I came here a while ago, asked for a Singapore chowmein and the chef cooked it for me, he didn't speak great English but had no issues. Maybe they don't deserve 1 star reviews as the food isn't bad and maybe the restaurant has had bad experiences since I visited hence why they only do home delivery.

An unfriendly and racist dog walker, our evaluation is unfair, our health is in line with the standards, government officials have to check every year, we do not open the door because there were bad people to mess up, and we are only dedicated to the Chinese students to provide food, can not do business nearby residents. That's why we closed the door and wanted to get the understanding of the nearby residents, thank you.

Live near by and very dodgy.. never open.. call the number advertised and no answer. Doors are foiled up from the inside. Never seen anyone come or go for food.. Definitely something weird here.

The food is little, terrible and expensive. Do not be tricked by this scam. Frozen food with no taste besides the cheap sauce put over it. You're better off eating spicy cardboard.

Shocking we got told by a man outside that he worked there. My partner said is there a menu he replied yes but home delivery only, after knocking the door for a menu the chef guy was very abrupt to my partner absolutely shocking not a way to promote your business the correct response should have been " hi sorry at the moment we don't have menus" your either a business or your not simple very strange and dodgy if you ask me.

Absolutely awful service. Staff running around like headless chickens not knowing what to do. 3 of them making one sandwich!! Always out just eat/takeaway orders in front of the queue so end up waiting for ages whilst they do that instead of your order (even if you got there way before just eat order comes through!!) Should prioritise customers in store not customers online!!!!

Alhamdullilah, the hospitality at Donya Restaurant is like no other! They are truly the heart of the community. From the warm atmosphere and welcoming vibe to the respectful, hardworking staff — and of course, the food... it just takes the soul on a journey of excellence! What truly enhances the experience is their new digital profiles. From the moment you're seated, you can easily browse the menu right from your table, no need to fuss with physical menus. I'm sure we've all been to a restaurant before where their menus fall apart easier than the bread! This technology truly enhances the dining experience whilst making their business run more efficiently; I don't understand why other establishments aren't following suit?! I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr Ali, a very kind and family-oriented gentleman. We first met naturally in the local park with his children, and it was clear how much he values family, even amidst running a busy and thriving establishment. His dedication to both his business and his family is truly inspiring and a beautiful reminder for all of us. Mr Ali's approach is something that many business owners can learn from.
