food was very nice and tasty, not a lot of it but ok for 1.

Always love going here for lunch. The caramel chicken and egg fried rice is my favorite. I was served by Alice who was so lovely and chatty

My order was delivered nearly 2 hours late and there were some items missing. I asked the driver to take it back but he refused.

this is the 5th time I've attempted to order chopstix, the first time was absolutely amazing, best order ever.... but the 4 other orders have been shocking, turned up late, barely warm and completely wrong orders, constantly missing most of the order and completely different items being sent, I live a 20 minute walk from them, it shouldn't be this bad...

Lovely tasting food. However the Chicken pots were lacking in liquid/sauce, so quite dry when eaten with noodles/rice. Also choosen sauce pots missing from the order so nothing to dip spring rolls in.

the delivery driver did not pick up my order, I waited and hour and a half and had to go and collect myself. He then phoned 3 hours later asking if I still wanted my order!!

most of the food was good except I ordered the noodles cause I have had them before and they where good but they sent me rice instead( meh accidents happen) but the rice was literally solid as if it was uncooked. other than the rice it was good

I have been going to this place for lunch and the reason I’ve been a regular customer is because of the great costumer service by Kevin and Jordan! They are very generous, patient and extremely polite. Kevin never fails to serve my food the way I like it and I always leave the restaurant happy because of his amazing service! If you are looking for a place to get the most delicious food and have a nice meal this has to be it. Thank you Kevin and Jordan for making my day with your kindness!!

Food was extremely good. A little bit more than planned. Only - was not enough dip for mini spring rolls. Beside that really recommend the restaurant

1st visit was excellent. I took my husband and friends on 2nd visit and it didn't disappoint. Food was tasty, hot and moreish. Had a go at the chopsticks with success I'm proud to say. Just been in tonight and Alice gave us excellent customer service always goes the extra mile whilst serving you and every time we come in kev is there knowing our order haha and when I come back up he knows I need another side of spuds never lets you down again great cunning service and ambition deserves a pay rise personally

Edit, Awesome visit today, service top notch. Upgraded my stars! .......... Food, amazing, day 1 service - not perfect but decent enough to return to. My only gripes are the dining area is way too sparse which leaves it feeling empty even if full. Also, the kitchen placement is awful, if you're 2nd in line you are placed in the small entry/exit doorway. Host needed at all times or a queue system inside the shop, well managed.

For over £50 and in good delivery time was disappointing that our rice was over cooked and the food was extremely dry.. everything was over cooked. Spring rolls were empty

The worst staff ever in the entire city!!! Start preparing the order when the delivery rider is get in the store??! The food must be ready 30 min ago!!! I know they receive orders at least 15 min before rider received on the app!!! Can't imagine how long the customer awaiting for food...

In the city of ocean Chopstix is like a blessing for food. Had a lovely experience of food and service in Chopstix plymouth. Served quickly by Kevin. He is stunning with his behaviour and service to his customers. He suggested us the toppings which were delicious. Really enjoyed food there.

Recently had large noodle meal with sweet sour chicken and salt pepper chicken as topping on it. Food was really amazing and service was awesome 👌.

Absolutely amazing service, highly recommend to anyone in town looking for that little snack to fill that appetite, I always go in for the potatoes and the firecracker chicken. With plenty of choices to eat and mix with it's a great establishment where The staff are always welcoming and friendly to greet the new customers as well as the returning. 10/10 all round!!!! I'll be back as always. Absolutely 💯 love this place. 😀

Food tasted great but the 3 star rating is because the portion sizes are small and some of it was cold (noodles) and part of the order (dumplings) was missing so i probably wont order from them again.

Got chopstix delivered and spent about £20 on food. The rice came completely burnt or uncooked, it’s honestly hard to tell. Missing the cauliflower bites. £20 is wild for half the food to be inedible or entirely missing.

No prawn crackers again every time starting to think to not order again

Two out of the four staff were friendly, one completely disinterested and rude. The other I had no dealings with. Took ages to be served and when we got to the front of the queue Half the options of food were missing. Food was ok and very overpriced for what you get. Wont be going back.

Came in on Thursday just passed and got a large box. Had to wait a little when I came in but the manager (black top lady?) explained politely that there was a little issue and it wouldn’t be too long. The same woman served me and was great to talk to and helpful so was a plus, especially in the morning. Didn’t eat in but was very happy leaving with 5 free spring rolls to eat on my walk. Food was good but overall especially in the morning I really enjoyed seeing happy and interactive staff 😄

Delivery time was impeccable but the portion sizes are abbysmal and absolutely do encourage depression compared to the portions you can get in the restaurant, which are basically perfection itself.

The restaurant is kept very clean. The food is amazing and quick service too! It is a little on the expensive side but it's worth on occasion. There's plenty of toppings to choose from, all equally as tasty.

I always prefer hot, freshly-cooked food for lunch ( instead of packed sandwiches), and Chopstix definitely hit the spot! The staff was very helpful, friendly and explained how it works as it was my first time there and didn't really know what to do. Also they offer various discounts ( to uni students and Blue Light Card holders for example ), so it is great value for money. I will definitely go again.

Missing the katsu chicken strips. Missing the Pepsi cherry. Gave me rice instead of noodles and the rice isn’t even cooked. Chicken balls were solid and freezing cold. Gyozas were freezing cold aswell. Everything has gone in the bin. Will not be ordering from here again. Simply awful

Missing most of my order! Only received one box and it wasn’t even the right chicken dish!

Rice was black and not edible there were missing items off the order, completely ruined my family’s treat very disappointed kids are crying.

Order food and order three rices and all was black, hard and pretty much inedible. Missing items that we order! Order the chicken katsu, sent the wrong one. Really disappointing. No phone number to even contact the place!

Dined in here recently and the food is sooooo yummy. The guy who served my boyfriend and I was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Wish I remembered his name but he was so kind. Caramel chicken >>>

Probably one of the worst places to eat that I've ever been. Food was bland, bearly lukewarm. All the empty tables were not cleaned from previous customers and staff couldn't even be bothered about it.

really disappointed. portions were very small. nothing was labelled. potatoes were soggy. one tub was half filled with mush.

Staff were completely disinterested and very slow. The noodles smelt and tasted like cigarettes which was intensively disgusting. I have been to other chopstix restaurants over the uk which has been very good but this one is below bad.

Had completely the wrong order sent had my name on the receipt and my order but in the bag was a complete different order would never order again!

for the cost of the food the size of the portions of the toppings are abysmal and wouldn't fill a child and poor quality. I will not be ordering ever again or will I be recommending to family or friends. advise to stay away.

I went here this evening for a family deal and must have been served by the manager. He was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond and he didn't need too but I was absolutely grateful for the reasons why he went above and beyond. Thank you very much!

Food was cold, portion size was really small (Value for money sounds good but explanation of box size would help, we would have ordered more ) Think mostly it tasted good but let down by cold hard rice.

My wife and I ate at Chopsticks for the first time today and really enjoyed it. The food was tasty and the guy that served us was very friendly (Kev). He explained how it all worked to us. The atmosphere was comfortable with nice music at a good volume. We’d be happy to come back!
