The pizza was amazing, I’ve ordered a pepperoni pizza, it was ready within 10 minutes and honestly so much better than papa johns or other pizza shops! The staff was very friendly, smiley and welcoming. The only downside is that they’re working in jackets and hats, I wouldn’t be surprised if I found something unusual in my pizza because of this. The management should do something about this as it was freezing in the store and I wouldn’t be happy working in this environment. Feel sorry for the staff, inhumane place to work!

Nearly 2 hrs since I ordered it arrives.

What a shambles ordered the new newyorker pizza on sour dough base @ an extra cost to myself long with chicken strips. and I think they forgot to add the toppings to the pizza and cook the chicken! The add talks about a foldable pizza loaded with pepperoni and loads of cheese. I get a crispy base with hardly any topping at all. Clearly small franchise is no where near the standard I would expect from pizza hut. I will only be eating at the restaurant from now on because they understand about food quality

Typically Okay, However today We were informed the delivery drivers car had Broken down. We had received a call asking us to collect. However neither of us drive. Kind of odd they don't have several drivers, Anyway the order was cancelled. Lets hope Dominoes can deliver :(

The delivery driver was incredible - delivered my food half an hour early and was so sweet.

"Double baked/or leaving the pizza in a little longer" is the perfect way to have one. They get it right everytime. Crunchy base and toppings done nicely. I always collect the pizza and its ready within 10mins of ordering. I arrive a min or so before its done so its super hot and fresh. Highly recommend this place!

It said 40 mins delivery time but it was an hour. The pizza was awful, the crust was too thick and soggy, the tomato sauce was not very nice and very little cheese, a total rip off.

The delivery driver (fiury) was lovely. The restaurant gave him a small drink when we ordered a large. When i told him i had the wrong drink, he was being very apologetic and went back to get the correct drink. Really lovely man. The pizzas came really quick however they tasted very blant. Barely any base sauce on both of them.

The restaurant substituted my pizza for a different pizza, without asking me first. I'd be worried to order from here again, as I have family members who have allergies to certain ingredients.

The delivery driver was very friendly and kind and bought the food hot very good delivery driver the food was delicious the melts are very tasty. Would order again from Pizza Hut Peterborough.

Delivery 15 minutes early. My husband and my pizzas are lovely. We both will order again in the future. I don’t mean every week.

It's just too good, I have to keep coming back for more! Always make a large order for my family, always consistently perfect. Blows dominos out of the water with its taste and good amount of toppings.

Late food, it was cold and I called the restaurant to see where the food was he was very rude on the phone and said he doesn’t have to deliver it for another ‘28’ minutes. Very disappointed

The order was for 2 pizzas but only one arrived

Pizza boxes were soggy and ice cream was rather melted. Although Just Eat website said 25-40min for delivery when ordering the estimated time of delivery was a window 65-80min after ordering and still they were 10min late. Had ordered the same on Sunday - ordered for 5pm delivery, order confirmed at 3:23pm, order cancelled at 5:05pm. Very unreliable, won't order again.

Pizzas came late, they were cold and very chewie.

I paid for extra potato wedges and they wasn’t there also was cold

1st order pizza wrong no drink in deal so phoned. Sent order again pizza correct no drink phoned again could not understand on the phone..

order was due between 17.40 and 18.00. Had text message at 17.35 to say it was on its way. Eventually turned up at 18.20. (45 minutes for a 10 minute journey!) Pizza was barely warm and cheese was all congealed on the top. Pizza box was battered and base was covered in grease as the pizza had been in there for so long. I ordered Pepsi and received Pepsi Max. The order was made at 16.40 so it took 1 hour 40 minutes.

I placed an order online - the website incorrectly directed to the wrong pizza hut despite using the correct postcode. When I called the branch I wasn’t treated fairly and the gentleman (Zoda) said his manager could only refund. Which I found astonishing and they hung up. The manager at the pizza hut at another branch kindly assisted in calling zoda back but I am yet to receive a refund

Late delivery and cold pizza!!!

After receiving message saying delivery was on its way. Arrived about 25 mins later squashed and definitely not as hot as when it left the restaurant

They called me to come and collect the order because they couldn't find a delivery driver . I couldn't go and collect it , order never arrived but they charged me 30.46£ and didn't get refunded. I called them, they said it was a system issue, still no refund after more than a week. Order placed and paid for on 06/10 , today is 14/10 , no refund, no nothing.

Excellent experience with our order from this branch. Order was 15mins late which is totally acceptable. Food tasted excellent, and they accepted my student food card which gave me 50% off. Delivery driver was great and very friendly and approachable. Will definitely be ordering from here and indeed Pizza Hut again!

I ordered two chicken pizzas with vegetables and vegan, I got a pizza, one also had two little dough and some chaos. I tried to call them. he said no my problem and missed the bell .... where he has respect ... I'm deaf

My partner ordered food from the Pizza Hut website and it was redirected to here. We called where our order was originally sent and they said it had been passed on here. The lovely gentleman where our order was passed from is currently making our food as Broadway did not pick up the phone, make or send our food and our order time was over an hour. Essentially, do not order from Pizza Hut Broadway as they will sideline you and not send your food to you for over an hour. If I could give this place less than a star I would, they haven’t even sent the food and have closed now.

Woman behind the counter thinks your a mind reader completely out of order saying you SHOULD TELL US YOU DIDNT WANT GARLIC ON THE PAN PIZZA, When on the menu it doesn’t say anything about 3 ton of garlic onit! I think this woman who is completely arrogant should be sacked with immediate effect

Order never turned up no return phone calls had to use 2 different phone numbers to reach through as they didnt bother pick up the phone call. Spend nearly an hour trying to get the refund. Not recommended to anyone absolutely awful service. Will not use again

For Pizza Hut you’d expect a bit of quality, for over £20 for a pizza that tasted like it was two days old, it was delivered by someone who put it in the boot, all crushed and open so the food was cold, do yourselves a favour and order dominos, what was I thinking ordering here !!!

The absolute worst pizza you could ever order. Do not order from here. They don't know how to make pizza, only burnt cheesy bread. I'm so sad that I didn't take a photo of it because it would shock and appall and horrify any pizza lover.

No update on late orde from restaurant whatsoever, no answering calls, pizza came one hour after contacting via je app. I ordered it for child recovering from chicken pox, she was upset and I not impressed

Had missing desert item but called the restaurant and they sent the item. One pizza was supposed to be deep pan but wasn't. Tasted okay though but not same quality as I've had in the restaurant. Disappointing meal.

Useless placed an order and got a call back saying it will take 30 mins longer. So 1hour 45mins for a pizza asked me wait or cancel. As the food was for kids I had to cancel they said they would refund 3 weeks later and many calls to head office got a refund no apologies. Go somewhere else.

The food was cold when it arrived, the pizza wasn’t what we ordered and paid for and when I rang the restaurant the person I spoke was extremely rude and wouldn’t help as we had ordered through the just eats app! Would not recommend.

Great service, I've ordered 3 portions of potatoes wedges and I had one delivered. When I phoned the restaurant they already realised that they forgot to add them in the delivery. They apologise and the missing boxes were with us in 5 minutes.

The toppings on the pizza were not what I ordered. I contacted the restaurant and they said the order they received from you was different from what I ordered on the app. They blame Just Eat for the error. They say they were told sweetcorn instead of red onion. I was very disappointed.

Pizza really wasn’t great- half burnt, cheese was missing from a lot of the slices. Not what I expect from a Pizza Hut. Delivery driver was very nice and professional.

Very poor pizzas, ordered two and wedges, both pizzas were not upto the usually high standard with very few ingredients on and hardly any cheese, the wedges were not worth the almost £5 all in all very disappointing I don't mind paying the higher price than most when the quality is there but £45 for poor quality feels like a rip off

No sauce included and it’s really bad quality, you let me down! Compare to Papa John or Dominos! I’d be better with a frozen goodfellas hands down! It’s been 4 years since I ordered. Won’t order again. Pizza Hut Broadway pizza, have a Dominos and compare! The quality to price - you failed me big time. Pizza thick and undercooked. Delivery bad. Delivery progress didn't update and I was not prepared for it. Driver then started blaming me out of nowhere. Ridiculous really.
