Paprika in Neath Port Talbot

Ordered food, arrived late... driver was impatient. Knocked my door, didn't even give me a chance to get up and come to the door before consistently tapping the glass with his keys until I answered the door. Food was fine but the service, shocking. Second time ordered from there and both times, food was late... never to order from there again.

Ordered food for delivery, took forever to arrive and when it did half the order was missing, tried phoning them but they fully refused to help at all, absolutely disgusting

We ordered food 7pm-8 30pm still no sign of it phoned back to ask the guy just about spoke English and basically told us it still aint ready for another half hr

Ordered over the weekend from Uber Eats. The wrong dish was delivered, instead of a chicken tikka madras, a plain chicken Tikka turned up which was bland and the rice seemed to be watery.... won't be ordering again, thankfully Uber refunded part of the meal.

Three mates had a sit-down meal yesterday evening and was really good quality and value . Very tasty .

TERRIBLE SERVICE! WAITED ALL EVENING & THE FOOD DIDN’T ARRIVE! We called to check ahead to see if Paprika delivered to us and they said they would. I placed an order on JustEat at 6:15pm to be told it would be here by 7:15-30pm. After TWO separate phone calls (7:45pm & 825pm) we were told because of the distance (3.4miles from the restaurant, within their delivery offering distance) they hadn’t sent it YET because the driver wasn’t coming in our direction. At 9:15pm, THREE HOURS after the initial order was placed I receive a call to say the order could be brought TOMORROW because the driver was unable to bring it. It was apparently impossible for them to deliver tonight after; saying on the phone they would deliver to the area, accepting the order. Two phone calls wondering where it was while he reassured us it was coming “in twenty minutes”, to not getting anything at all while trying to push it to tomorrow so they get to keep the money. 🤦‍♂️ I used the “ask for money back” option on JustEat after they called to say we were not having the food and woke up to a text saying “ The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order. They say: "We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. We hope you enjoyed your food." Because they clicked that it WAS delivered after telling me it couldn’t come. So NO FOOD and they currently owe me £32. Absolutely useless. If you don’t live next door to them or you haven’t got money to waste, stay clear! Photo attached of where the food should have been.

The food is always very good, tasty and hot, we are regulars :) can’t fault the place, staff are friendly and welcoming, my fav Indian takeaway

Pathetic attempt at communication. 2 hours 30 mins late to be fobbed off. Avoid on Just Eat as status said delivered. Outrageous behaviour! Still waiting, might aswell walk down to town and cook it myself. TERRIBLE

We have been going here every Saturday for the last two months. Food is always superb and delivery within 5 mins of allocated time. Thanks guys and keep up the good service. Wishing you all the best for 2022 & stay safe. Regards Mr Lewis.

Ordered on just eat. Food never turned up. Phoned restaurant and they said refund would be 48 hours. Phoned again 5 days later to be told he had no money to refund me! Do not buy here...

Ordered 5:30pm, 7:00pm nothing, called said it's be half an hour, 7:35pm still no food, called said it'd be half an hour. It's now 8:25pm, I've barely eaten since I've been working all day. I feel lightheaded they're not taking calls anymore, and they've taken our money. Atrocious. Theft basically. We paid for a service we never got and now we are spending New Year's Eve with no meal. Thanks a bunch. Appalling. I'd show you a photo if we ever received the meal.

AVOID!! Food was 30 minutes late, items were missing and the food we did receive was cold and horrible - including uncooked chips! When I called the restaurant they said they would include the missing items in my next order - there definitely won’t be a next order from me!

Over half hour late, small portions and generally not great tasting food. Also really expensive for the poor quality food. The tikka was decent which made it worth a couple of stars. I wouldn’t return or recommend - hopefully they just had an off-night as and maybe it’s better normally.

I've had food from here twice in the last couple of weeks, the food is lovely and both times arrived earlier than expected, we ordered through just eat website. Would recommend

Our takeaway was ordered for 8pm and we were told online to expect it at 8.30. The order turned up at 7.15 which meant i hadn't taken medication that I have to have on an empty stomach. This resulted in me eating mine after the rest of the family. Order missing papadoms and nan bread which we had paid for. For £29 this meal for two was not value for money. So disappointed!!

Ordered a meal for delivery Saturday at 5.00 o’clock by phone, informed that it would be with us within 45 minutes to an Hour. Both of us starving by 18:30 so called to find out when to expect delivery, told it was with driver be with us very shortly, ( Blatant Lie) by 20:00 - 3 hours later we rang again to be told that the driver had returned to restaurant, did we want to re-order! You can probably guess our response, needless to say Never Again

Had two horrible experiences with food being over an hour late. Gave them a third chance on a weekday and it was well over an hour late. Abysmal. Also continually told me over the phone (just another twenty minutes) three times. Horrible liars and cold food. Never again.

Had an Indian just no from here. Was the worst Indian I've ever had. As I put it on the plate the water separated from the sauce. Was absolutely tasteless. What a waste of money!

Another mixed grill, this time from Paprika. Ordered online for collection. It did not specify a naan was included so I treated myself to a keema naan just in case. It did come with a naan bread which I saved for the next day. The mixed grill was nicely spiced especially the seekh kebab having a great chilli kick. The chicken tikka tasted as if it had been freshly cooked rather than warmed up. The lamb and tandoori chicken both had good flavour and spice. I also ordered paneer tikka which I would have expected to be cooked in a tandoor. I don't believe this was the case as the chunks were too small and had no skewer holes. By not using a tandoor the texture changes and you do not get the charred tandoori effect. The flavour was ok but I think it just had a bit of tikka sauce smeared over it and cooked in a pan or microwaved. Not worth bothering with next time. All in all a good experience. Nothing really jumped out as delicious as I have experienced in other places (not nearby). I travel a lot and have had some amazing mixed grills and then I have had some awful ones. This place provided an average to very good eating experience. I am not sure I would want to eat in the restaurant. It was quite cold inside and could do with a bit of a facelift. I did also notice a bottle of cheap 2 for £7 bottles of wine (from Iceland) on the side so I hope this is not their attitude when it comes to sourcing ingredients.

Ordered food and took over an hour For delivery... Also had chips missing. Phoned to let them know. All food gone cold waiting for guy to come back. Very disappointed. Still waiting 1hr 30mins. All food now cold.

Ordered food, took 40 minutes to get to us instead of 20 minutes. Had to re phone to find out where it was, 15 minutes on top of that, it finally got to us... It was partially cold. Won't be ordering from them again. Delivery lady didn't even apologise. Ok food, bad delivery times

I've just had my second meal from here as I enjoyed the first so much. It was delivered by a polite gentleman, food was piping hot and the order was spot on. Delicious.

Ordered a delivery which was well within the time stated. Delivery driver must have been taking the corners with care this time, as there were no spillages in the delivery bag. Naan was spot on, jalfrezi had a lovely kick to it and my wife's vegetarian dishes were very tasty. The curries they make are by far the best in Neath and we are yet to come across a curry house delivery that beats it. Always recommend this place for a tasty curry. Well done Paprika!

Ordenados de Paprika como al cliente, tenía unos de aquí antes. Pero sólo di cuenta de que tenían un mejor Certificado de Gales en la pared, moda 2015 creo, pero eso es bueno.Dijeron que tardarían media hora, y estaba preparada en ese momento en la recogida. El propietario nos dio gratis también y encurtidos popadoms.La comida era muy sabrosa, Vegetales Dopiasa Lentejas, pollo Tikka, cordero, Nagi Chole. Todo muy bien.Sin duda nos alojaremos de nuevo allí.

Read the reviews and gave Paprika a go. Onion bhajis were very nice. The naan was under cooked. Okay...here we go and the reason why I'm bothered to write this review. The lamb was shocking. I could not put my teeth through the lamb. Almost impossible. Extremely fatty and hard. Each piece I tried I had to put aside. Therefore, a bad quality lamb and a lack of preparation and cooking time. Or it has been precooked and stored for sometime. I hope I'm not ill. I will let you know.

Yo era tener que quedarse en la localidad y era muy hambriento cuando vine a Paprika.

Nos encanta la comida de este lugar. De todas las veces que he tenido comida desde aquí sólo había habido una comida regular. La mayoría del tiempo tenemos para llevar. Esta vez fue para llevar y muy delicioso. El Masala y balti son sabrosos. La entrega fue rápida. Recomiendo este lugar.

Mi esposa y yo son un habitual en Paprika, ya que sabemos que hace el mejor curry en Neath. Gran parte del tiempo que tenemos para llevar, pero ahora y luego comimos en. Normalmente muy sabroso y mucho mejor que en ningún otro sitio.

Soy quedamos horrorizados de la comida que nos esta noche!! Pedimos a llevar y lo que nos dieron era cebolla bahjis frío, pero bien transmitidas rancio poppadom (sólo uno) que venía con la bandeja Chutney que consistía en 5 salsas. El nann estaba helada. Arroz era apenas como cálido pero, el Korma 7.50 era bastante agradable. Eso es lo único decente TBH. Mi compañero y mi hijo quemarropa se negó a comer. Pedimos una botella de coca-cola, que era 3 libras y no me la dieron. ¡Qué desastre! Nunca más. El chico de entrega era bastante desagradable. discutidos con su servicio. Advertencia, no pidas de estas personas, no les importa lo que sirven.

se llama aquí para una comida servida última noche (2 mayo) que estaba vacía. Así que estaba un poco preocupado TBH! Sin embargo la comida era perfecta! Siempre tengo cordero Tikka masala donde quiera que vayas, y éste fue uno de los más bonitos! Mark había una parrillada mixta tandori, que estaba bien (no lo mejor que tenía) pero era normal. La comida estaba caliente, a veces el pan Naan es Luke advierto patatas fritas no muy caliente, etc. en los indios pero todo estaba caliente! (Quizás fue porque éramos los únicos clientes) no sé? El miembro del personal que hemos visto, el chico que nos atendió, a los cuales Pagamos nuestra factura, y nos trajo nuestra comida era muy amable. decoración y limpieza, era bueno! Arriba de Los inodoros así que no es fácil si los ancianos o discapacitados, supongo. O muy borrachos! Sin embargo, la experiencia fue buena. Los precios promedio para neath. Volvería sin duda.

Not to sing my own praise, but my own curry is much better and include plenty of chicken . Unlike the 4 small bits i had in my meal. Also cash only! Lucky we had just enough cash. As soon as we had finished our plates were abruptly taken away by a rude waiter. The last they will see of our money!

We ordered takeaway from here via just eat and were really satisfied with what we recieved food was tasty I had korma chicken which was nice and tender, sauce was slightly a bit too much coconut in it but still nice. My partner had goa chicken and he thought was extremely tasty and good! We also got alot of salad with the order which was an added bonus, food arrived within time stated would definitely order from here again and would like to go in for a sit down meal.

All our local takeouts were closed on Christmas night so ordered via Just Eat. Paprika is about 30 minutes from us and they delivered even though they found it too far! Really nice guys, good food and good value for money. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a paper intending to eat at Westerspoons and walked past this restaurant. I saw the special offer advertised in the window, an eat all you want but fresh cooked for each order (so long as you'd eaten all of the last!).I had onion bahjis, vegetable samosas, chicken korma and chicken patia. Each and every one was as good as if not better than any I've had elsewhere - yes, it was that good!Well worth a visit, turn right outside the station and it is 100 yards down on the left.

after hearing some good reports about this restaurant,it was time to give it a try....the menu was very varied and adventurous.....lots of dishes id never heard of,but the 'classic'were all there....i ordered onion bajiis for starters...when they arrived..i was delighted by the presentation....they were crisp and delicious...not the greasy monstrosities served up in some establishments.my main course was chicken jalfrezi.with pilau rice...a true indian classic....again ,presentation was superb...the meal itself was stupendous....generous portions of succulent chicken...mouth watering spices and that fabulous 'kick' that a jalfrezi is renowned for..oops i almost forgot...the chutney tray was top notch too.....amazingly ...all this was at a special deal price of £7.95...superb value for money....quite simply the best curry iv ever had in neath....you'v got to try it....
