Not happy we are missing the meatball snack bowl, the dip fir the waffle fries, the spare dip we also ordered and are missing the nachos from our meal deal. Absolutely disappointed

the fries was cold and soggy. the sub was cold as well and the cookie was soft and melted as it was placed in with the food when hot

I did not receive the items I ordered. The complete wrong order was packed. Just Eat are now refusing a refund for something that isn’t my fault, and have actually stolen £19.42 from me, by not refunding it for items never received!

Absolute rudeness that I've received today My delivery has turned up completely wrong and the one sub imperticular which was supposed to be tuna mayo that for my partner had beef in which my partner is allergic to I rung the store for them to answer and tell me to bring the wrong order back to the store and they'd refund me when I asked if the delivery guy could come pick it back up they told me just eat are completely separate to them and that it wouldn't be possible when I explained that I do not drive to take the wrong order back I was put on hold for five minutes for the guy who answered to speak to his team leader to then be hung up on and after trying to call back they are refusing to answer I won't be ordering from this store ever again as this isn't the first time we've have problems with our food

Called to purchase a Footlong GF Sub, Chicken, Bacon & Cheese, then toasted, added Cucumber, Lettuce, Peppers & Tomato then topped with Mango Habenara topping ❤️😋😊👍

ordered a bmt with two sauces. i am sad to say that neither of the sauces were on the sub which left it a bit dry. i checked the order receipt and both were on there so thats why i marked quality as low.

My sandwich was Sub-lime. The staff-member who made it, Ruby, was so so helpful and created a work of art in sub form. 10/10 would go again.

Can sometime be a que but it moves quick. I have the same thing all the time Italian BMT and its great toasted with sweet onion dressing. Update 19/10/21 visit Tried the melts and it wasn't bad. Only thing i did not like was not being able to add any extras from the salads onto it. May have again will have to see.

would give it zero stars if I could, Not Kid friendly like the other subways I go to. Chris Collin's the franchise owner wont allow pepperoni to be added to a kid's cheese sub unlike any of the many other stores I visited. He's probably fugly and hasn't got kids or a girlfriend.

We ordered 5 subs and 4 had food missing from them. Looked like it had been thrown together, nothing like the quality you get when you go into a subway yourself. Would definitely not order again!

When asked to specifically not to put something on my sub and it be on the receipt Clearly show I said I want no tomato sauce because I’m allergic and it was just not looked at and it came with the sauce on it it says if u have any allergies to please specify as I did and it didn’t make no difference as it wasent looked at something that could of cause a lot of problems if it wasent checked before I took a bite

Food wasn’t what I ordered, I ordered a deli meats sub and it came with meatballs in.. I don’t know if the ingredients have changed on the deli meats sub but I was expecting salami,ham etc .. everything else was ok and correct

A pleasant experience today at Subway Baglan Moors, Port Talbot. The entire public area was clean, tidy, and pleasant. Customer service was great, the coffee machine was out, and I could hear them telling customers ahead of myself, and it was dealt with smoothly. Really good tuna, sweetcorn, and salad roll 👌

Ordered two footlong meals for ~£30. When it arrived all that was in the bag was two foot long subs. Not only did they forget half the order, the toppings were wrong also.

Order was missing both sides. My wife's toppings were also wrong.

Quite disappointed, the cost being basically double what it would be if I went to Subway myself which would be fine for the convenience but the food seems like it was made in quite a rush and wasn’t the quality I would expect from Subway at all. The delivery driver also just left the food on my doorstep and didn’t wait for me to answer the door before leaving. Won’t be ordering delivery from here again

£45 of food freezing cold upon arrival 3 cold drinks stuffed into a bag of warm food, makes 0 logical sense -- Won't be ordering again

Hot food and cold drinks bagged together. Order was completely wrong, who puts tuna instead of turkey! To me that is a massive issue and having an upset child is not nice. Asked for it toasted and it clearly wasn’t. Played hunt the meat with my steak as it looks like they stood the other side of the car park and threw it in the sub. There are people like me with disabilities that are relying on delivery services like this and to get let down is so disappointing. If the franchise owner was any type of decent person he would offer some sort of refund for the poor staffing he employs who make mistakes, and seem to have a don’t care less attitude. I would honestly tell people not to order for delivery from here, and if you really want a subway then either attend the store to keep a close watch on the staff when they make them or alternatively go to a different subway altogether. I won’t hold my breath for any contact or reply from a senior person in the shop, and I guess there will be a load of 5 star reviews left after this with little or no comments to try and boost the ratings back up.

Ordered for collection and was given a set time, when I arrived which was 1 min earlier than the collection time the order hadn't been made and the staff didn't know there was an order that had been accepted

When they get your order wrong they will not do anything to correct it. Leaving people without food, shocking!!!

Freshly made and recently an improved menu.

It took half hour to assign a driver to my order. Had to ring the store twice to ask where my food was, unfortunately the store doesn’t know where the driver is once they’ve left the store (no fault of their own) the driver had left the restaurant at 4:30 took half hour to then get to my door, considering I only live 5 minutes away this was well too long of a wait, food arrived cold. Did not enjoy :(
