They have a courier who can't deliver the order to the right place and communication when trying to call them there is no awnser

Walking into Subway, the smell of fresh bread was inviting. The staff greeted me warmly and crafted my Italian B.M.T. with care. The attentive service added to the pleasant experience. Highly recommend for a tasty, quick meal!

Food nice but grossly overpriced!! £8.97 for a 6inch sub, 5 tiny cheese bites and a tiny bottle of orange juice. I cried once I'd finished

Really friendly staff in a great, quiet location! Gave us as a bunch of students free bags for life as well as free offers as students. Owner was lovely really recommend!

Went in with a group of friends, the owner of the business was incredibly polite, walked us through all the deals, and even offered us our free cookies when we didn’t realise we could get them. Incredibly patient when we took some time choosing our food. Definitely coming back in the future!

My favourite Subway in Cov! Workers are always so friendly and patient, restaurant is clean and atmosphere is peaceful & relaxed. Always have a lovely time grabbing lunch here with my friend. :)

Owners are always friendly, and hard working, as are the staff. Food here is always delicious and fresh, unlike some other subways which can be hit and miss. Cheap too

I have been a regular customer here for a number of years. Always great service, friendly staff, very fresh ingredients and everything is spotlessly clean.

The store has also enough dining space and the staff is very polite and gentle. The best part of this store is the staff members.

Iv been to alot of subways. And this one is head and shoulders the best. The staff are super friendly and great at making sandwiches. I've never been a huge fan of subway in the past but I come here at least once a week.

Very quiet and cozy subway branch

I like subway generally. The staff while friendly and welcoming are really slow and end up spending a good 10-15 minutes making a 6 inch sub which defeats the purpose of a fast food chain

Not the best. If they run out of anything mid-serve they just give you less. Lazy.

ordered a steak n cheese 6 inch which was nice but they forgot my hash browns so they delivered them to me again 3!! 3 hash browns that were cold..really lost for words.

Ordered remotely using the Subway app to take advantage of the brilliant 2-4-1 Footlong Valentine's offer, got there early and was kindly offered a hot drink since the snowstorm was engulfing the area. The social distancing was clearly marked and all the seating was moved to the side and taped off, there were screens in place between the staff and public and a table for collection. I soon collected my order and walked home only to find I was missing some of my cookies. A quick call to the store solved the problem however. The manager was very understanding and kindly drove out to my house with not only the missing cookies, but extras on top of that and a handful of the (surprisingly comfortable) Subway staff masks. The Sub was amazing, exactly what I ordered hot, fresh and tasty. The customer service was phenomenal. Great job folks.

We have ordered box of cookies which were sent in a bag without box and they were in pieces. The staff were unhelpful and disconnected the phone

Absolutely no awareness about allergens. Been sent the wrong meal via ubereats which could put me in hospital. They are going to kill someone, this is now the second time this has happened, I wont be giving a third chance.

The new vegan sub is delicious coupled with a salad bowl and don't forget the garlic and herb vegan aioli (sauce).

Went into the shop and wanted a tasty sandwich, was greeted by an employee called josh, never in my life have a met bigger nonse in my life he was rude and disrespectful and I will not be enjoying my favourite B.L.T On a hearty Italian bread in your establishment again I am so disappointed in the staffing that I am rethinking ever returning Yours sincerely MR Reece Marsden

The young woman who served me was completely disinterested and had an attitude problem. I had to repeat myself several times because she simply wasn't listening and didn't seem to care. I had to return my coffee because it was wrong and the cup only half filled. Several months ago I helped to break up a fight that erupted in this Subway whilst I was eating. The latest visit was my first time back since that happened, but I won't be back in a hurry because this branch has just become a hangout for the local youths and it's intimidating to eat food inside. It's ironic that I can go to the Wetherspoons pub down the road, eat a reasonably priced meal, get far better service and feel much safer than I can in this Subway.

The server tonight was just rude for no reason. His whole service was just off. His portion sizes were ridiculous for a footlong. Never in my life have I ever gotten meatballs halved for a sub. The guy was really acting like he was doing me a favour with the silly portions he was giving me like I’m not paying for it. Such a joke!

Go here quite a bit and usually quite good service. Not the fastest but there isn’t usually many staff in. But today I came home and I didn’t have a whole cookie in my bag! ☹️💔 very disappointing
