My favourite subway staff kind and respectful.

This is my favourite Subway restaurant in general, I have my lunch here over 100 times I think, in the last 4 years, and I never have any problems with my stomach after or bad experience overall. Always good quality bread and fresh vegetables, really tasty marinara meatball sub and turkey ham sub as well! They have some nice meal deals offers. Always friendly staff, who keep this place clean and nice if it's not too busy.

They missed out so many things on my order, it's just unacceptable. Food wasn't prepared correctly, even things like cheese that is part of my sandwich was missing. It was just some bits of chicken thrown in the incorrect bread sent to me. Not what I ordered at all.

Not happy with the All Star chicken. There were hardly any chicken in it at all. Is there supposed to be bacon in the All Star Chicken? Also, why do you not have options to take out certain foods? We also ordered the Big Breakwich which has egg. I can eat everything else but don't like eggs. I thought it would be easy to take out but it was squashed into everything. Lastly, your pictures of your food is nothing like what you get. It is always squashed with hardly any filling. I wont order again

Every time I take From Subway East Ham, staff was very good. But today when I go there for taking Subway the staff name ALVY (sandwich artist) is there, his behavior is very bad. He is talking like he is shouting and I am very disappointed. Not recommended to any one.

Order food at 12.30 then kept getting told times have changed and food didn’t turn up till 1.30 an hour later and was cold when arrived

my delivery driver had to wait in the restaurant for 30 minutes before he was handed my order

Sandwiches are always great value for money great tasting too the only issue I hv is they never add my sauce i Leave a note everytime to remind them but still no help. I buy it nearly every day but this sauce problem is getting me down really hv to chat with manager.

I ordered for a vanilla ice cream and I got the wrong one.

ELDERLY SCAMMED. Was meant to pay £15.96 but got charged £30.96 instead. The man making our subs gave us Italian bread when we asked for Heartly Italian. He started to put chicken tikka in our subs when we didn’t ask for it

Well I ordered the pepperoni and cheese wrap and I got a wrap with some cheese on it so a bit dissapointed with that

I'm quite annoyed as I put in the description I wanted the bread extra toasted and asked for extra crispy onions, and I also called up to ask incase the never read my request, subway isn't the cheapest option for a bread roll, but from my experience the only time its dine how you like is if you go in the shop and watch what there doing, also my roll hardly had any filling and was so luggt in weight and also cold also wasn't extra toasted I think it's a big joke to be honest

Incredibly unprofessional employees. I sent a screenshot of my points to my missus to redeem because I was at home and they wouldn’t accept it even after she explained the situation, I couldn’t find anything in their terms and conditions stating you couldn’t send a screenshot. I ended up travelling there myself and they seemed very annoyed after I brought up the subject. They were very stingy with the toppings, and at one point while ordering a side another employee talked to the the one serving me in their language and I’m pretty sure he said “should we give them the sauce” because I definitely heard the word sauce, to which the other said “no” and boxed up the side that normally comes with sauce, without it. I asked him why didn’t you put the sauce in and he goes “oh yeah” and then put it in at the end. Ultimately you need to reevaluate the people you hire Subway.

The bread was almost burnt and the sauces was low in quantity.

Was served the other day by Hassan who gave me the freshest sub I've had in years, really friendly too. It's nice to see people enjoying their work like that so I wanted to give him a mention for the excellent service.

Care more about online orders..i stood there saw this dude make an order wich came in after i walked in ...but this was more important....like to get ignored and hangry...go subway...teast was sub par..not fresh..just a smelly and welcoming place.

When ever I go to use my points they simply tell not today, then what is the use of points, cheap tricks for business . Someone should look into this. I used it in other store they accept it but in eastham they never .

The food was picked up so late and when it was picked up the driver had another order to drop off. fair enough. however this other adress was 20 minutes away from the restaurant. why the driver was allowed to take my order and someone else’s who lived so far away from me at the same time is beyond me. food came incredibly late and the driver couldn’t care less

My order was packed together (cold drink and hot food) only for it to be diverted by “Just Eat” (as stated by the delivery rider) for another delivery in the opposite direction. The bag was wet from condensation and the food was soggy. Absolute waste of my money.

Subway needs to read people’s orders correctly then maybe we would of had our food done properly.

I ordered at 19:29, and the Just Eat notification said I would receive my order ‘at’ 19:55. The courier was apparently at the restaurant from 19:40, and then there were no updates until after 20:30. My food arrived cold at 20:48, 55 minutes late.

This is the worst subway.... I bought items using my points and the staff was rude to say that i cannot use my points... This is the worst experience as a customer.... Subway pls don't have these type of people for food service...

My cookie in the order is missing

I ordered 2 chicken salads and 1 should have had double meat in it(which I’ve paid extra for) but there was no way there was extra meat in it. It’s disgusting how they can take your money but not provide you with what you order.

Average subway, nothing particularly special. Service was a little slow but can't blame the staff as there was only one staff member doing everything from making sandwich to taking payment. Limited seating inside. Generally clean, on the high street so makes a change from a chicken shop.

I ordered to the wrong address and was not given an option to cancel my order or to change the address, tried to call the restaurant however they didnt pick up, spoke to the driver and he told me he got in contact with you and was told i would get a full refund.

Garlic bread could definitely use some garlic (!) But lovely fresh salad and meatballs to die for!

Love this subway branch.. they made both the sandwiches just like I requested and even gave me extra sauces as requested. Delivery on time and sandwiches were still hot when they arrived. Will be more than happy to order from them again.

However, I did not receive exactly what I ordered.

It’s a standard chain store the food is decent the Asked the guy to put a different sauce in my sub and he said he’s not allowed to. When pointing out that this is something I’m going to eat and I’m not going to buy the sub unless he put the sauce I want was the only way around it. I don’t know why he made a simple situation so difficult.

Went in for the first time after 5 or 6 years yesterday. The server was excellent. The quality of food was excellent and the new menu was excellent.

Not accepting the screenshot of the qr code they need the app itseems they don't accept even the wallet scan. It's not at all good and they lost 2 customers and they are so rude they say like we nee app no screen shot or no wallet code. We went for lunch there but very much disappointed. Better give zero stars than 1 star

Just eat are not customer friendly at all, when these food shops do your order they ate made careless hardly ever correct, and always a issue, and when you put in a refund request just eat dont always care for your complaint and sometimes give you a part refund, which is sent too your just eat account well not once have I ever seen my just eat account credited so I will be taking it further they seem like there scanming the system and not making these food shops keep up with standards of food protacol

Mixed up the toppings. Put pickle in the salads which didn't have them and the wrong sauces on the wrong subs.

Beat subway to get in Newham ! Always hot and fresh! The delivery driver was super nice and it’s a shame I didn’t have change to tip him! Overall 10/10 experience!! Amazing ❤️

Didn't receive all my meal deals

As usual, the sauce was less in quantity and seems like the restaurant didn't see my note.

The delivery driver was given the wrong order. Subway called me rather than the driver to tell me to send him back when he got to me. He had to then go back, pick up the correct order and the bring it to me. Overall it took almost an hour for me to get my order. Subway did not offer me anything extra for my inconvenience though they did apologise.

The bag was ripped, food smells off and they gave me the wrong crisps and cookies!

today i visited the store with my friend and i have points in my subway app but due to server issue iam unable to login the app but i have a QR code but they are not accepting it and they are giving silly reasons to accept the code and they not given me food ...all over london no one rejected like this....

Sub was cold sadly but warm enough and tastes good. Cheese balls would never buy again, nothing melty about them just soggy chewy balls. Thanks

Please update the timing of the store. It says it closes at 11 whereas a guy in the store says it closes at 10. PLEASE UPDATE AND STOP GIVING MISLEADING INFORMATION.

Tasty food - only ordered a 6” sub, will order a foot sized one next time because it was so tasty. Fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend!
