Starving Rascal in Dudley

1st time drinking in this pub, with family. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. They Sell a good selection of cobs. Landlord made me one to order, nothing too much trouble! Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Always loved it here but, we had to leave last Saturday. Firstly, I was almost tripped over by two exceedingly large dogs by the front door. Then after one drink we had to leave, the smell coming off those two dogs was stomach churning and pervaded the whole pub. I love dogs but, I fail to see why anyone has to take two with them on a Saturday evening. Lunchtime is absolutely fine but, when your losing customers because of the smell, it’s time to give things a rethink. I’m sure the dogs don’t spend as much as the humans

Visited here for birthday drinks great atmosphere and beer. Toilets involve going down a steep flight of stairs other then that great

We was just passing through but the people the locals in there made us so welcome we stayed for a few more hours. The Manager Dave was so helpful and made sure our stay was like our second home and made us so relaxed felt we known every one for years. Dave we will be back.

Popped into the Starving Rascal quite recently for a change of scenery, a nice little pub with good beer and friendly staff.
