Disgusting! A month or so back a group of us decided to order a large amount, the kids had chicken nuggets and chips, didn't really want to eat it but didn't think much of it at the time, kids just being kids. A couple of hours later the 2 year old boy was throwing all this food up and in this is chunks of raw chicken, as expected we were fuming - hes 2! Obviously we kicked off and complained, they refused a refund and confirmed they can send a new one out, why would we want that?!? Fast forwarded to yesterday, last takeaway for me and my partner before the health phase of the new year, when ordering we forgot about the prior incident until after, decided to give them another chance as it was busy when we ordered last. We both ordered pepperoni pizza, i mean cant go wrong with that, well you would think. They must have remembered our address because just like prior, 3 hours later i was violently throwing up. Just what you want in the festive period. How can you be sick from pepperoni pizza?!?!?! Seems to me like someone has done something to it. Disgusting service, disgusting food, if you would like to keep your stomachs contents in your stomach DO NOT COME HERE!

Went there for Indian style pizza and they made us smile after having their Apna Style pizza. Good food. Ok price. The sitting area is a bit small, but if you are taking it away, then it's not an issue.

Ordered food on Thursday 24th of august at around 12pm. I got 2 large donor meat and chips and 2 single cheese burgers. The sauces on the donner were wrong and the food was terrible. Both cheese burgers had no cheese and buns were burnt black. The food took 1 hour and 45 mins to arrive. Id personally recommend to not order from this business as it was appalling. They promised to provide a free meal the next time we ordered and I was only offered 1 replacement meal considering everything was wrong and burnt.

Ordered a family meal deal 1. Did not get the deal. Ended up with food I didn't order. Hot wings that we didn't order . We didn't get the potato skins or the 8 pieces of sfc . Just 3 pizzas . Which was late. Then an hour later the cheesy garlic bread arrived with wings .never again worst place and service ever. The man on the phone shouted and cursed then hung up the phone. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE . 0 STARS .

Disgusting food. Disgusting service. I called to tell them about the state of the food and they couldn't care. There's plenty of options, please be careful when ordering from these guys. Can't believe this is allowed in the UK, we have regulations here with good reason!!! Disgusting!

Pros : Good delivery time, Food tasted good. Cons : Ordered large, order arrived smaller than small, I would have at least expected the normal regular amount for a kebab wrap. Completely waste of money and time. Called and they recognised its small but blamed the bread ??. Completely waste of time. Not the first time this has happened.

Disgusting behaviour of those that cook and serve, charging for service yet I have no received the order I perscribed, turned out I couldn’t get the refund I asked for because they strictly claimed that they did add lettuce and mayo sauce to my 2 boxes of 8 spicy wings with chips but what I received was four small seperate boxes of which were supposed to be 2 boxes of 8 spicy wings with chips, mayo and salad. 2 small boxes of chips with no lettuce or mayo sauce and the other two small boxes were 8 spicy wings, it all stank and tasted disgusting, did not finish it, had one bite of each box of wings and chips yet they offered a £3 coupon. I don’t blame these negative reviews of others and totaly agree with the decision of not ordering from there ever again. Only if I could send a picture here that I do have…

First time ordering from this place tonight (Ubereats), came delivered on time (about 30 mins on Friday evening) really tasty fresh food, great portion size for the price and delivery driver perfectly polite.

UPDATED Do not order beware beware beware BewarE I have changed my review I will never order from this place again they sent me three terrible kebabs in one week I'm gonna show you some pictures BeWarE disgusting old crusty chicken that smells off. Probably the best pizza around ..talking about simular kebab places. Also its probably longest open place to get food after midnight which is an advantage too. Keep up with a good work !

I do not recommend it and definitely. Liars, liars again !!! I waited for delivery almost 1.5 hours from the moment of placing the order and since there was still no order, I called the restaurant. The person who spoke to me on the phone said the driver tried to contact me but I didn't answer the phone so he came back to restaurant. Of course, this is a scam, nobody called me, much less tried to contact me. The restaurant has been reported to trading standards and to my Bank for a refund. I will not allow such a scam!!!

Would give 0 star If I could. Firstly they take advantage of intoxicated people. Tried to charge us 16 pound for 2 donner meat with cheese(they had no chips or anything else on) When they charge 7 pound for donner chips and a Drink on the menu. i then asked for no cheese for the expensive price for cheese. Got then charged 7 pound each just for donner meat. They Originally told me they don't take card when my friend before me paid by card. Then they wanted to take card when I said that is dodgy. Then when I questioned the price one of the guys was just telling me to take my food and go away and being absolutely unprofessional and verbally agressive. One of the guys was actually trying to listen to the complaint and I would have been fine with it but the other guy who took payment was completely nasty and has no deal in working in hospitality. I work in hospitality myself and would never treat any new customers like that and will definitely not be coming back again, and will not be recommending the place for late night food. I Never complain about takeaway places but this is literally not the one. Absolutely a joke of a place.

Avoid at all costs. Didnt receive my order and when I tried to chase the delivery drivers were rude and repeatedly hung up the phone on me. Hot n Spice are not taking responsibility to issue me my refund despite me contacting their financial teams. I have no other choice but to contact Trading Standads now as this place is not trading under safe and fair procedures to its customers.

Food is not the worst experience, the pizzas are great, however the staff is very rude, they have loud aggressive, also was rude over the phone, however would would good. Pricing is reasonable

The food was surprisingly good, even though we didn't have much choice at 2am on a Sunday. They cooked everything fresh and within reasonable amount of time. Calzone pizzas were really good!

I used to love this place for a quick night out take out but since I started ordering with them in 2020, the place has gone downhill. It's gone from the perfect order system to always getting full fat cola instead of diet (I have blood sugar issues, so diet is important for me when ordering and not something to be just switched out without warning). I've included allergens on my order and last year there were no issues, but this year I've had mild reactions no matter what I order even with the restaurant having note of my allergens. Some of the food will show up cold, sometimes the cheesy chips will show up with the cheese still half formed in grated bits on top. It was lovely a while ago but now I always find myself reaching for a different take out. I hope the staff manage to get themselves together — this used to be one of the best take outs in the early hours. Now it's nothing more than a bitter sweet nostalgic memory.

I ordered pizza, bare in mind im a regular I didn't want chicken, it came with chicken, I asked them to change it, they refused the Business is shambles if you want a decent meal please go somewhere else And save yourself from a dissapointment

Several times they have missed things out in the order. When you order online and they don’t have something without contacting you they give you something else. On the phone nothing but rude or tell you they’ll sort something out next time. Peterborough has number of places to get food from I wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their money or time. I gave them a chance by waiting as they told me someone will drop something off as they made a mistake and no one turned up. I don’t even want to give them a star but won’t let me post without one, they don’t even deserve a star.

Ordered some pizzas yesterday for the first time in ages and the base of the pizza was so thin it was ridiculous. Topping looked and tasted good but base was too doughy as though uncooked. Will not be ordering again. Chips were cold too.

First time delivered wrong order, second time was fine. Third time they didn't even show up. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and they threw it away. Don't waste your time with these people.

So just a warning if anyone orders through uber eats, probably best to state no cheese just incase. Overall happy with service and the way they handled it.

Chips and donar were hard and cold.small portion in a large box.garlic bread is uncooked. No sauces were given with the food.todays food compared to before as I'm a regular looked and tasted totally different.

Ordered a curry from here tonight through Food Hub and it was honestly the worst curry we've ever eaten. Veggie curry was frozen mixed veg in a watery korma sauce, and the chicken korma wasn't much better. Won't be ordering from here again. Really disappointing.

Shocking - went to get dinner after work tonight on my way home, the memeber of staff in there was so incredibly rude! Very argumentative. Went to pay and he turned round and said he had no change. Useless!!! Use to go to the hot and spice takeaway in Bourne which was fantastic, such a let down now!

Food arrived nearly an hour late. called and was told it'll be 10- 15 mins. 15 mins later called again but no answer. tried 6 times, didn't repsond. food eventually arrived, but was lukewarm. Will not be ordering from there again

Added 10 mins to delivery time but did arrive when they said. No mint sauce or salad with tandoori chicken and no chips with my chips in korma sauce. Phoned and they said would give me for free next time but sauce and salad not gonna be any use then and the korma sauce is not pleasant anyway. Tastes like hot cream and has a very grainy texture. Burger dry and cold. Tandoori chicken not being as everything else has put us off and only like it with mint sauce. Overall, very disappointing given the 90 minute wait :(

food was cold and inedible. saag was greasy and had no flavour tasted like chicken fat if anything. Naan bread was cold like it hadn't been heated at all. 1/4 cheese burger was cold and dry and the chips were cold. Garlic bread didn't even taste of garlic, and was cold too. we honestly didn't think any of this had been cooked, or heated. it was like it was just platted up and given to the driver. when it came to the delivery time stated by the restaurant there was no sign of the food so i rung the restaurant where I was greeted by a rude bloke who had no intention of listening to my concerns and very bluntly agreed to look where my food had got too by which he responded that the food was on its way and interrupted me by hanging up. now the delivery....well the driver made me go out side of the hotel to the road and he opened his window asked for my room number and when I explained I never put a room number and gave my name he tried arguing with me by asking for my room number to which I repeated this was never stated and told him my name followed by my order. he then passed the food out through the passenger side window. Very unprofessional. My whole experience with Hot n Spice on this occasion was not a pleasant one and I experienced very rude staff every step of the way. Not acceptable.

The delivery guy came 45 min earlier and than had to wait as i was not home and by the time the food was no longer fresh, no sauces were served with in the donor kebab bun or any vegetables so for me it was the first time I got to see a Donor sandwich with no sauce or vegetables inside.

It was absolutely outrageously bad, wasn't really edible only ate due to being hungry however didn't taste nice at all, it was microwaved , will be needing a refund , the delivery took over an hour to get here

The first time I ordered from here, the food was great. Delivery was right on time and the service was good. This time around, the food was horrible. The curry was not cooked properly (chicken) and the pizza tasted like cheesy cardboard. Was not impressed the second time around.

I orderd for a certain time and it came at said time. Was not happy with deleviery driver wanted me to go downstairs to collect my food! He did however come up after i told him i couldnt go down. (Flat)

Delivery was late. Taste lacking. Not impressed
