DO NOT ORDER ordered on deliveroo, called when order was 20 minutes late, took 10 tries, finally answered and apologised and said it was en route, driver was on the way An hour late I called back, 25 missed calls until he said he would follow the driver up and call me back An hour and a half late and 40 more missed calls they’ve stopped answering the phone. Scam artists.

My order is still not here and it was expected 45 mins ago.

Said delivered 50 mins before actually being delivered. Was over an hour late, total BS from the guy on the phone saying "it'll be just 5 mins" - it was another half an hour - restaurant is 12 mins from my house. Noodles were clearly made the day before, they kept the shape of the container when I put it onto a plate - freshly made food would not do that. The maki were poorly made and were falling apart. The Unagi on the nigiri was small compared with other restaurants.

The food was good, but the order was delayed 20min and then the food arrived an extra 20min later than the second delivery slot given, in total between ordering and recieving the food it was about 1.5 hours wait.

An absolutely farcical business. A while ago we had an incident with the business with dry, potentially old or at the very least poorly kept, off tasting salmon sushi that made us unwell. When requesting a refund due to the issue it became a massive pain in the backside with management completely failing at making any of the process remotely easy. Only by writing negative reviews and threatening a health and safety investigation did they put in the effort of actually sorting out a refund at the request of the removal of our negative criticisms of the business. I am a man of integrity, I will not be manipulated. People should be aware of businesses that operate in such a fashion, especially ones which may cause harm to their customers through incompetence or lack of care.

Quirky sushi place just down the road from me, really good veggie sushi for decent pricing. Definitely better than any other sushi I’ve had in Sheffield, great find.

I had a great experience with the food, which was absolutely brilliant, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The flavors were spot-on, and everything arrived fresh and hot. Unfortunately, the one downside was that JustEat failed to provide timely updates on the delivery status, which caused some unnecessary uncertainty. It would be much better if they could improve this aspect to match the quality of the restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend the food and service here!

I ordered the food at 5:37 was expected for 6:20-6:40. App never updated for delivery. I asked JustEat to help then it updated to deliver at 7. It after, the delivery guy just stared at me and made me uncomfortable. I gave him the money then he handed me the bag. He asked for money, guessing as a tip, I said no and shut the door. Then the food itself is not fresh at all, I've never before had a dry seafood stick in my life. There also seems to be wasabi in every salmon roll, maki I ordered.

earlier, when Miss Janka was cooking, the food was wonderful. now it's worse than desperate.

Tasty food that was so delicious and filling! The atmosphere was ambient and relaxing. The staff were so generous and attentive, they even offered us a complimentary dessert to share :)

Don't order here. All soup/broth is extremely salty, forgot the rice, and was all cold by the time it arrived as it took an hour to complete a 10 minute drive, when I called to ask where it was the guy talked over me repeating "it's on its way", did not receive sauces and side items that are supposed to come with order...

Ordered takeaway - they took my money, 2 hours later no food and the number went straight to voicemail that said "I'm busy at the moment call me back later"...they never picked up. Livid!

Awful. I've eaten is hundreds of Sushi places in the country and world and this sushi is rubbish. The rolls aren't balanced, way too much rice and next to no filling. You can't taste the filling because of the amount of rice. The rice has no seasoning, and did not taste fresh. I also had 1 item missing from the order which I paid for but did not recieve. I never leave reviews but this was so bad, I wanted to warn people not to spend their money! Avoid at all costs. Bland, tasteless and bad quality. Take your money elsewhere. What a waste of £40, never again.

We have used this eatery for some time. We have recently moved and as a variation we th ought we’d go with sushi. Street art sushi never disappoints!! The food was fresh and the sashimi melted in your mouth. Well done From one chef to another 👌💥

food is actually nice if you can get it. justeat said it had been delivered but it never showed up, and don’t bother trying to ring them because they don’t answer. no way of tracking your order so you’ll never know if it’s coming in the first place. been waiting nearly 2 hours, they’ve closed for the night so no way of contacting anyone about it. it’s disappointing as i really enjoy the food, i just always seem to have issues with delivery and communication.

Weird high pitch ringing sound, got the unagi roll which was overly chewy and tasteless. Would not recommend

Really friendly couple creating some yummy sushi locally! One of the only places in Sheffield which makes a Tuna Gunkan - believe it or not! The rolls were massive and full of ingredients! I do think the sushi rice could have more seasoning. Overall, I would recommend and I’d visit again! Happy days!

My order took over 2 hours to arrive, and I wish I could say that the food was worth it. The gyoza was nice, and sushi was okay although not great. But the ramen wasn't very nice the broth was very salty and tasted more like miso than yakisoba. I wouldnt normally leave a negative review and feel bad doing so, but I hope it helps as feedback to improve as I would love having a great sushi spot nearby! The restaurant did refund me £3 on JustEat for the delay but on a £25 order it could be more.

First time ordering from here. The food was over an hour late and Everytime I tried to contact the restaurant I got a very blunt answer phone. Really disappointed I won't order again.

Very late delivery time, not sure what the issue is but they did apologise and unfortunately the quality of the food was not worth the delay. Waiting to hear back about a refund for the delay. Ordered before and food was better and didn't take this long so it was disappointing

The worst sushi ever and very unsafe to eat. We ordered it for delivery - took them 2,5 hours !!!!! To deliver. And when we received the order we noticed that salmon was not fresh, smelly and looked rotten. Upon tasting it we noticed it was very sour, extremely fishy and gave us both a stomach ache. The rice was also crunchy and uncooked. They didn’t put any ginger or wasabi to the order either. Please don’t order from this place they should be closed!!!!

I'm really sorry to have to write this review. This was one of my favourite sushi takeaways in the city, the one I recommended to all my friends and family. Make no mistake that the food is still fantastic (as noted in the stars I left for it), but sadly, this place has gone very downhill over the last year or so. I ordered my food at around 5:30. An hour passes, the timer on the website counts down to zero, and it still says it's cooking. Okay. Maybe they're busy tonight. No big deal: I ordered with plenty of time. Two hours pass. I'm getting a little worried, and hungry. The website say it's *still* cooking. Normally, I don't ever like to call restaurants and ask them for an ETA. I've worked in customer service: it gets busy and hectic and it was soul crushing to get someone yelling at you for something out of your control. So I call with the intention of simply getting an update. The phone rings. And rings. I presume they're overworked. Then finally, someone picks up... and immediately hangs up. The website immediately updates to say my food is on the way. Okay. Cool. At least the food is coming. A little bemused, I resume waiting, now finally happy I got an update, albeit in a weird way. An hour passes. The car on the app has not moved. I ring again. The phone goes straight to answerphone now. Coming to the end of my rope, I open the live chat run by foodhub, and ask for an update as Street Art Sushi didn't seem interested in giving me that information. The person on the livechat, Pearl, was very courteous and helpful, and said that after speaking to the restaurant, our food was 5 minutes away and they apologised for the delay. Finally, an update! As a customer, often just clear communication is all we want; 9 times out of 10, we're not angry it's late, we're angry we weren't told it would be late. A little over 5 minutes later, the food did arrive, and the driver apologised and we thanked him: it wasn't his fault, after all. Do not use this place. They won't communicate with you and your food will likely be late. Ultimately, I'm not even that angry: I'm just upset I have to find a new sushi place.

My food still hasn't arrived, and the restaurant isn't answering the phone

Never showed up, ordered at 19:25 with estimated delivery 20:05-20:20, didn't turn up changed delivery time to 20:55 still didn't turn up. No answer on the phone and just eat says the restaurant is closed. How am I meant to get an update or food without being able to ring. Really disappointed because I've ordered a couple of times and had early delivery and fantastic food. Really let down

I don’t feel like cooking on Saturday. My children really love sushi from Street art. I recommend everyone try it and treat it to their family.

We order 2 different gyozas they were fine, we also ordered a vegetarian sushi platter which tasted strongly of fish salmon to be exact which I can't eat fish so it was completely inedible. The order itself was over an hour later than the estimated delivery time so overall would not recommend

We are incredibly happy with the choice, excellent service, ordered to the house, delivered very quickly, excellent rolls with the freshest fish, I really liked everything!!!

They told me I would receive a refund because it had already been 40 minutes from the time the order was supposed to arrive, and I called the restaurant 5 times but they didn't pick up. So I placed another order and spent another £15. It turns out that in the end the order from this restaurant did arrive but 2 hours later, with the food dry and on top of it, they didn't even apologize to me and they charged me for the entire order. By then I had already finished the second order I placed because they assured me of a refund for the other one because it didn't arrive and the restaurant didn't respond!! Terrible service.

Today is my birthday 🎈 I decided to order food for a party at this restaurant. Delivery was fast, everything was tasty and inexpensive. I liked the roll with unagi and avocado with salmon, as well as Giyoza and chicken katsu, everything was warm and just like in Japan. Everyone I recommend trying it!)😁👍

I have been getting Street Art Sushi since they originally opened in Upperthorpe. As time as gone on, the quality has gone down and the price has gone up. My last order took 2 hours to deliver, and the rice was gummy, as if it had (most probably was, as it was a set menu item) made hours in advance. For the first time ever, I think some of my sushi is going in the bin. Tastes like supermarket sushi. Disappointing.

Very vibey little cool sushi place for grabbing a late night bite. It's just beside the Bamford tram station. The proprietors and the cook are very cordial and hospitable people. Food on point with wide range of sushi selection, recommended!

It's not bad but not professional and not very fresh. Too expensive for this kind of service and quality. I won't be coming back. Thick rolls, messy, not fresh and 1 small spoon of soy sauce and terrible quality tasteless wasabi for 16 pieces of futomaki and 2 nigiri. No, thank you.

Have used Street Art Sushi a few times and always been happy. But on this occasion very disappointed. The order took 2 hours and when it arrived at 9pm was the wrong order. Ordered vegetarian/vegan sushi but it tasted of fish. The webpage said it was delivered within a hour! Rang up, after the phone rang for a long time someone eventually answered, told me the driver was 10 minutes away, but arrived 45 minutes later. Lost the will to complain at the time, as the evening was ruined.

Really tasty veggie gyoza with soy and vinegar dip. Nice edamame... But more salt would be lovely. Good pumpkin curry... But a little squished into the container. Will order again 👍🏼
