Curry House in Neath Port Talbot

Ordered food, was due to arrive between 22:00-22:30, never arrived. Called the restaurant and was told the driver called and knocked which blatantly never happened because I was in the house waiting and had zero missed calls. Person on the phone refused to acknowledge this and said "oh well it's time to go now"

Delivery took nearly 2hrs despite being told it would be 1. Chips were cold and rest of food was oily- went in bin.

Last 4 deliveries have been 3hrs plus. Ordering at 6 and eating around 9.30 is not great. Food has gone down hill massively in the past 4 months too. Very oily and always wrong orders. Phone to ask and same reply, on its way. Poor phone and people skills, rude with no manners.

Took just under 1 hour to come, (I live 6 mins away) order came with items missing, rang back and the replacements came within 15 mins, very bland chicken korma. Wasn't the warmest. Chips were horrible, first time ordering and will be the last. Worst Indian we have had.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL and I mean beautiful lamb rogan josh tonight. The lamb tasted stunning and fell apart. Rice, Onion bargi and saag aloo up there with flavours and I'm so happy I went for this tonight! I didn't waste a bit and I usually do. Whoever the chef is, they have talent. 10/10!

Been ordering from here for a while now, use to deliver really quickly around 30 minutes, now takes around an hour and a half to 2 hours!! Will not be ordering from here again

Waited over 2 hours for our food to be delivered, had to phone to ask where it was, no apologies. When food arrived eventually it was cold and had to be heated up. The food was really nice though and a lot of it. Unfortunately due to the length of time of delivery and it being stone cold on arrival we won't be ordering food from Curry House Ystalyfera ever again!!

Tried to place an order over the phone no answer so tried the new website finely the order went through ,I thought strange no email response after 30mins I then found a number on their Facebook page rung the number to be told we are closed on a Tuesday I said great you know that why not tell your CUSTOMERS that aswell it would be nice .

I have been going to the same Indian for many years, and once again they smashed it. Nice one Ron 🖒

Never again paid a lot of money. The food was disgusting. The Curry was bland. Full of water. The souce was weak tasteless..very disappointed would not recommend to any one.

Normally have nothing to complain about but this last meal one of worst i had. Poor quality, poor taste, old oil taste.

Take away curry ? We’ll container of floating oil absolutely disgusting supposed to have been garlic chicken birani, nan bread burnt last time I order from here standards really slipped disgusting.

I had alloo gobbi a few weeks back through just eat and found two bits of plastic in it..always really runny and greasy awful food

Food was great and quick delivery but they forgot my drink. Paid £3 for a drink that I never received.

Never been spoken to so badly in my life! The guy on the phone had proper attitude straight from the beginning when I was only asking where my food was which was only one and hour late. Duno why i was complaining really becuase he seemed to think it was acceptable. Use to like this place will advice nobody to every use this place to order food if its beans on toast or curry house have beans on toast instead

Absolutely disgusting attitude on staff waited 2 hours for a meal which never turned up...when questioned where it was ...was told no recollection of the order. Never will use this place again. Shouting down the phone is not a good way to run a business

Bland food completely tasteless chicken tikka that just looked red with no spice whatsoever, korma was very bland, never have I had such tasteless Indian food.

Good service and reasonably priced food that tastes great

Good food, it can be a little hit and miss especially when ordering the Madras strength foods can sometimes be either boiling hot or not hot enough. Otherwise a good food experience and would recommend

When we went in we weren't sure about the place but.. The food was fantastic and the waiter charming. Will be going back.

Fabulous food,fresh and very tasty everything cooked to perfection best curry I have had 10 out of 10 , lovely ambience and great service, highly recommend an evening there. They also do takeaways - superb 5 stars !

Great place to eat, excellent food and staff are very friendly. Definitely worth visiting the newly refurbished restaurant.

We have just returned home as we work away... What a treat to have such a wonderful curry. We've had curry's but this is the best we've had in a very long time and luckily down the road. 10 out of 10 perfect... Worth coming back to Wales for... Well done to the chef and the owner...superb. Never let's you down! Amazing food. Chicken tikka kebab is top! Staff are amazing.

Local Curry House, a little off the beaten track but worth seeking out. Food quality easily equal to more central, 'rated' places. Attentive, polite and informed staff. Street parking may prove problematic in the rain, but deal with it!

Great place to order a takeaway and take card payments over the phone. Always friendly and food is great.
