Got told open to to 2 every nought took landlerd and friends up to find them are closed. Why not tell me this yesterday

Disgusting service . Make you wait the hour for delivery, when you complain as it's been an hour, and they cancel your order. It's a late one already waited over an hour to have it cancelled by them!!! But says I canceled the order. So guys if you want your food. Dont complain, or find a better a better takeaway were they respect the customer!!!!

Stuffed crust pizza arrived without stuffed crust, wrong dip given and the desserts were also wrong and were disgusting. Waste of money

I don't know why this place gets bad reviews I've consistently had good food on every single order over the last 2 years! This is the only place in Plymouth I'd order a kebab from even when drunk I wont order from anywhere else! The kebab meat is always fresh not stale like it's been left out under a heat lamp for ages, potatoes always tasty. Highly recommend this place it's the only place to order in Plymouth for kebabs!

This place is my fav in plymouth. Nothing comes close to food, service. They are always nice and welcoming. Food is decent.

Ordered online. No salad. Rang up to complain but told I should have ordered it specifically. Really? Surely salad is an assumed part of a kebab? This place has gone downhill, will be avoiding like the plague from now on.

Last week i ordered food for 5 people and they messed up on the order by adding cheese to a burger in which case i asked to be removed and they also forgot a medium kebab, i rang up and complained and they sent out the correct stuff, I have just ordered for 4 people and they have cancelled my order and banned my address from placing any orders due to the fact i complained, ordered from here many times and sometimes they mess up and when i phone up to get the correct stuff they send it out straight away. But they have banned us from ordering from here. Poor ownership.

I understand it was busy, but after calling restaurant 4 times after delivery was marked as delivered. I asked where the food was 45min later being told it will be with me in 10min food was Luke warm at best. The restaurant was even ready to give up on my order and put it down to one of those things

Honestly the worst kebab house in Plymouth. The way the messed everything up and then spoke to my partner and blamed her was disgusting. Should be wearing balaclavas as they can’t cook and can’t plan a delivery. Weasels.

Had originally tried to order via FOODHUB but wasn’t able to change the payment method and so was transferred to order via just eat where our order of (large donner meat and chips, no salad and chilli sauce) and (spicy spuds) was already placed into the basket and so we continued to order and pay. Upon delivery the wrong meal was sent (we received x-large donner kebab) and when I contacted the restaurant I was told that is what we had ordered when I know that wasn’t the case and something had been changed somewhere. Was basically told it is our fault regardless of the fact we had a specific order.

Food was really tasty and plenty of it. Unfortunately, delivery took far tool long and past the time quoted so we had to chase it up!

Well what can I can I say 🤔 One of the best kebabs I've had in the UK. The meat is cut thick and long and you have plenty of it. Very tasty. I would recommend this kebab house ! I cant really judge the atmosphere!!

Worst kebab I have had ordered kebab chips pot of sauce and salad on just eat with chiĺi sauce came kebab meat chips pot of sauce rang them told missing chilli sauce and salad next one arrived chilli sauce still no salad kebab meat cold and rubbery unlucky guys you won't be getting my order again 2/10

Last night Tuesday 27th June, I got food from here, and the man that did it was kind, talkative and professional, may I add the food was also fresh, hot and the chips were filled full and salty, which is what I wanted. However, I got it again on Wednesday 28th June as I just finished work late, and it was a different guy that did it this time, not professional at all, the kebab meat had been sat there for ages by the looks of it already cut, and horrible, the chips we got was half full at best, and not salty at all, after I had asked for salt. I don’t know their name’s obviously, but the first time I got it, it was amazing, the second time was awful, and it was 2 different guys that did it. I will be going again, but I will be asking for the same guy as the Tuesday, not the other one.

Hello. We ordered food from this restaurant. It was very tasty. But the delivery was very long. We made an order at 12:36. The promised delivery was at 1:15. food will be waiting for 2-3 hours.

Food took 3hours and it's terrible, if you are that busy don't accept the order, check out this gravy, don't think stirring was attempted, used you guys for years, never again terrible, lucky ones were the ones that fell asleep waiting

Wow the food I ordered tonight wasn't very nice and not 2 kids meals and only got one cup drink

Ordered 2 x large chips within our order for family. Upon receiving order and unwrapping the chips they were barely half full. Called to explain and staff were very unprofessional and stated would be At least 45 minutes to an hour to replace them! Staff stated they used fresh chips hence the little amount and haven’t got time to talk to me about it, resulting in them very rudely hanging up the phone on me. Certainly will not use again and would not recommend.

Our pizza was cold when it arrived. We rang the business and the lovely gentleman Who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Swearing at us, shouting down the phone at someone who has hearing aids, we also have a 5 year old asking what the word “bullshit” means.the also left a topping off the pizza. Not impressed will be contacting trading standards!

Ordered at 8:30pm food turned up at 10:30pm only ordered a wrap burger and kebab all were cold when asked for the cold food to be taken back and replaced for some fresh hot food they refused also refused a refund food went in the bin and had to order from elsewhere I wouldn’t recommend this place worst customer service I’ve experienced for awhile very rude AVOID

Ordered through Uber eats with a delivery time of 17:25- 17:40. This then got changed to 17:45-18:05. I called the shop at 18:15 as no updates to be told driver was on his way. Food arrived at 18:30, missing items and cold. I called the shop again and was told there's no way the food is cold, it left 12 minutes ago very very hot. Kept talking over me, repeatedly saying no way is it cold. Customer service is appalling, definitely won't be using again.

One of the worst kebabs I have ever had from anywhere, literally probably the worst, I basically had no salad what so ever, when I ordered a large chicken shish, chicken was rubbery, chips were a Babys portion, I asked for medium, so disappointed!

Do not order from this place....Waited over 1 hour for delivery for the food to turn up cold. Probably one of the worst kebabs I have ever purchased. Had a bad stomach all day!!!!! Definately Stoke kebab house as have confirmation through just eat.

Regularly order from here. The best quality food that is always delivered hot and how you want it. Nothing is too much for them. Fantastic food at great prices.

Unfortunately food not cooked, I had to fried it at home, all food served by bare hands, bun, cheese, chips. Nothing taste good, burger, chips, diner meat or even colsaw. That was my first and last order in this place. Not recommend.

So, we ordered tonight. Around 35 pounds worth of food for it to be stone cold. And we were met with a very rude man shouting down the phone saying we were complete liars they will not refund us even when we were willing to give the uneaten food back. They are unable to take criticism and take liability for their wrong doing. We paid for a service and this was not fulfilled. Please do not order from this takeaway.

If nothing else, come here for the spicy spuds - best ones I've had in years.

Amazing kebab, also they do great pizzas It's certainly the best I've had in Plymouth and anywhere else that I can think of... I had delivery from this place on every occasion - ok so the timing tends to be a bit out (not by much) but it always comes very hot. I will warn those that don't like spicy do not buy the sweet chili sauce as that does have a kick to it.

We’ve had food from here a few times. Collected and delivered and it’s been delicious each time. The customer service is always great, and they even brought a taster tub of ice cream for my son to try with our delivery this time! 👍

Bought a large amount of food for the family. An order of chicken was missing. Most of the food we had was OK. However, the donner meat was awash with grease. The staff were polite and friendly. Would have to be convinced to go back. :( 😞

Very good service and lovely food

We were staying in a hotel and ordered mixed Kebab wraps using just eat.The delivery was fine but the food was not so much. The wraps were nothing but loads of meat stuffed and rolled in a bread with no sauce and no salad mixed in. The salad came separately basically a bit of chopped up tomato and cucumber thrown in a container with no dressing or spice. The chips were chewy, cold and tasteless. Salt and pepper was not included. The whole meal was dreadful in terms of presentation and taste and gave us a fair bit of indigestion. This is what gives Kebab in the UK the terrible reputation it has of being food for drunks. I suggest a trip to Europe or nearby GDK to see how it should be done. Never again

Amazing customer service. I’ve bought food from here a few times, the food is always good and gets here quickly, I had a problem with my most recent order but I phoned them and they sorted it straight away. They were nothing but helpful over the phone I can’t fault them highly recommend.

The kebab was the main great thing , my partner ate it and loved it, taste and size was perfect. The cheesy fries were really cheesy, and that was great! in my opinion too greasy tho. Overall was alright for me but my partner loved it.

When I first went to the shop, the spacious and clean environment of the shop caught my attention. Two friendly and polite young people greeted me. When I take my orders and go home; Lamb doner was very tasty, chicken doner was excellent in sauce and seasoning. Although the dough of the pizza was very crispy and satisfying, the ingredients were fresh and its appearance was very beautiful. The Stoke Village area has a nice Take Away Shop. They deserve more than five stars for their decoration, simplicity, cleanliness and hygiene, the taste of kebabs and pizzas, most importantly, with their hardworking, young and smiling employees.
