Subway in Barnet

Hi, I was very disappointed as there was absolutely no sauce on the meatball marinara I ordered. The meatballs were dry and the meal was quite bland. Feel very let down.

Tasted nice but not worth it really. 6 inch was more like 4.5 inch probably not cut evenly and was £5.. too pricey for such a small portion.

Watch out for any unexpected shortcuts the staff want to take when it comes to offering the quality of bread on Customer Offers ! 22.1.25 The Mexican Beef Crunch which looks better in the advertised picture could have been spicier .It was bland even with the sauces. 4.2.25 Tasty Chicken 🐔 tikka Sub with salad & sauces served by friendly staff. However, the toilet needs to be kept clean! 12.2.25 Tasty Breakfast Sub which could do with more ketchup served by friendly staff in a clean environment. & the tables need to be cleaned up after use by customers!

I usually enjoy the food at Subway, but my recent visit left me feeling uncomfortable. I noticed that when preparing Uber Eats orders—where customers can’t see the food being made—the worker wasn’t wearing gloves. I actually saw him use his bare fingers to pick up multiple cookies right after touching his phone, which is pretty unsanitary. On top of that, the table we sat at was dirty, which shouldn’t be the case, especially since Subway isn’t a fast-paced environment. There’s no excuse for not keeping the dining area clean and making sure customers have a good experience. What concerns me most is the lack of hygiene when handling food. Some people have severe allergies, dietary restrictions, or religious reasons for avoiding cross-contamination, and not wearing gloves can put them at risk. The worker really needs to be more mindful of this. I hope Subway improves their hygiene standards and cleanliness because food safety should be a priority.

The atmosphere was good and the food was great. Quick service. Didn’t had to wait to be served. The store was very clean. And very friendly and smiling staff. Really recommend this subway store . Great job guys .👍🏼

Today around 17:43 went in the shop, said hi 2 times to the 2 staff members, no "hi" back, when i started ordering, one of the guys said something i didnt understand, i asked "sorry what?" Turns out he is on his phone with an earplug in one of his ears serving people like that. Im not a fussy person but theres a level we dont go below, disrespectful.

Someone has stolen my details and ordered food using my card. This have now been cancelled please refund my money.

I decided to write this review to highlight some exemplary customer service that I witnessed whilst eating my lunch today. An older male who clearly had some learning difficulties (Presenting with what many would consider to be an aggressive demeanour and a severe speak impediment) came in to place an order and the patience, professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by Raj and Akash was first class. Upon speaking with Raj and Akash they explained that this gentleman is a regular customer and they are well acquainted with his needs. Speaking as someone who has worked extensively with adults with additional needs, I can say that it is incredibly important to foster ability friendly safe spaces within the community and I feel that Subway. Station Road, Edgware is just that. Well done Akash and Raj, great work!

After the order was taken we were given a time slot but the time slot kept getting delayed several times and the order was unacceptably late compared to the original time slot given.

Enjoyed the food, thanks. Only thing was the waffle style chips were hard and dry and the portion was not large by any means - hope this can be improved upon. Thank you.

Here’s a review you can use: I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Subway! As someone who is very particular about how I like my food prepared, they never fail to meet my expectations. They always go the extra mile to make sure everything is just the way I like it, down to the exact placement and portions of ingredients. Prav, in particular, is fantastic! Not only does he perfect my order every time, but he also creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere with his friendly personality and great sense of humor. It’s always a pleasure seeing him behind the counter. Another standout is the gentleman who’s been there for a long time. He’s consistently fast, friendly, and helpful—truly a model of excellent customer service. The team here deserves all the recognition for their hard work and dedication to making every visit an enjoyable one. Highly recommended!

we didn't get the right order the beard was wrong and it fell apart we want a refund

I came in at 7:15 pm Thursday evening to a young Asian gentlemen on the phone to which looked like family, when I approached the counter he continues to be on his phone on FaceTime while attempting to take my order, until another gentleman young asian aswell realised it was wrong and told the young boy to sit in the back. The place is a mess with 0 customers inside the restaurant it should be clean and also wearing AirPods around food! It also has 0 ambience about it especially after such a nice refurbishment, I have been coming to this subway since I was a kid and not once was I disrespected like the first interaction I had with the boy

Have found on recent experiences, the newer staff tend to put less filling in, I do ask for more. Am really happy the staff know my order, love the new layout, looks much nicer

Food tasted moldy and out of date, I thought maybe just the meatballs, but the sandwich also had a weird taste.

Very rude driver complained he had no where to park so I must come down stairs and get the food which I could not as I have a new born baby and I’m on the 6th floor he then hung up the phone on me and marked my food as delivered which it was not

Ordered a veg patty and the patty was stone cold. I had to remove it from the sub as I wasn't sure it was safe to eat. Terrible service.

food was rubbish. it was definitely not toasted and cold. plus order was wrong.

3 out of four items were wrong. Cookies were 11 and not 12 like stated and different flavours to those stated. Passion topping that was extra cost also missing.

The bag was unsealed. My cookie and drink were missing and my sub was crushed. The delivery man claims this is how he received it. I then examine the sub to see that its on the wrong bread, not toasted and is missing cheese. This is the first bad experience I have had with this store. Usually they are very good. I believe the delivery man stole my cookie and drink.

Clean, accessible, well located close to the Edgware station, lots of seating inside, a s clean interiors. Haven't seen it very busy but there's always someone ordering or eating. Need a bit more light inside and fix their toilets.

Quality and place should be improved

I never collected my order from this Edgware subway. Why are they showing it as collected. I had already reported just eat that I will not be collecting the order as I was expecting a delivery.

If the driver brings you the wrong order TAKE IT!! or drive to the branch you ordered from!!

I live 5 mins drive away on a bad day. The original time for delivery was estimated at 13.08, tracking the driver he went around Mill Hill & Edgware with the estimated time getting further and further away. The toasted sub then was finally delivered, barely warm, at 13.27. Rubbish service

It is the worst subway I have visited twice, Monday 30 Jan 2023 at 11 am, the guy that did the beef steak with Italian bread, puts very little beef and the edges of the sandwich are empty, and when I complained, he took a little in the middle and put it on the 2 edges and in the middle I was left with little beef, finally I ate a sandwich of olives and lettuce, very very unprofessional, very stingy, he doesn't smile, with a bad face, he doesn't know how to treat a client, never I will be back ..
