Didn't season as I aksed, so was very bland.

Asked for onion on the pizza not red onion, in the bin that went, will maybe try again

Brilliant chippie! Only been in a few times for collection but staff are always friendly and the food is lovely which always helps

My order hasn't come and their phones off

The chips were not all regimented, some were shaped as if they had been cut by hand from a real potato. The fish was very thin and the batter quite tough. Made a chip butty which was delicious. The box held loads of chips and the price was much cheaper than my local chippy. I noticed that when the chips were cold they tasted as unpleasant as every other chippy, not like cold home-made chips, which are still edible. I wonder what is done to chippy chips to get this result? Enjoyed the rolls!

Fish and chips batter was solid and chips were like reheats only thing a ate was 10 onion rings won't be ordering again

No issue really the food was delicious only a little salty but lovely food and I will return. Driver was apologetic and polite.

Having been taken over by new management there is a big difference in the food, the quality and delivery means you’re getting it hot and able to enjoy it. I have recommended to many to order and I will be again

Food was great but I ordered a 2 litre bottle of coke and I got a 1.5litre bottle.

Chips from here are so amazing I order at least once a week lovely staff & service highly recommend

Couldn’t eat a thing pizzas we’re horrible thick chesse mess suppose to be spicy chicken

Said my order was late but it was still on time according to the app but they said shut half an hour earlier. Popcorn chicken was actually nuggets and they weren’t very warm, mozzarella sticks were cold as not stringy, steak pie, chips and garlic bread were hot but pie was soggy and garlic bread tasted like halved crispy rolls and was chewy but the herbs on top as nice. No drinks on menu. No salt and vinegar option but they put salt on everything I asked in the notes. Would have expected a bit better not somewhere new on just eat. What order again to see if everything correct and hot as chips were nice but wouldn’t order garlic bread again unless they changed the bread, hope I can get a refund for popcorn chicken as I didn’t want nuggets and only tried half one to see if hot.

We've used these several times in the last few months and keep thinking we'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Rank, disgusting pizza's, dough undercooked, toppings, taste aweful and the chips are like the dregs of the fryer, brick hard crunchy, shards of potato that look like broken flint and feels as hard. Never again.

Was biting into a burger I got from here and it tasted funny. I looked at and it was pink in the middle. I do not recommend this place

Brilliant chip shop a tad expensive but, the food was great! So I guess you get what you pay for. Also does delivery and phone and collect.

Ordered from here on just eat they cancelled my order for no reason took the money out now I have to wait on my refund when it was my last in my bank account won't ever place an order off them again

05/01/2022 Tried out Stefano's for the first time late this evening...phoned when I was at Anniesland for a special fish supper and, 10 minutes later when I arrived, he had it freshly cooked and waiting for me. Back into my car on this absolutely freezing night and had it there. 2 big slice of fish with plenty of chips and cooked just the way I like my special fish done. I'll definitely be calling in here again and would recommend trying their special fish suppers...

Girl on phone rude and argumentative. Obviously lacks in communication skills and doesn’t actually know how to speak on the phone without shouting aggressively (Elaine) her name was. I ordered on just eat. Ten minutes later I get a text telling me my order was cancelled so I called. She claimed that she had tried to call me but I don’t believe that for a second as my phone was right next to me on full volume and I would have got the call and therewere no missed calls recorded. She told me that they didn’t have ham as I had requested the topping on pizza. So because of that they decide to cancel the whole order without my consent. Refunds take time and this was the last of my money. She said well if it’s ok without the ham we will put it back through. So that was fine by me but I just knew this food wasn’t coming. I called back twenty minutes later and got the same girl (Elaine) the attitude on her was awful. She said your order was cancelled I said but u told me u would put it through without the topping. No she says I told u that u needed to put it through again. I said to her no u didn’t then she gets really argumentative saying she did. The whole thing just became completely confusing and her attitude astounded me. Get a grip of your staff

By far the best chippy in drumchapel no question about it food is always fresh and I have had no problems at all and all the staff are really helpful and friendly 👌

Always a great chippy from Stefano. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Seen some reviews about delivery's. Best to place the order and go collect it yourself. Foods always top notch, esp the munchies box!! Great value always. Big guy with the glasses is always a total gent

Great wee chippy, good food, friendly staff. But have they changed phone number? 4 different times I have called on different days with no answer on both numbers.

Found a hair in my king rib supper. First time ordering. Will 100% be my last. Have picture evidence. Also, isn't one of mine, as, unfortunately, I'm bald.

Shambles orderd on just eat was meant to be delivered ten past seven had to phone at half 7 to find out order had been cancelled now need to phone just eat for refund total joke of I hadn't phoned I would had still been waiting won't ever order from here again

Been a customer here for a long time. Placed an order via the app. Called an hour and a half later to chase order to be told that I wouldn't be getting order as it's not his app he's just taken over. 4 week's ago. As a new business owner a lot to learn about customer service. Been charged for an order that will never arrive and he's "too busy" to help place a new order . Dreadful customer service .

Nicest chippy I’ve had in ages, everything was fresh as always and the batter was crispy, munchie box is brilliant value and the staff are always kind and friendly, my elderly grandmother calls often and they always go out their way for her also covered everything in tons of salt and vinegar usually when I ask a chippy this they don’t but it’s my pregnancy craving lol and I ate every bit tonight !

Just went to stefanos drumchapel for fish and chip steak supper,wont be back over cooked chip steak very greasy,also the just eat driver must be a happy delivery man he absolutely stinks of weed so police need a wee check on that.

Wasn't too pleased with my delivery tonight as waited a hour and half . Phoned them back and was asked my address only to be told the guy that took the order took the wrong address down and when they did send it out it was cold it all went straight in the bin. Waste of time .

Fresh fish fried while you wait and the tall guy with glasses is so welcoming every time I visit. The shop is excellent.. had a great fish supper this evening

Ordered at 6.20 was told 7.15 delivery... By 7.30 still hadn't arrived. Called the shop to be told it hadn't even left... Eventually arrived at 7.50 . Food was mediocre.... Fish full of bones and like mush....very disappointed... Won't be using again.

Great chippy. In my opinion, they make the best pizzas in the area. Staff are always very welcoming.

Went in at 1pm lunchtime for 4 fritters to be told there is none, still confused as to why they couldn't peel a potato and make me some anyway I asked for a mini fish super instead to be told that the fish hasn't defrosted yet 😳😳can't believe it's not even fresh fish but defrosted, discusting will never go back to that dump again it's a totally joke

So i ordered a sausage supper of just eat from this take away and I left a note with specific requirements because of cravings and they met my requirements loads of mayo and hundreds of salt and vinagar I'm very pleased
