The chips were a bit dry, the chicken dippers that replaced the sfc were not very nice, the food is usually really good from here, so slightly disappointed. Especially considering it's not cheap

Food was very nice I had mix meat in pitta salad was fresh enjoyed the donner meat chicken meat was OK but could of been better first time I have ordered from here and it was on time did have to pay extra for delivery though may order again was kept updated with my order aswell

The spring rolls this week was beautiful lovely and tasty and everything was hot delish

It was a rush job because the driver was finishing, I always rate on how well they make the spring rolls this time wasn't nice at all, I ll try once again but if it's not nice I've had it with paying good money for rubbish food the only thing that was ok was the tinned roe

Really disappointed by the food. Its quite pricy, so I really expected it to be amazing. The fish was way over priced for what we received. It was over cooked, I couldn't cut it with my knife. Really disappointed tbh.

First time we have ordered from here, But we would definitely use again! The food was a winner all around and the chips are really nice quality too, portion sizes are larger than average. We’ve been ordering from Broadway chippy for a few years and will continue to use them, and have had perfectly cooked food every time, until today. Whilst most items were beautiful and as perfect as normal my portion of battered mushrooms fell short unfortunately. I have had these many times before so know what to expect which is usually kind of squishy, full in shape. However today the mushrooms were tough, chewy, and really dry. Like how very old, dried up fridge mushrooms get. I really feel like they ‘were’ shrivelled up dry ones they used. Shame to spoil the good run. But hopefully this will be taken as useful critique because 1 bad item out of 100 items ordered is still better than many.

Always happy with our food from here. Hot and tasty♨️👌😋we pop in and collect most the time but it is a nice treat to get it delivered once in a while 😊

We’ve ordered for home delivery from Broadway maybe 20 times in total. The food has been perfect every time. In my experience of chip shops eventually you’ll get a bad batch which makes you look elsewhere. I’m happy to say it has not yet happened here. I feel reassured to keep giving them my custom.

Tried to charge me an extra 4£ cash surcharge, missed one of my items on my order, had to take it up with Just Eat management. Beware when ordering from here. Delivery is calculated at checkout, it is illegal for them to ask for anything more in cash upon delivery.

Nothing wrong with the food from mcdonalds .... its when they send orders out wrong not once but twice now its happened to me and it's a nightmare just trying to get the refund back ..... I don't want the refund I want a complete meal !!!! Also how it it I've just spent 20 quid and delivery was £1.99 I ordered my daughter something the other day and they charged me £3.50 from the same restaurant to the same house ...... baffling !!!! Not at all happy
