A starbucks on a motorway is nothing to write home about. Toasted cheese and ham was good as was cappuccino. Wife's chocolate not so good

Good fairly new larger place with 60 seats.

It's a starbucks. Overpriced okay coffe Very quiet on the day. Stopped for a driving break. Its layout inside is odd. Does have a drive thru.

Uninviting, untidy, needs a thorough clean. No parking for trailers.

Two staff only, who seemed run off their feet with all the holidaymakers passing through.

Arrived at this Starbucks after a horrible experience at Starbucks kildean (don’t go to that one if you have kids and disabled) staff at dunblane are so sweet and kind towards me and my child with autism. There gave us free drinks and cake and gave me information to contact head office to complain about Starbucks kildean. There place is clean and no loud music! Would recommend this place!

We stopped to eat and had a coffee at this place, dirty premises, toilets not cleaned even the armchairs were stained, yet the staff were not overwhelmed we were alone. I don't recommend.

Long wait for an enormous paper cup of tea. Toilet grubby with no toilet paper. Does no one care?

I can’t possibly rate the service however I’ve tried 3 times on different occasions to try this location out however it’s became apparent that they just pick and choose when they want to open.

Why is this Starbucks always closed when I stop? 11 am on the 2 nd of April.

Great place to pop into for a coffee and cake on our way to Glasgow. Very quick service and lovely staff.

This used to be a great place to stop the service was amazing unfortunately the staff change and now they don't care, called in about 4pm and they don't close until 5:30 but you were made to feel unwanted, no food or cakes. Toilet blocked from getting into and seating are very limited. It just goes to show how important good staff is.

Drove past today at 10:30, door was locked, there was a person inside, who said it was drive through only. So I went back to the car and drove through for her not to answer at the hatch ?! There were approx 6 other people trying the door, walking around the building and carpark. We all ended up having Costa coffees from the adjacent Petrol station. Poor show indeed!

Customer Service is appalling! We accidentally drove past the drive thru order box - when the serving window opened, before having the opportunity to explain what had happened - we were told VERY rudly that we had not placed an order at the box so they wouldn't serve us. My husband apologised and asked if they could take order now - we were told again very rudly we would not be served and to drive around again. We would have driven around again happily - that was not the problem the rudness was !!

Stopped here as a last min pitstop for the babies, the place was quiet with quick and extremely friendly service. Prefer this to the stop we had at house of bruer. Parking was plenty full with easy access entrance. Would come again

Opens late constantly. Either change your opening hours or just open on time!

This is the cleanest, most attractive Starbucks we have ever visit. The decor is very good, an interesting place.

A rather quiet new Starbucks hidden behind a gas station. Small selection of sandwiches presumably because of low turnover. Upside... Plenty seating Standard Starbucks coffee offering ... Depends if you like it or not!

Good stop on the road trip, a first for my Starbucks visits........a great temperature coffee (I have it cool but not too cool 😎)and lovely service, my dog was the star of the show.. lovely , plenty of parking , nice chilled out stop

Starbucks is Starbucks right? Correct. This is exactly what you'd expect from a Starbucks (Drive Thru). What stands out and why I wanted to leave a review is a) it's so bright and spacious with loads of parking (including for our motorhome) b) the team were lovely and so friendly, a real standout. If you need somewhere to stop for a drink or food or snack on the A9 Southbound, stop here. Plenty parking round the back of Starbucks and there's a petrol station if you need fuel. Thanks Starbucks team, you were lovely and made the visit brilliant.

The faking worst experience... The most expensive way of throwing away your money. Worst service, every forniture or sofa is dirty.....

A refreshing clean and modern stop off.

I recently visited the Starbucks at Dunblane on the motorway, expecting the shop to be open until 17:30 as indicated on Google. However, upon arrival at 17:10, I was informed that the shop is already closed. This misinformation left me disappointed and inconvenienced after a long drive from the north of Scotland. Additionally, after my journey, I politely asked the manager if I could use the toilet, but I was surprised when she declined my request without providing any explanation. This lack of accommodation for essential needs leaves little room for understanding. I hope that in the future, the closing times will be accurately reflected online and that customer service will be more considerate, especially in instances where travelers may require access to necessary facilities. I believe it's important to provide honest feedback to help others make informed decisions, as well as to encourage businesses to be more mindful of their customers' needs.

i went at 7:30 it said it was open at 7:30 i waited 10 mins or so and tried to open the door but they didn’t open it, there was staff inside the building just looking at us

The worst staff I have come across at a Starbucks. The server was rude and even uttered the words 'oh god' when we placed an order as it was supposedly close to their closing time. On Google it says the place is open till 5:30 however the staff didn't allow us to sit when we entered at 4:55. They said they close at 5 so it's take away only. Also didn't allow us to use the toilet because it was now 5:03. We had driven for hours and needed a break and to use the toilet, but sadly missed it by 3 mins. Such big brands, and such pathetic service.

Usually an ok place for a quick coffee except for that one time they saw us approaching the door 25min BEFORE they were due to close and locked the door right in front of us. Not cool Starbucks ....not cool

Saturday morning, out of the advertised coffee, toilets were in awful state. Regular latte was alright.

Clean. Nice, friendly waitress. Good coffee. No complaints 👌 Just what you need to break up a long drive.

It's a Starbucks. Purpose build and overpriced. I am not a fan of the coffee( at least down in London ) but this Latte we had was actually quite nice. Cost of it: don't ask. Still, 4 stars for the service and the coffee taste.

The staff in this franchise are amazing. Every trip I make on this road I always make a point in stopping off and enjoying a coffee and cake and seeing the friendly staff. They always cheer me up and are a credit to the brand.

It was good, just the typical Starbucks. The ladies working there were very lovely.

We got the impression that it's not been open awfully long. It's half hidden behind a semi derelict roadside cafe (Little Chef springs to mind). A good stop off point for weary travellers.

The staff could have been less moody on a beautiful summer day, but service was good enough.

Handy place to stop if you're traveling between Stirling & Perth. It's a little hidden behind other buildings and sits behind the fuel station. It's pretty standard Starbucks setup, so open & clean.

Spotlessly clean and friendly staff

I must just be unlucky, but yet again they cannot supply mugs or plates as yet again the excuse of unable to sanitise dishes due to machine not working. Wondering if this is just excuses after excuses! Staff today (14/05/23), not the most pleasant, when you ask for a mug and plate for your lunch when sitting in. Maybe a bit of training in customer service won't go amiss. Really nice welcoming interior and comfortable. Maybe invest in backup cleaning machines if they want repeat sit in business customers 🤔

Paid for a white mocha... got a cup of hot milk. I'd already driven home by the time I'd realised. They won't pick up the phone now and the customer service was awful only 2 girls on and the one serving me had an awful attitude

Surprisingly quiet Starbucks drive through. Plenty of parking. Toilets were clean and tidy and staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

APPAULING Starbucks. Visited a number of times and CONSISTENTLY AWFUL. Such a shame as it’s a brand new well designed store - but that’s it. Filthy furniture. Bins overflowing in the car park. And unsurprisingly the rudest laziest grubbiest staff. Clearly could t give a **** about anything. No hello. No urgency. Customers are clearly an irritant. Undoubtedly the WORST Starbucks in the UK.

Lovely coffee, just too pricey!

Popped in on the way home from Aberdeen on 29/12 at lunchtime. Place was pretty quiet with only 1 couple in front of me and it looked like there was 2 staff on. The fridges looked like they had been ramraided with only a few bottles of fizzy water & a couple of bottles of juice & I only wanted some still water & a sandwich. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes to check if they were doing takeaway food & to see I'd they had any still water. One girl was making the coffee & the other one was taking drive through orders even though I was there first. The girl taking the drive through orders didn't acknowledge I was there or give any indicators that she'd be with me soon. I just left due to the awful customer service

Very friendly staff. Quick service - great experience.

Despite the place being virtually empty and with no queue, the place was pretty grub with empty cups and dirty tables and chairs. The toasted cheese sandwich was revolting, with some kind of molten 'liquid' cheese filling designed to remove skin from your mouth! Toilets could also do with a proper clean. Won't be back.

Great location, but easy to miss. Need a Starbucks sign 3/4 mile back down the road. Great place to stop, easy access and fuel next door. Cake selection been poor lately though and especially poor if you're vegan. Consistent coffee offer and nice staff. Toilets need a more frequent clean up though. Have seen too many folks stop for toilet and not buy anything.

Asked for almost 8 things and they had none and half of which they said they didn’t sell anymore yet they were on the menu

I've ridden a fair distance on my motorbike to reach this branch at about 4:20pm only to be met with a locked door and members of staff staring at me like I'm a weirdo for knocking. I'm then told that although the drive thru is open until 5, the cafe actually closes at 4. I couldn't find anywhere on the website or otherwise that suggests this. Obviously I'm on a motorbike the drive thru doesn't serve me, and I'd look a bit silly walking through going vroom vroom. Highly disappointing and the young member of staff was completely unhelpful and cold and had no interest in offering a solution when pointed out that that the practice was a bit disgraceful and there's a sign on the door saying open until 5. There was also another member of staff hiding behind a partition so as to hide the fact that the place was actually staffed. Very weird branch with staff that couldn't give a toss. If you want a Starbucks just go to Perth at the Inveralmond or Stirling at Drip Road, this branch is a waste of your time.

Stopped off here for coffee, place is absolutely filthy. I had to brush down chair prior to sitting, table had crumbs all over and floor didn’t look like it had seen a vacuum in a long time. Toilets were grubby and hand drier didn’t work. Won’t be stopping there again. Pity I can’t give a minus star!!,

Just visit this place on way down to East Kilbride for a visit, gives a we rest.

Drive through and eat in dinner. Very clean. Easy parking and good service.

Decent little stop off for a quick coffee break

Opening hours are completely unpredictable so I've no idea how it pays off to build this new in place here. Meant to be open til 18:30 but you turn up at 17:20 and drive Thu has a cone in it and the doors locked. Seriously frustrating as you turned off the A9 just for that. We hen it is open you can't hear them at the ordering bit and they can't hear you. All in all not that impressed. 1. Put some signs up further down the A9, encourage business. 2. Sort out your ordering process and the speaker thing 3. Get some sensible opening hours. One of your main markets must be business people. Open early and catch all them. Then close at a sensible time too and flipping stay open until you say you are

Great coffee and lovely pleasant staff.

Nice place. It was quiet when we went there, and they did a nice couple of pumpkin spiced lattes with coconut milk. The cookies were fresh too. The only criticism was that the tables and soft chairs were a little dirty, and were covered in crumbs.

They are not on app, if you use it, it defaults to a place 14 miles away. Made that mistake and the girl here laughed at us, told us we're not on the app and when asked if she could help (refund or just make the order) said its 'nothing to do with us' and we would have to pay again. Couldn't even give us the phone number to contact where the order went to, fobbed off with fake number. Mistake was one thing but customer service here utterly dire. Avoid.

It's a great location looking at some wild life fields at the back car park that you can spot deers and even some birds of prey.

Only go because my wife likes it.

As per every other Starbucks in the UK the service is so inefficient and slow. It's painful.

They had no food on offer at 14:00 hrs and had a bad attitude when I asked who was in charge of stock management, then they deliberately made us wait a long time for a coffee finally serving it with a fake apology after several people had been served before us, really don’t need this bad attitude and poor service on a long journey...
