why is Subway SO STRESSFUL? i’ve been working up the courage to go to a Subway for years. well, I finally did it. i expected something really sloppy, and whilst it was sloppy, i am amazed at the tastiness for the price. i mean, you can literally customize a fresh sandwich completely to your liking, for like 5 pounds. that’s pretty dope IMO. also you can have so many toppings and sauces! i wish there was a mustard option though, that’s really missing :(. the guy serving me was trying to wrap my sandwich up after like 3 toppings but i was NOT to be disturbed and i fought for the rest of my toppings and i got them! yippee! you just have to be a bit demanding. but the servers are quite intimidating, it’s like they expect you to know what to do. for me, the menu was very complicated but i figured it out, just ask for anything you like and they will hand it to you. i was happy about the freshness of the ingredients, and the wholemeal bread was very soft. i can also totally recommend the spicy chicken, it actually had a kick to it! but there wasn’t a lot of it in my sandwich so that’s a bit cheap of them. the tuna on the other hand was plentiful and really nice for fast food! overall, it’s actually really good as a fast food spot with a cute sandwich that won’t make your insides collapse :). but please Subway you need to re-brand a little, why is every location so creepy? the design inside is so off-putting…

Manager meeben or whatever his name , very rude and unhelpful

Didnt feel like they liked me very much, I asked for southwest sauce but he 'accidentally' put EX HOT SAUCE labelled sauce on it, then claimed it wasnt that hot. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and just took the sub as was, but felt like he may have done it purpose. The sauce was quite hot but actually enjoyed it

I come almost weekly and have only ever received friendly and efficient service. This is one of the only Subway locations I trust that will actually put eight pieces of ham on a footlong, seems like a small thing but I really appreciate not having to think or worry about that. I will go out of my way to visit this location over nearer franchises that don’t do the same.

I service was lovely however I doubt the standards of care since I nearly went into anaphylaxis after eating here (my allergy is sunflower seeds which is in one of the breads) I wanted some food cos I was hungry but then wasn’t able to eat it due to the fact my throat got swolen. I shouldn’t have been able to eat anything I was allergic to since I have eaten the same meal I always get but at this particular subway I had an allergic reaction.

The food is all good, but the service is miserable. Without interest in explanation.

I was waiting an hour for my food. After waiting so long I had to call to see what’s going on they said there was no riders to deliver my food. If it was going to take that long I would of went to get it myself. Uber eats deliver fast and is much better and i will be going to them.

Seems like the sub sandwiches have gotten smaller. Tasted great anyway

Fast service but they give you bare minimum of ingredients on sandwiches so need to keep asking for more... Initially had 3 slices of paper thin tomatoes on a foot long.

My order was 2 hours late, food arrived cold, inedible and leaking out of the box. Sandwich was dry, everything tasted off and distasteful. Restaurant did not answer when trying to get through to find out where my order was. Extremely disappointed ruined my day!

Regularly visit this place. The sandwiches are good. The food is halal allowing for more options than just vegetarian or tuna. Service can be better at times.

A bun full of salt 🧂 delivery service was good.

Worst Experience. I was charged £7.35 for 6inch Sub. The staff is so rude. They don't accept points either. They don't give receipts as well just so that they can charge more and the customer don't notice. I would never recommend anyone to go here

Worst Subway experience ever. The guy working was not friendly at all. Asked for 6in veggie delight sub with specific instructions but at the end he forgot to add things and their vegan cheese slices were very small, asked about reason there was no answer. When i asked to add dressing he said generally you get only three dressing, never heard such thing at Subway in multiple countries I’ve visited. Would never visit this specific location ever again.

On the store front it says it closes at 7:30 but she was closing the store at 6:45 and she told me I couldn’t order and that it closes at 7. She was awfully rude as well. I didn’t realize subway service went down so much.

I went to Marks and Spencer Coffee to Go inside Fleet Street.

Fast and easy friendly service. Only sell turkey rashers no pork

This place is quite good. They got rid of the big beef melt which is sad but otherwise the staff are really friendly

Door locked at 2130 even though it says they are open until 2200. Waste of time.

This particular Subway wasn't that nice 10:30 am. It's wasn't that clean, the floor, and even saw a big spider walking along the floor. The sandwich was sloppy, not that toasted and I'm general definitely eaten better Subways

Lovely food but 6" aint enuf and 12" is too mutch if they sold a 3/4ft would be just right

Long lunchtime queues but my tuna sub hit the spot. The jobsworth staff wouldn't give me a wrap in an effort not slow down the service for people behind me, but I noticed they hadn't bothered to change their food preparation gloves for a while. Yucky

(Contrary to the other review, it is open for business) This subway is very good. At a nice location near a lot of offices, including mine. The place is clean and staff is good. Only issue is that it's very busy around lunch time, with queues coming out of the shop. It also serves Halal meat.
