Stokes Welton Café in West Lindsey

Fantastic service and breakfast. We had a large party of 10 and both the staff bent over backwards to help us and managed with the large order really well. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and would 100% recommend.

Lovely little cafe with a nice sunny garden and all dog friendly. We Had nice breakfast and coffee, all very relaxed and unhurried. Def recommend and will be visiting again

Staff not very friendly. The coffee not presented very professional, I would expect a first class coffee from such a high profile company.

The food was perfectly nice but the management need to put more than one member of staff on. The lady serving was very polite but was taking orders, cooking food and running an entire cafe by herself. Not really fair at all.

I pre-ordered 21 breakfast sandwiches with the cafe in advance of a stay at cottages near by - the team could not have been more helpful, replying promptly to emails and ensuring that all dietary requirements were catered for. On arrival to collect the sandwiches the friendly team were just packaging the order -all sandwiches were individually boxed and labeled. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious and generously filled. Everyone enjoyed them!

The quality of food isnt good which should justifiey the price £10 plus. 1 Saugage that was tastless and the bacon hard, as though been sitting for sometime. The one tomato was lacking in flavour. Too many fried potatoes on plate . Toast and butter should be served up on a separate side plate. It has improved since it opened though.

We’ve been here for breakfast which was amazing, we came here for some lunch this time and I had their sausage cheese and chutney toasted sandwich which was incredible. Everyone I was with loved theirs too. Sally was great and everything came lovely and hot.

Lovely quiet garden to sit and enjoy an excellent cup of coffee and a delicious cheese scone (warmed) in the sunshine. Staff helpful and very obliging I can't recommend enough - what a hidden gem of a coffee shop. Rachael.

Visited this lovely little cafe the other day while passing through Welton We had a tea for one, soft drink and delicious cake each Staff were attentive and swiftly served our order which hit the spot perfectly. The cafe itself is spotlessly clean and the decor is fresh. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again soon.

Popped into Stokes, Welton for our first and last visit on a quiet Saturday morning. Having ordered 2 coffees and a slice of cake I didn’t think it would be long before we received our order. However, the first of our coffees didn’t arrive for 20 minutes and it wasn’t skimmed as ordered. The second coffee didn’t arrive for a further 15 minutes. Neither of the coffees were particularly hot when they arrived. The cake arrived just after we sat down and sat on the table until coffee eventually arrived. I expected more from Stokes.. Despite the limited number of customers, the service was poor and uncoordinated. A return visit is extremely unlikely.

Visited for a working lunch. Sadly not much choice on the menu as I requested a Prawn Sandwich - they hadnt got any Prawns. No problem. I chose an alternative. Sorry we havent got that either. When a third chice was selected the member of staff was clearly not well trained and stuggled with the 3 orders we made. We decided, not to split the bill as that would have caused further confusion or delay. Get your stock control and training sorted. This is my local cafe and haven't visited since it has been taken over by Stokes. That said I won't return and will visit the pub or other local cafe. Food was basic and expensive.

A hidden gem. This is a really lovely coffee shop. Service was fantastic. Nice decor, serving a good range of tea, coffees and snacks. Tempted to try the breakfast on our next visit. We sat inside, but the garden area looked really nice. Free Parking. Dog friendly as well.

my first visit to Stokes cafe at Welton and I was not disappointed. Good quality coffee and a delicous scone. In fact the coffee was so good we both ordered a second cup Hope to go again asap

Came with a friend to try the new Stokes cafe tucked away in the village of Welton. Very good ambience and decor. Friendly and swift service. Enjoyed a traditional Stokes scone and excellent cup of coffee. Can't wait for the garden area to be developed for summertime al fresco enjoyment.

My partner and I came in for a coffee. Stayed for a pasty and got some work done in this cozy little coffee shop. Staff were lovely. Good choice of food considering how small the place is. Will definitely come again, particularly in the summer when they open up the garden.
