Subway in Swansea

Visited with my son for a quick bite....not a good experience! Asked for a BLT and was made a ham and cheese sub, then had to argue to yet the tomato and lettuce. Asked for a meal deal at the till which apparently did not compute and then got attitude for asking for a drink when I should have said before....last time I checked a meal deal included a drink Plus even though it was very quiet all the tables were covered in crumbs....not very welcoming

Stupid idiot closed the story 40 minutes early when the story collided at 9 which they shouldn’t have closed

Honestly they need to be assessed by subway themselves as not one member of staff seems to be trained at all. I asked for a footlong steak and cheese then in the process of making it the girl had flipped the sandwich upside down before toasting it with the salad already on the sandwich. Then once pulling the sandwich out, all of the fillings fell out yet the subway worker still continued to wrap the footlong up. I’m never one to leave a review but this time it was necessary. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog never mind human beings.

Never open until when they say they are. They always shut early, on many occasions has this occurred.

Went to mumbles subway today and had a foot long steak and cheese, whilst eating it I started choking on a hard piece of plastic which was like a round small button with 4 spikes on the back of it which was in my sandwich, felt sick straight away, put me off ever going back, lucky It was not given to a child to eat.

Utter waste of money. Pay for bread for the price of a foot long. An acquaintance working there said the owner is on his case to put less meat and condiments. It actually happened with me. Bought foot long chicken tikka. Got a bread with hardly any filling. Totally unfair!
