The service was awful and unorganised, it took them a long time to acknowledge me. Second problem i have is that i am gluten free and require a glove change and for the side to be cleaned down before preparation as i am a celiac, this was not done which creates risk for me and my allergy. This resulted in an allergic reaction. Then the staff were not only rude to me but also to each other, being short and frustrated at basic customer service. I had to repeat my order 5 times for them to understand what i wanted. No friendliness or enthusiasm at all. Another thing i would like to address is the state of the bathroom, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, with dirty floors, sink and toilet…extremely poor hygiene. I will not be eating here again.

This franchise used to have great team, but the current servers are utterly incompetent. Refused to serve a melt on wheat (menu board behind them said white or wheat). Then refused to omit a single item (red onions). The garbage excuse they gave was 'because it goes in the oven closed up'. Why does that prevent one single small change BEFORE it goes in the oven? Previous team would always check things like onions and peppers with the customer before putting the sub in the oven. The same as every other Subway I have visited. I will not use this franchise when those 2 morons are behind the counter.

this was absolutely awful. the bread was either stale, or they burned the living daylights out of it!!! i have never had such an awful sandwich. subway is really, really good usually, but i will not be returning to the eaton socon one. the pictures and videos speak volumes.

I used to regularly buy lunch at this Subway when I worked in a nearby office but since becoming a homeworker I seldom do… Was sent an email offering free delivery via Just Eat and as hubby home soon, ordered lunch for us both. Order placed and due in 25-40 minutes, so should arrive by 12:55 latest BUT Subway kept adding time, adding time… eventually delivered 13:42, almost an hour later than expected. If I’d known how long it would take, I wouldn’t have bothered to order. Food was OK and I know delivery was ‘free’ but won’t be using delivery service again.

Very Good. Only 1 person at the counter but thats what you need. If I had to be extremely nitpicking then more jalapeño could be in nacho bowl but its absolutely amazing. Guy at the counter really nice. Reccomend.

Rude staff, they refuse to accept the offers from the Subway app, despite being one of the participating restaurants and are rude about it. Do what I did and go to KFC just down the road instead. Avoid this place!

Well what can I say 1 type of bread and only 1 there. So only 1 of us got to eat out of 3. Service very poor had to repeat ourselves 3or4 times. Won't be going back in a hurry. I see others have said about lack of bread, you would think that they would learn to get more baked when getting low.

Mid-afternoon - no bread option (only 1 available) and lack of salad so couldn’t have what I went in for. No offer to get more bread or salad. Made do with a hard and dry roll and a lack of salad. Still had to pay full price. It’s meant to be open until 8pm! No wonder there were no customers - there was nothing to sell them- what they’re going to do for another 6 hours I don’t know. Won’t be going again. Never had a bad subway u til this one. Roll base was so hard it was inedible so I thew it away. Total waste.

We ate here today. Sadly it wasn't a great experience. My wife and I ordered our food but our order was then separated due to one sandwich being ready well before the other. The gentleman serving us was very polite but I think further training may be required as he overfilled my sandwich and over toasted the bread. It was inedible as it broke apart in my hands. Thankfully the young lady taking the payments prepared an alternative sandwich which was better, however the bread was over toasted again. Calibration of the bread oven or shorter toasting time may be necessary. Very clean store though and staff are polite which is why they get the stars.

I get that it’s new but it’s not like regular subways where it’s all about getting the same kind of sandwich you like this was dreadful I’ll give it 3 months until they settle in and try again in the meantime I will use Wyboston service station always good there

This new amazing subway as soon as you walk in make you feel comfortable due to new fresh forward design and also polite members of staff , everyone should visit the new subway , huge sitting area and lots of new ingredients that will make everyone happy also subway introduce vegan options aswell . Dont miss it , you wont be sorry

Terrible. Been twice now and each time the staff appear to have no idea what they are doing. They have no common sense about how to serve customers efficiently and just stick to their sections meaning customers are waiting ages to get served. One girl was also picking a cold sore on her face while wearing her gloves on the salad section. Yummy.

New subway sandwich shop in the back of the Retail Park called in to day to see how the new Store was settled surprisingly big instore with tables set up on the right hand side all the way to the back of Store with customer toilets to the rear. A sandwich assembly bar to the front of the Store with frendly and helpful staff to get your order freshly prepared, two disabaled parking spaces are located in the carpark with space for about twenty cars which is also shared with the other nearby unit's on the same block though more carparking is available in the main carpark area at the Retail Park

An awful place, to be avoided at all costs. Visited with my family and were served pink chicken. This was flagged to the manager who admitted that sometimes the machine doesnt cook the chicken properly. No accountability or appreciation for customer service or basic food hygiene. I will be escalating with the local authorities and KFC. Such a shame that the Proud KFC name has been tainted.

I ordered a Piri Piri chicken and chips, which in the advertised picture should be like a kebab plus salad. I got home just to realise I was given something completely different, no salad. And even what I got, both the chicken and chips are NOT fresh, nor have any taste of Piri Piri. And it's funny because I even asked the lady if the order will definitely be like in the picture with salad, etc.. and she said Yes Yes. Avoid this place.

I liked that the price of the mighty bucket for one was £2 than I last paid. That said, the screen said that my food when it was ready when it was not ready - they were all like that. It must appear in the stats that they are dishing it out in no time, when this is not the case. The tables in the middle were dirty. As KFC goes these days, this food was towards the better end of the range.

I ordered the chicken tikka balti loaded fries. It’s a new experimental dish that I got to try as a valued customer. They have new management - that are asking loyal & repeat customers to try the new food items, that they may put on the menu. Honest & constructive feedback will be appreciated.
