Unfortunately the food is tasteless lately. Had chicken and cashew nuts and king prawn in oyster sauce no taste in either. Had to add my own sauce.☹

Nice little Inn , staff a very nice & courteous. Lovely people in here too , when we went in we got invited to play a quiz. Good selection of beers, too. Really had a lovely time in the Star. Food is not available here. But there are plenty of other places in the area. Give then a visit if you're thirsty or just pop in for a drink anyway.

Brookbottom, High Peak, SK22 3AY, United KingdomA word of advice do not visit on Tuesday despite checking the website to confirm the opening hrs 12:00 - 16:00, after a walk to get there from Strines Hall I found it closed , lady told me it was a website fault. I suggest you find another website provider and don't trust Google they also said it was open ; hasten to add I won't be rushing to sample your hospitality

14 Dale RoadBiriany was good but the vegetables comes with it, wasn't great. They don't give receipts.
