Stopped here for a coffee whilst walking through the area - initially choosing it for the fact that the front of the venue completely opens up so it feels quite roomy. We had a tea and a cappuccino - coffee was good, robust and with a good flavour but the customer service was fantastic. The gentleman who served us was super helpful. Initially I was given a latte rather than a cappuccino and as soon as they realised, even though i said it was fine they made me a cappuccino and bought it over with a big smile. Would stop again when I’m in the area

Magnifica selección. Un pequeño pub que se llena mucho. Hay un pequeño jardín en la parte de atrás, pero la atracción principal es la artesanía ale y sidra

Great Double Double and Liqour very nice and tasty would return for another meal. There seems to be some confusion on social media about this place also being a Cafe. I can Confirm this is a Pie and Mash Shop only no other food is served here so presume people must be confusing this place with somewhere else.

It was an absolutely amazing experience, and I have honestly would have given 7 out of 5 if it wasn’t for the end. We were looked after a lovely gentleman called Adrian and he was really nice and professional, he followed us through the whole meal and made sure our experience was great. He did succeed and we also had a couple of more waitress touching our table and there were all absolutely lovely. Since the start we were really exited and the thing of guessing the ingredients in the dish was so much fun… Was also my girlfriend birthday and the champagne on house on the arrival was a really lovely touch. Everything went great, it was a special occasion for other personal reason but I’m not going too deep into it, just was wishing that the evening wound have ended a bit better. We finished the 5 courses of an Amalfi experience meal, and I cannot thank Adrian (the waiter) enough to make this evening so lovely. I come from the south of Italy and I was hoping to end the meal with an espresso. I have been also working on restaurants for the last 20 years across 3 different countries, I indeed work as a manager in an Italian restaurant and I know for sure that until the last drink order of called the coffee machine should not been closed, specially in an Italian restaurant (or experience). But I also know how hard and heavy is working long hours in hospitality is, but what bothers me is not the thing that I could have a coffee after my meal, but the way how the female bartender reacted to my request. I asked Adrian for an espresso and when he asked the bartender if he could have a coffee she responded to him quite loud “of course is closed”. Adrian came to the table and really politely told us that we could not have a coffee so we had a couple of limoncello shot instead. Again what bothers me is only the way how this bartered had reacted to my request, otherwise this would have been a 10 out of 10 dinner. I still recommend to go there as food was lovely and service was great (waitress stuff, bit much from the bar) but if you are a coffee lover after dinner make sure you go there earlier than 9pm. Adrian, thank you for your service, you’re great!!!!

Called in for brunch as it was on the way to St Pancras and the website looked good. The food was nice BUT extremely expensive for what it was. £17 for cold avocado, poached eggs, chickpeas and rocket on toast and sat next to the toilet door. We paid a third less for similar at the Ivy, Tower Bridge where the surroundings were far superior. Plus no green tea!! My husband had 2 eggs and some ham and a very small latte and it was just shy of £40!! My cup was half empty and I wouldn’t return.
