Subway in Bournemouth

LOVED my 6 inch and it was my birthday and sadik gave me a free cookie, he was so lovely.

Great experience at Subway! The ingredients were fresh, and my sandwich was made quickly. Friendly staff and a clean restaurant. Perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal!

I visited this store before few days. The lady who made my sandwich charged me more than the actual amount. I tried to explain her, what mistake she made. She started arguing and charged me more. I was not really upset with the service.

Did not provide the ingredients to my sandwich that are on the menu. Only half were put in and when I complained to the customer service team they tried to claim I ordered a completely different product to cover themselves. Disgusting service, will never return

Just ordered the most wonderful sandwich from here on deliveroo and they accomplished the impossible with fitting so much food into the sandwich according to my order ;) (I got a meatball sub with substack (the hashbrowns) and extra meat) Heftiest sandwich I've ever eaten and absolutely fabulous.

Came in and waited 15 minutes for the only worker to take our order, but he was apparently busy making an order for someone who wasn’t even in the store. No greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever in that time. When we finally got our sandwich going, halfway through another customer came in and was given sudden priority over us and got a whole sandwich & hashbrowns prepared while we stood there awkwardly with our sandwich not finished. I was ordering a single footlong sandwich, but when I asked for only half of it to get topped with salad, the “sandwich artist” (if you can even call this guy one) said he’d charge me for 2 SEPARATE 6 inch sandwiches! At that point, he went into the back of the store for some reason so we just quickly walked outta the place after wasting like 20+ minutes of our time. No chance of coming back to this place. Also worth noting that the nutrition sticker on the window shows peppered cheese as an option, however there is none to be found. How ironic is it that my worst restaurant experience in Bournemouth happened to be next to my favorite restaurant Taco Bell which is perfect in every way. So just go there instead.

Chy Sahjhan is the best worker I’ve ever seen. Order and makes it quickly, friendly and makes the Subway experience worthwhile. Definitely going to buy again👍

Not bad, but same problem as quite a few other local subways, the staff can be quite stingy on toppings. The obviously fake reviews mentioning the staff by name are hilarious though.

I walked in as a little boy, but came out a man

The sandwich was alright! But my partner is allergic to nuts and we asked for two separate cookies one with nuts in for myself, furthermore we asked for them to be in separate bags, this as food hygiene should be standard knowledge of someone who serves food, knowing nut products should be separate to products without. The server picked them up with the same tongs and then placed them in the same bag! This is the third visit and the service has been either poor or miss communication sadly as one member of staff could only say hello and goodbye, I had to point to everything. So from this I called subway and emailed and the response was, " we do not own this subway it's on a separate chain, and there was no email contacts for them". Unhappy.

Ordered off uber eats, didn't arrive after 3 hours of waiting. Constantly tried to call, no answer. Just said preparing your order.

Food wise: Got what one will expects from any subway. Though thought subway server shown irritation when I tried to confirm if Turkey was halal. Better customer service training is required.

Why do the staff think you know what you are doing ,what bread , what filling ,what sauce !! Off putting bouncer checking me out , staff not knowing what brown sauce is , even though it was written on the lid ! Bad experience only went there because KFC was closed Would not enter another subway
