place. Also a pity they don't offer sweetcorn. I ordered the Veggie Delight which was delicious but they only put a tiny bit of cheese on it, luckily I could choose other veggies ingredients otherwise it would have been dissapointing. Unfortunately we won't come back again.
