“Haleem” was the third person I spoke to about a mistake on an order, he was apparently the person in charge, if so I think subway need to relook at who they allow to manage their shops. I was told I would have to bring a 4 year old down to them, In the snow to pick up an order that was their mistake, that they had no drivers, even though one had just delivered to me ?! When I told him I was not happy to drive to him due to snow and ice I was told to “just get my money back then” and then I was hung up on; to me, this is not acceptable. Why would I order off delieveroo if a company had no drivers. He wouldn’t even listen to my complaint at first and refused to say there was anything wrong with it.
