food arrived cold after being 20 mins late, nan bread was like rubber, no mango chutney in the chutney tray only coconut and mint sauce. not happy with this order at all

ABSOLUTE WORST. Was late so called them & told the driver was stuck in traffic because of an accident. Then the driver turns up (EVENTUALLY) over hour late & told us his car had broke down. AYE good one. SHOCKING! DO NOT USE. Cold food for tea boysss

this is the 10th or 11th time I've ordered from paprika and honestly the quality of the food never faulters always delicious and spicy and lovely and hot truly delicious as always.

was 35 mins late, plus the delivery driver must have had a lot of stops before mine because our food wasn't hot anymore, it had been sweating away which made my rice full of juice at the bottom

Haven't ordered for a while from here and definitely won't be again. Food over half hour late, chips stone cold, rest of food relatively warm compared to the chips. Missing items and phoned restaurant only to argue with them that my items are missing, no refund offered, just offered to replace it on next order, yeah right, there won't be a next time. Refund processed through JustEat app. Ate half my meal. Very, very disappointed. This must be why I haven't ordered from here for a while.

Arrived late and cold carrier bag swimming with oil

This was meant be a delivery which I paid for extra and the shop last minute changed on app to collection I wish have money back. And also when eventually had food it was freezing

Haven’t delivered food. Rang several times asking where our food is to be told another 20 mins and then hung up on. Said delivered on just eat but wasn’t. Avoid at all costs. Awful place

Ordered food, arrived late... driver was impatient. Knocked my door, didn't even give me a chance to get up and come to the door before consistently tapping the glass with his keys until I answered the door. Food was fine but the service, shocking. Second time ordered from there and both times, food was late... never to order from there again.

Delivery took 2hours....ordered chicken tikka kebab onion bajee, chicken pathia and saag rice. Arrived 45 mins late. Not much chicken in kebab, no salad, no mint sauce and one poppadom. NOT worth the wait

food arrived late phoned restaurant and was told it would be a further 20 mins so from ordering it was well over 2 hours before food arrived maybe the resturant needs to pause orders if they have to many so people are not waiting hours for delivery food wasn't the warmest when it finally arrived

Don't think we'll be ordering again. 2 hours is too long to wait, especially when the delivery estimate stated an hour. Just be honest and realistic in your estimates, and if you can't meet them, update the app!

Food is love BUT I Order from here all the time and the delivery is always late. Not half hour late but a couple of hours late. This place really needs to sort the delivery out or get more drivers. Shocking!

TBF it's a first, never been late before but it was very late. Movie night was dampened by some rumbling tummies. The food was good and hot, the staff did help, advised and it did then arrive. Would use again, as think it was a one off but we don't usually like to eat so late.

Food was incorrect. Delivery driver said it would be 20 mins, after 40 mins there was still no sign. Restaurant hung up on my husband. Tried to cancel order as an hour after time had passed. Restaurant said they had cancelled, food turned up 1 hour and 20 mins after original delivery time. We sent it back as we had requested our money back already.

Food missing and I can’t file a complaint

The order was 1hr and 10mins late, I phoned twice both times I was hung up on. I ordered a chutney tray and only had 2 pots of mint yoghurt. The food itself was tasty and arrived hot

Food turns up an hour and ten minutes late, and when we get our order we were missing a curry and onion bahji’s. We then contacted the restaurant and was told they were unable to deliver the missing food as they were busy. Sorry but if you order something you expect to have it, and not be told they will not deliver missing items. The restaurant is also very hard to get hold of.

Ordered over the weekend from Uber Eats. The wrong dish was delivered, instead of a chicken tikka madras, a plain chicken Tikka turned up which was bland and the rice seemed to be watery.... won't be ordering again, thankfully Uber refunded part of the meal.
